Gorgeous, newly renovated condo, directly on the beach. Bedroom has a super comfy queen sized bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room and bunk beds in the flex space room. Just show up and get to relaxing because this unit has all you need! Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, a stocked spice cabinet and a water filter directly in the fridge. Unit has an inviting outdoor couch, and small hammock to watch the sunrise each morning. Coin laundry available on the same floor. All linens provided as well as board games, bathroom essentials, beach toys, umbrella, chairs and more! Conveniently located on a NO drive part of the beach, and shopping center across the street. One of New Smyrna's hottest breakfast spots and homemade ice cream shop, as well as a grocery store, souvenir shop, and gym. Minutes drive from Flagler Ave for bars/restaurants and shopping.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! Very accurate description of the property. We loved having access to all of the beach equipment, it was super convenient!

We had a great time staying here with our kids (7&8). They had everything you could think of for your kiddos. The location was also great and our kids loved that they could choose from the pool or walking 10 extra steps to be in the beach and the ocean. We have talked round and round how great this VRBO is and how we would 10/10 stay again!

A wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed. The only flaw was the property didn't have access to the beach because the seawall and stairs were being repaired. Hopefully next time they will be all done

This was the third time staying in one of Jenelle's properties. She is a great communicator and host. Our biggest disappointment was that the stairway to beach was unusable so we had to use neighboring property to gain access. No fault of Jenelle's, but we were not aware of it prior to our arrival. We hope to be back again soon!

This cute condo had absolutely everything you would need. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Would be good for a family with small children. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and even spices. Kureg for coffee or a small coffeepot. The king bed was super comfortable. An excellent location with easy access to the non drivable beach and plenty of good restaurants. We would highly recommend this condo.

Everything was great. Just one recommendation, swap out the canvas cushions on the balcony with something waterproof, they were wet the whole time we were there and getting mildew on them. Because of this we were not able to sit out there. Otherwise, perfect.

Janelle was a wonderful host in her beautiful home that provided everything we needed to have a wonderful beach trip! We arrived and quickly headed down to enjoy the pool and the beach. Check in was smooth, rest of property guests were lovely and friendly, and Janelle helped me when we were having trouble accessing the beach toys as well! I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have little ones as her home offers extra toys for kiddos as well!!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the great communication with the owner who was very responsive! Bedrooms furnishings were great and the condo is in a good location with a very nice pool. The inside couch and deck furniture could use some updating.

Janelle was prompt with response, lovely welcome gift was awaiting our arrival. We were guests immediately following Tropical Storm Nicole and her communication on how NSB was affected was very appreciated. Condo was clean with comfortable balcony and beautiful ocean view.

This property was clean, stocked full of necessities, and made for a pleasent stay. We were right on the beach which made beach trips very convenient and we also loved the pool. I will say that the rooms looked a little bigger to us in the pictures than they actually were so while 5 people can sleep in the unit, it does get a little cramped. That's at no fault of the hosts though, they were very responsive to messages and helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely recommend this unit to others who are interested!

The condo was perfect. The minute we walked in you could tell it is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Janelle provides everything needed for a great stay from a well stocked kitchen to everything needed to have fun at the beach. Communication with Janelle was easy. I highly recommend to family and friends.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our anniversary trip, great size and so comfy and homey. Loved the couch and swing out on the patio, perfect to enjoy the scenery. Close to everything, but just far enough away to not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Property owner if fantastic to work with, we will be back!

Where to start? Check-in was stress free, owner left us wonderful gifts, unit was clean and quiet, view was superb. Janelle was a pleasure to deal with and she thought of EVERYTHING. My favorite parts were the porch, the view, the walk-in closet (yes, the closet!) where I could actually hang all of my clothes rather than pull them out of a suitcase or drawer every day and the kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could think of including Tupperware. Nothing seemed old or used - all brand new. The beach was so pristine and the pool was so clean. I loved it all and hope to be back next year!

This was a great beach front condo. Comfortable bed, lots of room for a couple. The owners realize the renter will forget to bring something with them to the beach, so they provide it - in spades! Fluffy beach towels, nice bath towels and wash clothes, coffee and a fully equipped kitchen (even lots of spices!) The porch with comfortable couch and hammock chair was another fine retreat will the sounds of the ocean there to soothe you. would come back here in an instant.
