We came to ABQ for a family reunion and didn't anticipate many amenities since we would spend very little time at the rental. But we were delighted each night to return to a clean, cool house with comfortable beds. The kitchen was appointed with coffee and the bathrooms with sundries which was much appreciated. We highly recommend this wonderful home in a location central to many wonderful parts of ABQ

It was nice and close to a lot of family fun. Did the tram up to the crest. Went to mall. Out to eat and visited family in town.

The house is super cute inside and very clean. Easy communication with host and check in. Nice kitchen and loved the little snacks and bottled water stocked for our arrival. Bathrooms super nice and clean and bedrooms also super cute and very soft sheets. Only con for us were the beds. The master was so hard that I couldn’t sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on one of the twin beds which also weren’t very comfortable. If I had one suggestion it would be to change the mattresses or put a topper on them. But we would stay again.

The Tram House was perfect for us when we traveled to Albuquerque for my sister’s graduation. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds, and plenty of space for us to spread out. It was located close to many restaurants and had plenty of kitchen space for us to also cook breakfast for our kids every morning. We will definitely return!

The property was a large house with garage in a pleasant neighborhood. The property was very well appointed and provided with all necessities for a wonderful stay in the Land of Enchantment.

Tram House Treasure
The Tram House was just what we wanted: large sleeping and living areas, open kitchen, leisure time on the patio and a quiet neighborhood. Basic towels and toiletries, kitchen utensils and glasses, and the Laundry was a plus. The inside temperature was comfortable day and night. The Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Everything was ideal. The home was recently remodeled and felt like a “home away from home.” It was easy to settle in and then explore. The home has everything you need, and it has a great area to watch TV and another room to read and relax. From a neighborhood perspective, everyone was friendly and helpful. Outside of the home and neighborhood, one of the wonderful elements was getting to Sandia area trails within five minutes! We hiked and ran in this area almost every day. It was a great nature fix convenience. Beyond nature, restaurants and shopping were within 15 minutes as well.
Our stay was more than just feeling at home; it was a time to discover Albuquerque and all it offers. Also, the owners were very friendly, helpful, and wonderful hosts.
If you need a getaway to explore New Mexico, this is the place to reside!

Our family chose ABQ, NM this year for our annual vacation. We traveled from NE Florida and arrived ready to take on an adventure, but first, we had to check-in to our VRBO, aka, home for the week.
As we neared the address, we all agreed that the neighborhood and location was exactly what we needed. It was so nice to enter a nicely appointed home. The property owners didn’t spare any details with any part of their home! The kitchen is the heart of this home. This is where everyone in our family wanted to hang out. The counter space and flow gave me ideas for my own kitchen remodel. This home in its entirety is an interior decorator’s paradise!
I can keep going about the kitchen, but the rest of this home deserves some accolades as well. Moving on from there, the home has two living areas with a dining area in between. These areas provided a seperate area for those of us who read instead of watching TV. The bedrooms were a nice size and beautifully furnished. Every bed in this house had the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on away from home. Like I said, nothing was spared! This home was fully stocked, nothing missed!
We have stayed at many other nice VRBOs, but none of them have come close to being as nicely designed, clean, and functional as the Tramhouse.
Nothing negative to list except that we should’ve booked longer than we did! We definitely plan on returning for a longer trip next summer.
Thank you for having us.
