This place is much nicer than the pictures show. The 2 separate houses were great my grandson and I stayed in the low tide house my 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters stayed in high tide. The pool area and Florida room were perfect. The path to the ocean is right by the house and the beach area was perfect. We have been coming to St.Austine on and off for 25 years and this is by far the best place we have stay.

We had all of our grown up kids and their significant others. Total of 11. We were there for a long weekend and had a great time.

When my husband and I got married two years ago, our children, all grown, knew little about each other, and with his in South Florida and mine in Georgia, it hasn’t been easy getting them together. This year, we decided to begin a yearly gathering of the two families, and Family Tides was a perfect location for it to happen. We had a ball! Great memories were made, and bonds were formed. Until our family grows larger, we will continue to look at Family Tides for our gathering! Both houses are beautiful, cozy, clean, and provide perfect amenities for all who visit. The pool snd spa were the center of most of our activities! However, a well-timed space launch provided some real excitement on the beach to top off our weekend!

Great beach vacation for large family group of adults
Nice outdoor area for hanging out and socializing with pool, hot tub, and sitting area. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen and living room also friendly for a fairly large group for cooking and eating. Quiet neighborhood that is convenient to grocery store, restaurants, and old Town St Augustine
