Looking for a prime location to vacation? Seagrass Flats Unit 1 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo that is located less than 75 steps to the Gulf and has a shared heated pool. This unit has been completely renovated both inside and out. Bathrooms and kitchen feature quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring throughout. Full-size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, new fans/lighting and the interior is perfectly decorated, with new, very comfortable furniture and bedding, walk-in shower, flat-screen smart TV's. The location of Seagrass Flats is ideal, you have the Gulf across the street with its aqua-blue water and soft sands for a swim, sunbathing, or a nice walk; a playground park and bay fishing at the end of the street. An easily accessible free-island trolley to travel the 7-mile Island makes this your ideal vacation destination. This condo offers all the comforts of home. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make a full-course meal or quick snack while the living room has plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun and watch your favorite movie on the flat screen, smart TV. Primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom while bedroom two features a king-size bed and flat screen TV. The living room features the third bed with a pull-out sofa bed. Outside you will find the shared heated pool and patio area complete with tikis and gas grill for use during your stay.

This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Very good location walking distance from the beach. Clean and comfortable unit. Washer and dryer inside, coffeemaker and pots and pans for cooking. Pool area was nice and bbq was very useful too!

Great location! Very clean. Only problem we had was remote control for bedroom light and bedroom fan was missing. Management supplied one promptly. We will use Sea Breeze again.

We definitely recommend renting from Sea Breeze Rentals. Their communication was top notch from beginning to end. We had a service request for a clogged tub drain upon arrival and they responded immediately. The unit we stayed in was very clean and fantastic location. We would definitely recommend the Seagrass Flats unit! Loved everything about our stay on AMI and we will be back

Can’t say enough about how great this condo and location is. This was our first time staying in this area and we will be back. This is so close to the beach, shopping, dining and activities. It’s centrally located and you can get to anywhere with ease. The Trolley was useful and so was the Monkey Bus. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. Very pleased with the accommodations.

The unit was clean and well kept. Spent 5 days enjoying the beautiful Gulf waters and amazing sunsets. It was great to be right across the street from the beach access. The pool was great to get out of the hot midday sun. Centrally located to restaurants, groceries, and other amenities.

Great place and location. Walk to right for a beautiful sunrise and left for the sunset. No need to be concerned about crossing the main road since we never had to wait long, most cars will stop to let you cross safely. Would definitely book this place again.

The property is in such a great location, directly across from the beach and 1/2 block from the trolley stop. It has all the essentials. We had no issues, but the management company was easily accessible and checked on us during our stay.

Passwords were displayed in two different ways and both incorrect. Guestranger wouldnt allow connection and im in IT. Unannounced visit from guy wanting to service AC. Never could get local channels on tv after guy corrected password issue. For the money i paid, very disappointing.

Great location across the street from the beach. We loved the beach supplies offered (chairs, umbrellas, kids toys. We also loved the pool. The Zoe and all the chairs and cabanas were nice. The bathrooms were clean. We loved the TVs and also the outdoor seating as we had a toddler. Would consider renting again.

Loved my time on AMI! Seagrass Flats was perfect for our stay. Super clean, attractive and right across the street from the beach path. After a long day on the beach having the pool to cool down in was a definite plus! Will definitely stay here again on the next trip to Anna Maria Island.

I have to say this was the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Their home is so welcoming and the place it's at is fantastic. Super clean super friendly people kept messaging to make sure everything was fine! I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I would rate it a lot more if I could. I'm definitely looking forward to be back again and be able to book this place! God bless

We enjoyed our stay at Seagrass Flats. Our unit was very clean, well furnished, and worked great for our vacation with the in-laws. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the little extras, like beach towels and laundry soap! Proximity to the beach was great also. Just a very short walk across the street. Publix and other establishments were merely a mile or so away. All in and all, a great place to rent!

Our favorite vacation destination. Anna Maria Island is perfect for family vacations. The condo was right across the street from the beach and right in the middle of all the wonderful restaurants and gift shops. We’ve stayed at this same location on 5 different occasions and will definitely be coming back!

The property was immaculate, adorably decorated, and extremely comfortable. Right across from the beach and loaded with beach chairs and umbrella plus a heated pool at the property, it was perfectly situated and had everything you would need for a great get away!

We would highly recommend this place. The owner was very responsive and the unit was clean and exactly as described. We had our 7 year old son with us and LOVED the (heated) pool. The location was perfect... Beach was right across the street. We never felt like we needed to go to the public beaches. We were able to make a few meals in the kitchen that was well supplied. No complaints at all. This was a very needed vacation and this VRBO helped make it awesome.

Location is perfect! Cross the street and the beach is right there! Plus these sweet condos have a private pool. Everything is new and fresh and the owners were always quick to respond with answers to any questions. Perfect little spot for a weekend away with friends or family.
