About this house rental

Rainy's place is 4 miles from downtown and right in the heart of East Nashville. Only miles from amazing restaurants and a quick uber ride or drive to everything you need. There is a beautiful park around the corner and dog parks only minutes away. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and the master has a patio. Opry land is also down the road. We look forward to you staying with us!

Very nice property with plenty of space and very dog friendly. The condos were in a gated area so we felt very secure also.

We have very dear friends in Nashville and love visiting them with our two Chocolate Labs but spend night here as a favor to them to minimize the chaos haha. We adore this rental unit, and surprisingly it even did well when temps dropped to 3 degrees! We will definitely stay here again!

If your in nashville and want a place to stay thats close to everything this is the place.the decor of old records and pictures. Place was exceptionally clean and contact with host was fast. Easy access for gate and house. She even allowed late checkout because of snow. I know nashville never gets snow. Well it did. We would definitely stay here again

RainysPlace provided everything that we needed for the weekend. Nice linens, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, comfortable beds, extra blankets, coffee! We didn't use but it was nice that a Washer/dryer and full kitchen was available. Owner has thought of everything!! Excellent Communication. Great location!!. Short drive/UBER to downtown Nashville.

The property was just as listed! Owners were wonderful to work with! Rainy's Place is 15-20 minutes at most to a lot of attractions! Very quiet neighborhood! Would like to stay again!

Chose this location due to the proximity to Downtown Nashville and it was home away from home. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. A newer construction building in an older, hipster neighborhood made it kind of fun.

It was very nice and clean. The upstairs bedroom, without the ceiling fan, did get a little warm so having a portable fam to turn on would be great. Overall it was a great experience. Lots of nice touches including dog treats.

Rainy’s place was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. The decor made you feel as though you were in Nashville as soon as you entered the home. The townhouse is just as it is pictured on the website.

We visited for a few nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Such a cute place! The property has the perfect layout for several guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for preparing meals. We loved the fact that it had two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The washer/dryer on site are a plus. The gated community was quiet and we enjoyed the balcony. Being from the Midwest, we found it a bit odd that there was no back door/yard. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again.

We stay at many rental properties from a few different platforms. We typically stay with our dogs. This is the best one we have stayed out. Excellent communication, fantastic property, spotlessly clean. I have no recommendations to improve anything. Will be on our list for our next trip.

We stayed at this location for the week of my daughters wedding. I chose the property because I was in charge of their dog on the wedding night and it was very dog friendly. It was a very nice property and the Lorraine was extremely accommodating and available!!

Rainy's Place is just awesome! My husband and I along with 2 of our friends stayed. We loved having 2 bedrooms with bathrooms attached for each couple plus 1/2 bath on first floor. Plenty of space for all of us plus my 5 lb Yorkie ❤️ Short Lyft ride to all popular areas in Nashville. We had a blast!

The home was clean, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. Due to -2degree weather the electricity went out, but the host checked to make sure we were okay and that we had everything we needed for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A short distance from town. I would definitely suggest Ubering into town, depending on the time of day anywhere from $10 to $20. Would definitely stay here again! :) P.S. Love the added touches for you fur babies!

We enjoyed our stay at Rainey’s Place. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and a short Uber ride to Music Row, Nissan Stadium and other venues. We will definitely rebook this place when we visit Nashville again!

Husband and I, with our Shizhu spent 4 nights in this extremely clean, well appointed townhome. The host provides a Brunch catering experience which we chose to participate in. The host is a phenomenal chef and the brunch menu is culinary delight. The gated townhome development is close to all freeways making getting around quite easy. We will definitely return to this VRBO when in Nashville.
