Quiet 500 sf cottage on the Wall Twp border. 1.2 miles straight down 16th Ave to the beach. The Belmar Marina is just a block away. Walk 1/2 mile to Main St restaurants, Bar A, and shopping! This is a freshly spruced up 1 bedroom cottage all to yourself - efficiency kitchen, full private bath, queen bed plus a sleeper sofa. Enjoy free Wifi or curl up in a comfy chair with a good book. Close enough to enjoy the action, far enough away to avoid it, whichever mood you're in!

When I walked in the house it smelt like gas. I left the house immediately. Called the owner left a message. Called VRBO let them know. The house is right in the middle of two other houses. There is a very small patio with no furniture outside. The driveway is tiny and was blocked by the neighbors car. I would not recommend any one stay here.

The house is dirty, there were not even towels, bed linen was not changed after the previous tenants. Neighbors hate each other and share and block parking. I called the police and left after 3 days. Owner must return to me 50% money. I have letter from VRBO. If you interesting - I have photographs.
