Game room attached with Pool table, Full service Wet bar with granite counter tops and many bar chairs, Ping pong table, Foosball.
Grand Living room with 70 inch Plasma centered in huge floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Main room boasts Restoration Hardware sofas.

Reunion with 18. Plenty of beds and even one room to spare. Nice to be close to the beach. Enjoyed the deck and BBQ. The cooler and brand new beach chairs were a plus!

Bonding trip for our family. We had an amazing time and it was perfect for us because there are three levels. Those who wanted to sleep peacefully stayed at the bottom floor so the top floor can play board games and be a little louder. Awesome for teens/kids as well.

First let me say that the prprty mgr was very responsive to our needs & did his best to accommodate us. With that being said there was a lot left to be desired about this property. Garage had no lighting1st floor bthrm vanity has no doors & no window covering 2nd floor bthrm vanity base under sink rotted through to the floor In one of the bdrms on the 2nd floor needed an ext cord to plug in TV Also sheets were ripped on queen bed Water filter on the refrigerator water disp/ice maker needs to be replaced as the water flow out of the water disp & into the ice maker was almost non-existent making it impossible to fill water bottles & the ice maker made very thin ice cubes.The drawers in the refrigerator were missing making it difficult to store food for the 10 days we were there The screen door out to the deck on the 3rd floor was leaning against house when we arrived & we called for maintenance & they ended up turning the screen door upside down to try & rig it to work but it was still very difficult to open & close There were multiple light bulbs burnt out or missing completely in a lot of the wall sconces There were no toilet paper holders in the bthrms except for the master bthrm & no toilet brushes The carpet & curtains are dirty and need replaced Several window screens were missing There is mold on the floor in the loft bdrm 1/2 bath We have rented several homes thru VRBO and always had a good experience but for the amount of money to rent this home we were disappointed.

The unit was a great place for a family reunion with ages ranging from 8-72. The large number of bedrooms and floors enabled each of the four families to have their own "private" space. The unit was very well provisioned but the exterior was not well maintained, No key was provided, so all entry and exiting had to be done through the garage. There were cobwebs all over the stairs going up to each level, the barbecue did not have propane and the garage light was out. The screen door to the main deck could not be opened to the point we could not renter the unit while on the deck. There is no view of the lake. Saying this, the manager/owner was responsive when we called with issues and was able to correct most problems. The unit is NOT air conditioned. While this is common for the Tahoe area, it created some problems due to the unusual heat wave the area was experiencing. The rooms on the third and fourth levels became very hot and there were an insufficient number of fans available to make the rooms comfortable at night. It should also be noted that the master suite is on the third level and requires a a fair amount of climbing which can be an issue for elderly people or anyone trying to bring suitcases up multiple flights. The VRBO website showed the unit at around $1,900 per night, but by the time various fees and taxes were added, our stay ended up costing more than $3,000 per night! Because of that we did not feel the price was worth the value received.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. The property is just as described. The location in walking distance (just down the hill) to Zypher Cove was awesome! We were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

This house was in a great location and had lots of space for our large family gathering! The dining table was huge- just like we needed. Private, forested location a short (10 minute) walk from the beach! Near hiking and grocery store. There were a few items we would have liked to have: cookie sheets, a toaster, hot tub/beach towels- these seem like basics to me. Beach chairs would have been a huge plus!

Great property and had a nice stay. The only downside was that the wifi was not working so 5 of us had to work all day Friday in the South Lake Starbucks. I tried to text the property manager who did not respond. That said, Mark was responsive via email for issues regarding snow removal and making sure we could leave safely.

For the amount we paid for this rental, we expected a well maintained place. The best thing this house has to offer is the game room and wet bar. Everything else is average or poor. We would not stay here again as the price is too expensive for the quality of the house. We found garbage left behind upon arrival. There are loose boards on the deck that are a tripping hazard. The bbq grill handle is rusted off. Kitchen lighting is poor that you can’t even see what you are cooking. The pots and pans are so worn out that everything sticks. Beds collapse and are resting on loose boards and a paint can. The house needs updating and a deep cleaning as layers of dust can be seen on the light fixture above the dining table and on the blinds in the game room. Positive things….there were plenty of towels available. The property manager was very responsive and accommodated a later check out.
