Instead of soulless cookie-cutter apartments, be inspired by a vintage apartment filled with vintage furniture and art collected by David throughout his 5 years in Brussels.
Pack less and enjoy more with lots of complimentary amenities such as travel essentials, fresh fruits, guidebooks, board games and so much more.
Stay in the calm part of Brussels city center in my 60m2 apartment with mezzanine, 5 minutes by foot from Gare du Midi, metro stops, breweries, museums and shopping locations.
The space
I use VRBO myself to travel for work and for fun a lot so I understand that having the necessary amenities and beyond is super important for an enjoyable stay. During your stay, you will have access to ample amounts of little things that will allow you to relax more and pack less.
Free coffee, and snacks - Please help yourself with free filter coffee and my favorite herbal and Chinese tea, and finish it off with little biscuits and fresh fruits. I hope this qualifies for the "Breakfast" part in the whole "B&B" thing ;).
Board games, cards, drinking games on demand - Who doesn't appreciate a chill lazy Sunday afternoon playing classic board games like Catan, Battleship or chess? For the adventurous, I also have newer games such as Quoridor, Cards Against Humanity and many more. I even have Monopoly, Risks and a poker set if you want to end some friendships....
Guide books and Umbrellas - Want to make a little adventure? Feel free to borrow the guide books and take an umbrella against the Brussels weather. I didn't want to include this point, since we are all adults here, but my mum, forever paranoid, insisted upon it.
Laundry - Still have travelling to do but not enough clean clothes? For a small charge of 5 euros, you may request my cleaning lady to help you with your laundry. 2 Ironing boards are also available in the apartment. I challenge you to use both irons at the same time, one with each hand.
Parking: The property is just 4 minutes away from Gare du Midi, why not consider the more eco-friendly option and come by train? We also offer one of our parking space for free to all our guests on a first-come-first-served basis. However, as availability is limited, please kindly confirm with us before you book if you would like to guarantee a free parking spot. Alternatively, we can also propose a paid parking spot 1 minute away from the apartment at a cost of 15 euros per day.
Bathrooms and toilets - The apartment has one full bathroom (bathtub, shower, two sinks) and toilet.
Kitchen and Cooking: A simple kitchenette set-up is available to you on demand. We can provide you with all the cooking essentials and utensils whenever you are in the mood for a little bit of simple cooking such as omelettes or avocado toasts.
