To your right is the living room and dining area, detailed with a queen sofa bed, armchairs, and a glass dining table for six. Watch your favorite shows on the 40” Roku TV, or curl up on a cozy armchair with a good book—there's plenty of warm table lighting all around.
Straight ahead and to the left is the kitchen, where there are 4 additional seats at a breakfast bar over-hung with elegant pendant lighting. Kitchen amenities include a full-size fridge, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and a double-bay stainless steel sink. Plenty of counter space, cookware, and appliance extras make this space a venerable playground for the chefs in your party!
A hallway leads to the guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The guest bedroom is your first left and has a queen bed peppered with a shell and sea star pattern. The large guest bathroom is across the hall and features a tub/shower, sink, and toilet, plus a washer/dryer set in the closet. The primary bedroom awaits at the end of the hall. This sunlit sanctuary offers a queen bed with fresh linens, a desk and chair, a flat-screen TV, and a bird's-eye view of the pool from a private balcony. An en-suite bath offers a spacious walk-in glass shower, sink, and toilet.

Close to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Be prepared for steep stairs when booking. If you have any physical limitations this may not be suitable. Only downside for my family was the door lock failed us with the provided combination, so we needed to call to have the code changed which left us outside for half an hour before we were able to get through to an operator to have it reprogrammed. The combination is very long and we couldn’t remember it, so it required two people to open. WiFi is weak and televisions can’t connect to WiFi services which limited them to few channels they didn’t like.

Everything was clean, close to the beach and restaurants, BUT when the fire alarm went off at 4am was awful! We woke up in a panic to say the least. Then we were unable to turn it off. So no easy off/on button. My husband had to ultimately disconnect it. We had 2 nights and one of them was ruined. The 2nd night was much better, when we planned on leaving. CSR asked if we wanted someone to go and fix it but at that point we just wanted to rest.

Our family recently stayed at this property and LOVED every minute of it ! The home was clean , had a great location , and was absolutely perfect for a perfect family staycation ! We would definitely recommend this property !

It was close to the beach. That was pretty much it. Needs a renovation. Tub grout is falling off and gross. The master bed is old, creaking, and offers no support. Terrible bed. Just terrible. The TV was not functioning with all the wires hanging out. Very unprofessional looking. I fixed it myself (the HDMI cable wasn’t plugged in!)

We had no complaints. The condo was nice and clean. This was our first time renting a condo instead of getting a hotel and we really enjoyed it. What made it even better was that we were the only ones there and had the pool all to ourselves.

Loved being able to walk to the beach every day. So close to everything. The air-conditioner and the water heater work great. The condo was very clean and comfortable. There were no roaches which is pretty amazing for being so close to the beach. The pool was very clean and it even has a shower next to the pool to rinse off with hot or cold water. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again.

We loved the property. Apt was nice. Disappointed that we had no TV and the beds were very uncomfortable. Tv was on when we got there but went off. Was told there no cable but we couldn’t even get local tv to play.

We went to South Padre Island to celebrate our anniversary. This property was perfect for us. Two Bedrooms, Two bathrooms and the dining area that included a table. The property was clean and comfortable. If in the area again we will stay here if it is available.

I was very disappointed as we arrived the door was hard to open due to very old knob. Roaches were all over. Next day they sprayed and yet more roaches appeared. Microwave was not working until I made a call in. No call to apologize. All you got was a person in a call center not near the location. Very disappointed with out any compensation or even a discount for future stay.

The condo was very neat and clean, also it is really close to the beach literally walking distance. the neighborhood was great also! Overall 10 outta 10!

When we first arrived everything seemed fine. However when we entered the small bedroom it smelled terribly of pee. We bought febreeze to take the smell, however that didn’t help. By the time we realized it was actually because that someone had wet the bed it was very late at night, so we had to move everything out of the room, close the door and sleep on the couch. Besides the pee smell, the sheets were stained in both rooms. Next morning when we tried contacting them, we realized the only option was to call different numbers. As we are from Europe, it costs us $2 a minute to call American numbers. In total we ended up spending $25 on calling those different numbers. There were no e-mail or chats we could reach out to. They were swift to change the sheets, but we never heard back from wanting to get a refund for the first night. And we don’t want to spend another $25 calling them. Hopefully you see this review and reach out.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. If you plan to cook, take a picnic basket of spices, pot holders and maybe a good dish towel.
Walking distance to beach and some shopping. I really enjoyed by walks on the beach.

Could have used a much deeper clean and better quality of appliances. It was good for a short stay. Location was great! Wish we stayed on ground level instead. Overall pleased and would stay again.

Great unit for the price. Clean, well equipped, even had boggie board for the beach. Very close to the beach. Very comfortable. My only reason for not giving a five is they need to pay attention to long term maintenance items like leaking washing machine, wobbly coffee table leg. Unfortunately, I fell from a broken office chair. It was reported and they took care of it, but it really should have been taken care of before I had the fall.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and spacious. One issue we encountered was the front door never locked. Never figured out how to get the door locked on the keypad. The unit we rented was upstairs and the porch light was very dim. No light going up the stairs and it was hard to see at night.

This is a pretty nice place. It’s a little tricky getting to the back where the pool and shower is due to the parking situation. There was one dead roach on the floor, spotty internet, and no batteries for the remote (couldn’t use T.V.) The washing machine was also leaking a bit. Other than these minor inconveniences it was a very nice little place. I’m not much of a complainer but just thought I should leave an honest review.

Great location for winter getaway
We spent three weeks on SPI in this rental. Great location (1/2 block to beach access) on moderately busy street. Condo is in good condition and was very comfortable throughout. Turnkey was extremely prompt and responsive throughout our stay (and especially when we had a power outage).

Nice condo in a great location
We stayed at this property for 6 weeks and enjoyed the condo as well as the location. We would definitely be happy to stay here again. The decor was very nice, and was only lacking a couple of chairs on the balcony. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, and were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to some local restaurants and business as well as the Christmas parade at the end of the block. The beach access is only half a block away. We have a few suggestions to make this place even better: a thorough deep cleaning is desperately needed, chairs added to the balcony, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the cookware could be replaced, and the mattresses and box springs should be replaced with something quieter and more comfortable.
Turnkey was hit or miss. They came out right away when we had questions about the satellite and TV, and when there was water all over the kitchen floor due to a faulty garbage disposal. However, the technician who replaced the disposal neglected to remove the knock out, so the dishwasher wouldn't drain the next day and was full of dirty water. After FIVE DAYS of not being able to use the dishwasher and many requests for help, Turnkey finally came to remedy the problem. We also let them know twice that there was a broken vane in the blinds in the guest bedroom, and that the legs on the glass top coffee table were so wobbly we were afraid the table would collapse. They never did come to fix either one.

Okay property. They missed some basic up keep. the paint was wore on one the toilet seats, one bathroom had broken knob and few knifes i the block were rusty. Easy fixes, not sure who inspects it for up keep???

Great place for our trip
We loved this condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The pool was clean and we never had to share with the other guests. I liked the short walk to the beach and the hose in the back for rinsing feet after coming back from the beach. Water pressure was good. Plenty of towels, which was nice. The kitchen had enough of what we needed for making meals (we didn't eat out). The location was nice and quiet and we never heard any of the other guests in surrounding condos. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quiet place close to the beach.
