Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated studio that is located at the heart of the Lake's Region! Our studio is the perfect place to stay if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable experience. With just a short drive, you can reach Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Our studio boasts spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views, a newly built pool, BBQ pits, a gym, game room, basketball court, and a library, making it the perfect place to stay for families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

Wake up to breathtaking early morning sunrises and relax with stargazing/sunsets in the evening while enjoying the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of your condo. Our condo is equipped with a queen bed, a 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, pack-n-play, heat, a/c, full bathroom, queen size aero bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is also stocked with all linens, and vending machines are available on the lower level in the laundry room.

For the comfort of all guests, please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. The HOA will assess a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the premises, and the HOA will charge guests a $200 service fee if a pet is observed in the condo.

Everything was just as listed. Britnie was very responsive. Bed was comfortable. Fridge, microwave, and oven range were a bonus… as were the snacks! Very close to BoNH Pavillion. We didn’t get the opportunity to explore the facilities, but we’ll be back! (Look for Britnie’s message through VRBO for instructions. Don’t be thrown off by Lodgify instructions.)

This place was great. The location to weirs beach, gunstock mountain and hiking trails was excellent. The pool, hot tub, and rooftop patio were my favorite. We spent a day by the pool on the roof overlooking the beach. I would try to book a place that had a patio next time. The condo had a bed, kitchenette and small couch. It was perfect for what we needed. My only issue was there was no additional rolls of toilet paper. We ran out and had to go out an buy some. I will be back but will try to rent something with a patio.

Noticeable smell upon entrance to the condo. Heavy mildew smell in the bathroom. Pillows and air mattress have blood stains. Wifi signal so weak we kept losing access to Roku / Netflix. Game room games took money, didn’t work. It was only 1 night but if it was longer we would have left.

We stayed for a night here and it was clean and beautiful. Perfect little place. The bed was extremely comfortable as well! Blow up mattress worked well too. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice to have the option!

We loved staying at this vacation rental. The view of the lake and islands was incredible. The rental met all of our needs, and we did some great walks to Weirs Beach. We even played a little ping pong at the lodge!

We were very pleased with the condo. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. We lost our key and they were very quick to respond and provide us a new one. Gorgeous sunrise. Nice amenities. We sat out on the rockers in the public deck area in the evening. We will definitely rent here next time we are in New Hampshire.

Many of the aspects about this property were good, as expected. The location was perfect, near restaurants, and convenient to the venue at which we attended a concert. The unit was very clean, also, and quiet, which we were looking for. Because this was our first VRBO stay, we did not know entirely what to expect. We would have appreciated a little more communication regarding accessing the unit, and/or someone on site to welcome us and be available to answer questions. We also were not thrilled with the mattress, we found it did not support our backs.

Only concern I had was the TV picture which continued to be scrambly!! Also, one of the tubs did not drain; however, one did so not a problem. Also, had to put the code in twice in the condo door for it to open.

The property is nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated all the little touches like coffee, creamer, snacks and bottled water. We were there before the official season started so there was hardly anyone else there. Had a great view of the lake and enjoyed the sunrise. There was so much to see that we hope to come back next year

Probably more of the nicest places I've stayed in in a long time. To queen beds balcony with a wonderful view two bathrooms and a sitting room with a couch chair TV table. Really doesn't get any better than this. The beds were comfy the sheets were crisp and clean for pillows to choose from on each bed everything was immaculate. I'd like to move there!

This Cedar Lodge condo checked all the boxes for us including the beautiful view of Lake Winnipesaulkee, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room and quiet. Britnie was happy to provide us with restaurant ideas and helped us when we couldn't figure out how to turn one of the lights on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was outstanding. Went with my girlfriend for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The ride was super easy trough a service Britnie provided. The other nights there was plenty to do from bars and restaurants to arcades and ice cream shops. The place had plenty of room and could definitely fit more people if you were going with a group of 6ish. Britnie was super communicative and offered any suggestions when necessary. Awesome views and a great atmosphere if you're looking for a more relaxed vacay. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be staying again for another concert down the road!

My wife and I came up for a weekend getaway to do a little hiking and check out a couple of breweries. Britnie’s condo was perfect, it was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was great, as everything we needed was very close by. We would definitely stay again.
