Fantastic place, plenty of space, great views, amazing deck, dock and volley ball court.
Couldn't recommend enough.

We love the house and the view of the lake.
It has lots of Wii Games for kids to play,
The only down side of the house is the water quality, which doesn't related to the house or the management team, there is lot of algae in the lake, which we figured that is affecting the whole lower lake. We were thinking to do kayaking (the house does provide 2 Kayaks for guests to use), but due to the water quality, we dropped the idea.
But we already have lot of fun without going into the water.
The boat dock is also a very good fishing spot. we caught a big Catfish, which is over 15lbs right from the dock, we released it once we have picture taken.
2 more big fishes were on the hook, but fishline broke, so, we don't know what kind fish they were and how large they were, but it mush be big, since the pulling were strong.
If improvement has to be suggested, I would suggest to add an Air Fryer to the house, that would make cooking much easier.
Also, if the beach volleyball court could be more cleaner, that would be great, we brought a volleyball with us, but didn't play, which is due to the sand isn't in great condition. also, we afraid the volleyball might be spiked to the lake, and we might lost the ball due to no one wanna to go into the water.
But again, even without playing beach volleyball and kayaking, we still had lot of fun with our stay.
Will definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful lake view!
We had so much fun at this location. The communication with the owner was great. The sand box with the volleyball net was a plus for the kids. They loved it! My boys were on the dock fishing every day. The only complaint is that the neighbor wasn't friendly. The lady came out at 9pm with her flashlight, flashing her face, and told us it was "night, night" time. We weren't loud at all. There were 3 adults and 3 kids outside. We were finishing dinner and about to head inside. She also came out the next morning and made sure we didn't touch her dock with our boat rental. But we were nice. We said hello, we smiled and the next day she didn't bother us.

Awesome Property
I loved that the lake was in our back yard. My son literally was on the dock fishing from sun up to sun down, and I didn't have to be right there watching him, I could watch him while sitting in the living room. I will definitely rent this home again next year. We loved that we can walk right out to our boat and go for a ride. Communication was so simple, I just text them and they responded within 10 minutes..

beautiful view in a lovely home
This was a fantastic trip! We kayaked and fished. Kids loved the sand box and playing on shore dipping their feet in the water. The house was very spacious and had everything you need. There was plenty of blankets and towels. This house was perfect for my family. We absolutely loved this house, location, the view and hope to come back soon.

Wife 41 bday weekend
Was a great experience besides the neighbor to the right felt like we were being watched the whole weekend... the kids ball went in there yard so they knocked on the door but wouldn’t answer so they fished the ball some how then the lady came out and told them not to do that because of there dog and to knock on door but everyone was respectable. House my need blinds for the back window so you can have a lil more privacy. But all in all it is a great house set up was great. Our family had a great time thank you

We were looking for a house on the water where our 7-person family could play. We found it!The house is charming, laid out with the common rooms facing the water and the bedrooms off in 2 very separate and private wings. One wing has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a second living room or den. The other wing has what might be the master bedroom which shares a hall and a bathroom with a 4-twins bunk room.Lake access is excellent - it’s RIGHT THERE! There’s access to launch a trailered boat (which we didn’t have) and a dock with decent room for relaxing or jumping in the water (which our kids did plenty of). This arm of the lake is somewhat isolated; we spent many hours on kayaks and SUPs without any concern of getting run over by a distracted fisherman in a fast boat. The dock is a bit on the older side; those concerned about such things can always partake of water activities directly from the rocky beach.

When we arrived on a Friday night for our 5 day stay we had to clean up trash from inside the house and all the inside and outside trashcans were full. There was a ripped open trash bag on the side of the house that appeared to have been thrown there and left for a long time.We called to get the trash picked up and the guy was nice enough but never came and got the trash until Monday night. 4 days of the outside trashcans were filled (after we cleaned up ourselves) in 100 degree weather made the entire front of the house extremely smelly and gross. It was difficult for anyone to go to the cars in front because of the smell. Two of the beds had dirty sheets. I mean hair and dirt in the sheets. We had to change the sheets ourselves. It was like the house had not been cleaned after the previous guests left. One of the toilets clogged on Friday night, we called Saturday morning to get it fixed and the plumber did not arrive until Wednesday as we were leaving. The plumber was parked outside waiting for us to drive away which was a nice touch. When we first arrived there was a broken down car in front of the house. The car sat there for 3 days while we had parolees hanging out drinking beer working on it all day. Made the kids and us feel super great about being there.Horrible experience.

Great time on the lake
We loved the house my only issue was the garbage was already full and we had to fill up the propane ourselves. Otherwise it was a great house for families and kids super well equipped and perfect view to sit and lounge! Super relaxing
