The property is comfortable, warm, nicely decorated. Every detail was thought of for a convenient and easy stay. Upscale finishes, 2 patios, awesome shower. Perfect for 2 couples as one suite downstairs and one up. It was so clean and fresh. Thank you for 3 day supply of coffee! I took many photos. Linens and throws soft and comfy

The house is lovely, comfortable and clean. The host has thought of everything. I recommend this property for one or two couples.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was comfortable and clean. The deck in the backyard was a delight to sit on and eat breakfast. The downstairs bedroom sitting room and wet bar was nice and inviting. We were frustrated the first night because the basement was too cold, but we figured out that the thermostat upstairs controlled the whole house, including the basement. The gas fireplace downstairs is supposedly controlled by the thermostat downstairs. We never got the fireplace to work, but that was a minor issue for us because we were mostly out and about.
We highly recommend this property.

This charming house is on a quiet street. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the main part of town but only 5-8 minutes to the end of the street where amazing sunset views await.
The master bathroom was gorgeous. The basement bathroom had a slight musty smell. It was great having a washer and dryer and the small half bath upstairs was a nice bonus.
The downstairs bedroom has sliding barn doors, which some may feel like that lacks privacy. There were ant traps in the kitchen and we saw a few ants but nothing we couldn’t resolve easily by keeping food put away.

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. It is exactly as seen on the website. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to bring our dog along. He loved the fully fenced in backyard. It was roughly a 2 mile walk to the town with beautiful views. Ryerson Park was just down the street. I would definitely stay there again. .

Nice home very clean and comfortable
Not clear on how to handle trash. Sent a text but no response. Air conditioner sounded loud on our last day
Would stay again.

I LOVE this quaint house in NOTL. It is perfect. Beautiful location on a tree-lined street and a 5 minute walk from a bakery, 10 minute walk from a few restaurants and 30 minute walk to downtown NOTL and the Shaw. Very comfortably accommodates 4 people. Highly recommend for friends’ getaway, two couples or a family of 4-6. Gorgeous!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and beautiful and you cannot beat the location. The home is about one block from the lake and surrounded by vineyards and distilleries. It’s very close to the downtown which has some great restaurants and shops. If you’re interested in the Falls, it’s a short 25 minute drive down.
Our small pups also enjoyed themselves chasing squirrels around the enclosed back yard. I would highly recommend this place and we are already thinking about booking again next year n

Great location with Lake Ontario at the end of the street. Wonderful neighborhood to walk our dog. The cottage was literally perfect and extremely well maintained and decorated. The backyard was lovely. We were close to the historic district and Niagara Falls. Truly enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing home! We came up to NOTL for a little weekend getaway and some serious R&R. Although the weather was rainy and windy, this home had everything we needed and wanted. Wonderful decor with 2 full updated baths and a half at the entrance. A fully stocked kitchen so that we could eat breakfast and cook a nice dinner at home. Great sitting area overlooking the back yard. Free parking and the location was ideal. Walking into town would have been really easy, had the weather cooperated. They had a grill with a really nice patio and backyard. Very private. It’s places like this that keep us coming back to VRBO.

Visited NOTL region with my wife and 9yo daughter. We visit regularly and wanted to stay in a house this time. This could be the cleanest VRBO of all time, and definitely the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We felt like we were the first to visit this house. Quiet. Close to everything you need. Didn’t need to communicate with host as everything was perfect.

My husband and I have visited NOTL for over 15 years and stayed at many B&Bs. With friends coming this time, we thought it would be great to get a place together and this house was perfect! Not only was it clean, well-equipped, and in a great location, it was easy to book and communicate with the owners to address any questions before arriving. We only had a short stay but when we return, if this place is available we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Four of us came to N-O-L to reconnect and recharge - something we try to do every fall. This property fit our needs so perfectly! The house is beautifully maintained, decorated, and appointed. We wanted for absolutely nothing. The bathrooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Communication with the property manager prior to our arrival was easy, friendly and punctual. We have already decided that when we can figure out next year’s dates, we’ll be looking to book this property again!

A pristine bungalow with adequate space for two couples (good privacy with second bedroom, sitting area, and bar downstairs), well-equipped kitchen, nice backyard (although too cool to use), and comfortable living room. On the edge of the historic downtown so not really walking distance to theatres and shops. Great bakery nearby.

House is immaculate in a great location near Ryerson Park and 5 minutes to town. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

A beautiful renovated cottage in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Centrally located to Queen St, Shaw Theatre, Riley Park, bike and walking trails, wineries, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, Fort George, golf courses, farms/farm stands, Niagara Falls, Botanical Gardens, Butterfly Conservatory and more.
My husband, I and beloved dog enjoyed our first visit to the area. The cottage was clean, bright and relaxing with a beach vibe. The kitchen is gorgeous which made making meals together and eating them on the deck with the sound of a soothing pond and fenced in yard lovely. The primary bedroom and bathroom were beautiful and restorative.
We made happy memories and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A wonderful week indeed!

This was the perfect homebase to enjoy everything NOTL has to offer! Very comfortable with everything we needed to have nice meals at home and to get ready for days and evenings out, enjoying plays at the Shaw festival, dinners out, winery tours, and walking the dog in the neighborhood to Ryerson Park.

Elsie is a great host and the Blue Pearl is beautifully appointed.
I left some direct feedback related to the floor needing a deep clean and the back lawn needing some attention. The cottage is close to a main road so there is some road noise which can’t be helped.
Overall I highly recommend.

We were 2 couples that stayed here over the long week-end and the place did not disappoint! Perfectly clean, had all the amenities one could ask for and 5 stars all around. Close to Niagara downtown for shopping and dining. Beautifully decorated and an exceptional use of space. Couldn't ask for anything more! Will definitely book again.

Perfect house for us and our daughter and husband. It’s as if you have a separate apartment. Great updates to every room. Sitting and reading on the back deck is as peaceful as you could want. 5 minute walk to the water to enjoy a beautiful sunset. 25 minute walk to town for lunch. Many restaurants and winery’s are just minutes away. Highly recommend this house!
