About this house rental
This Luxury Low Country home is thoughtfully furnished in Old Town Promenade, in the heart of Bluffton, SC. Wake up and walk to breakfast at the Sippin Cow or one of the other walkable breakfast/lunch or dinner places. A short walk to the river makes this place a perfect spot to see Bluffton. This luxe home has 3 very large bedrooms that are located on the 2nd & 3rd floors along with 2 full baths. The living area is wide open with plenty of space to relax in with stunning windows overlooking the park, restaurants, and shopping districts. The kitchen is nicely upgraded with all the essentials. There is also a desk nook/work area so that you can handle life while on vacation.
This home is perfect for families, romantic getaways, or business travel. It has everything you need! The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that seats 4. The washer and dryer are located in the 3rd-floor utility closet for your convenience. The Tanger Outlets are a 5-minute drive and Hilton Head is only 15 minutes away!! Many restaurants are within walking distance so you can enjoy cocktails and great cuisine. Every Thursday afternoon from 12 pm-4 pm, the local farmers market is here in Old Town Bluffton. The May River is only a .5-mile walk and you can go to Dafuskie island on a ferry, go paddle boarding, or rent kayaks and go fishing! Boutique shops and restaurants are everywhere. There is no need to drive! You want action; you got it! Bluffton is perfect for family fun, adulting, and so much more!
The neighborhood is very easy to walk...You can walk to everything! Groceries, restaurants, coffee, and anything you can think of are within walking distance.

This is a delightful property that is conveniently located in Bluffton. With much to do in the pedestrian-friendly area, the unit was quiet and very well furnished. We will rent this property again when we return to Bluffton.

We moved our daughter into college at USCB and my wife and I decided to stay longer and explore the area.
The place was convenient to many things to enjoy.
The communication was great. The cleanness of the condo was outstanding. The amenities were thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

My family and I absolutely loved this small town. We also loved the fact that it was not far from Hilton Head and Savannah. The condo was amazing and very clean. It was exactly like the pictures. The owner was very informative. We will definitely be back to visit.

I visited Bluffton to attend my niece's high school graduation. I stayed here with My sister and her husband who also flew in for the graduation. There was plenty of space for us to all have our privacy but also very nice common areas for us to hang out together in the living room. Check in process was super simple. Place was clean, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location right in downtown Bluffton. With everything we needed right within walking distance. Our hosts were easily reachable if needed and checked in daily to offer their help and guidance voluntarily even though we didn't need anything. Great place, great stay.

We loved staying here. My friend from college came to meet my family (1 year old and 3 year old) and it was great because we could put the girls to bed and my husband would relax in apartment while we could walk to nice restaurants and enjoy our reunion. I loved being able to wake up and walk to breakfast spot and beaches weren’t a far drive either. The stairs are carpeted and my babies did fine but some parents may want something to block stairs.

Absolutely wonderful property. Condo is perfectly situated in Old Town Bluffton and has walkability to the cutest restaurants and shops. The condo layout and decor exceeded our expectations. Because the master bedroom does not have a master closet, owners should add a hanging rack for hanging clothes in that room. We were in town for my son’s wedding and had lots of dresses and suits which needed to be hung.

Nothing could be finer than waking up in The Carolinas
Located right downtown Old Town Bluffton. What a GREAT little town. “The Nest” was clean and very accommodating. The porch is a fun place to people watch. The little wine bar… “Corks”… is kinda loud but not loud enough to keep us a wake. The Bluffton Room is straight across the street. I do recommend making reservations. It was a very pleasurable experience. The food was some of the best I’ve had. We had a great time. I would definitely come back! I didn’t want to leave.

Great stay
Our stay was wonderful! The rental was exactly as represented and the hosts added lots of little details like hair dryers in every bathroom, a coffee bar, plenty of hand soap and comfy sheets, all of which made our stay even better. The location is perfect and communication was seamless! Highly recommend!

Quick Bluffton getaway
The Nest was a perfect property which was just as advertised on VRBO. Located in the heart of Bluffton Old Town within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The Nest was modern, clean and well appointed. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect location
Our 3 generation family loved the location. We came in for a wedding and had several hours on Saturday to enjoy the town. Luckily, there was an art festival going on and we were able to just park our car and walk everywhere from the condo. The girls loved walking around and shopping in all the boutiques nearby. I’m glad the listing mentioned the music from the venue below because that would’ve been a shocker for us. You could hear and feel the music clearly in the house until midnight. The owners were well prepared with sound machines in every room. The decor is adorable and everything was super comfy. The house was well stocked with the necessities and we’d definitely stay here again. We’re just about sold on buying a property in Old Town Bluffton after this weekend.

Great find!
Beautiful unit in a great location. Spotless and fully stocked with anything you might need. A few repairs needed but more than likely damaged from recent renters (bedroom light fixture, shower head). Would absolutely return!

Very nice place!
We were very pleased with this place centrally located close to everything in downtown Blufton. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The apartment was very comfortable and the AC worked very well.
Our only complaint was it was advertised as being over a wine bar. When I think of wine bar I think of a fairly chill place with people eating and sipping wine in a relaxing atmosphere. Wine bar…..ha! This is a full fledged bar with live music and dancing. It was loud! So what did we do….? We joined them of course and had a great time. But just be forewarned that it can be quite loud in the evening up until midnight.
Overall tho…..this place is very nice.

Everything was wonderful and you can walk to everything you need which was amazing! Be aware it will get loud at times so be ready to join the party or have ear plugs. We will stay again!

Broken door lock ruines trip
Broken door lock ruined an otherwise nice trip. My 26 year old daughter and I were enjoying this very lovely home until we discovered the door to the balcony wouldn’t lock. Unfortunately we didn’t discovery this until very late at night. We ended up having a very sleepless night. The owners disclose that the home is over a wine bar with a live band. Though the noise was much louder than we anticipated we put on a movie and turned up the volume and made the most of it. There was a bit of a bar crowd on the street and sidewalk below that carried on until around 1:00 in the morning. When we went to check the locks before bed we discovered the balcony wouldn’t lock. We both tried several times and spent a while examining the door to see if there was another mechanism we were missing. We checked through the information the owners provide again to make sure we weren’t missing something. Ultimately we could not lock the door. We were scheduled to stay another night but after a sleepless night and with no certainty that the door would be fixed we decided it was best if we left. I notified the owner about the door and that we would be leaving early. She replied saying she was sending a contractor to fix the door and refunded me $75.00 for the inconvenience in hopes that I would leave a good review. I appreciated the gesture but was somewhat insulted at the same time. I paid a little over $900.00 for the two nights. I suggested a full refund would be appropriate but being realistic $300.00 would seem fair. I never heard back from her. Had she provided the refund I would have left a more favorable review. The place is very nice and in an excellent location if you are not bothered by loud music and a bit of a bar crowd. A fair refund would have acknowledged that my time and safety mattered. The lock did not work and it is the owners responsibility to be aware of these things and to provide a secure place to any guest.

Great Stay
Very clean, well equipped unit. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the noise from the wine bar. The description was very honest about the location so we were prepared but the noise was very loud. Bring your ear plugs - the place is worth it!

Just stayed for the month of February 2021. Place was CLEAN! And wonderfully appointed. GREAT LOCATION!!!! Walk to everything. We are definitely staying there again until our house is finished building in March 2022. Tiffany and Brandon are very gracious hosts. Thank you opening your home, which we made ours for the month.

Pleasant Experience
We enjoyed our sections stay here. Had to sleep in the second bedroom due to noise level. Also, owner should improve living room lighting since no light bulb in lamp. Would recommend improving mattresses with foam.
