The perfect place to cook a meal while continuing the fun and conversation with your loved ones! On the far side of this room, you'll also find our first living room area. Complete with a comfy sectional, an easy-to-use remote-controlled fireplace and Smart TV, this is the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee. The main level of our home features three bedrooms. A King bedroom with freshly remodeled luxury en suite bath plus patio views. The other two bedrooms on the main level are private Queen rooms.
In our upstairs loft space above the main floor, we have a decked-out game room featuring a pool table, board games, a seating area with two leather couches, a Smart TV, another 4-top dining table and a bathroom. This is the perfect place to kick back, relax and enjoy some friendly competition! One of our sofas doubles as extra sleeping room - a Queen-size bed with extra linens for 2 more guests.
Downstairs on our ground floor, you'll find our second kitchen and living room area. This kitchen features high-end amenities and appliances, a large bar with seating for 3 and direct access to the backyard. Here, you'll also find our second living space, which is home to a super comfy sectional and Smart TV. Between the two spaces, find our 4-top dining table. The downstairs level features three more private bedrooms.

If you step through the door in our main floor living room, you'll find our deck with a Weber grill (currently unavailable) and outdoor seating area. Through the door in our ground floor kitchen and living area, you'll have access to our backyard, which features a fire pit and four chairs for your enjoyment. Last but not least, our deck with an outdoor dining area and hammock can be accessed through the ground floor dining room or living.

Overall the house worked very well family needing a place to gather. Some of us stayed in the home and others stayed around town so the location was very convenient for that. Plenty of space and a fairly quiet neighborhood for the kids to run around and play, the second family room downstairs was great for them. The size of the main gathering area was wonderful for us to come together and large kitchen was great for meals.
The drawbacks would be, I felt that I needed to wiped down the high touch surfaces around the whole kitchen, railings, and handles before people arrived. I probably would have done had time and better cleaning supplies been then. For the amount you are charged in cleaning fees I didn’t expect to have to do that and find them as dirty as I did. There were also many things just not working or broken, outlets, the basement refrigerator wouldn’t cool, and the foldout bed on the 3rd floor was broken. I was in contact and hopefully they will correct those things before the next guest.
Overall the house space was definitely perfect for what we need but the house could use a good day of work and cleaning.

The house was amazing with enough space for my family. The kids loved the game room and the additional living space downstairs. The property would benefit from a landscaper who would make it so much better to enjoy the outside. It was so warm that we didn’t use it but it would be a nice addition if you could.

We chose this home for a family hub for my daughter's wedding. I had my immediate family, my parents and in laws all stay here as we awaited the wedding. It was a perfect space! There was accommodations for all for both private time and gathering time. The loft with the games & pool table was a perfect spot for my college kids to have something to do! From the 3 car garage to the wine fridge to the extra kitchen and living room downstairs to the two laundry rooms - it really was the perfect spot! We enjoyed our week long stay!

We were in town for a wedding. 4 families with kids of various ages. Plenty of room and each family had their own bathroom although not necessarily connected to their room. Not a problem for our group.

5 families with high school boys rented this house while we were in Fayetteville for 4 days for a travel baseball tournament. This was the most perfect house! The boys really enjoyed the loft area with a big tv and pool table. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all 15 of us. The kitchen is big and is stocked with just about everything you need. The backyard was also a fun place for the boys to play frisbee. We would love to stay here again sometime!

This was a great place for our family group to stay for a week. The rooms were comfortably spacious and there was plenty of gathering room for all. Although it is close to a very busy intersection, once inside the great room we had the feeling of being in a quiet forest.
The photos are for the most part an accurate depiction of the property, but it should be noted that the fenced in lawn area is not flat, but has quite a slope.
If you cycle, the Scull Creek Greenway is nearby and provides a direct route up to Lake Fayetteville and joins with the extensive network of bike paths in the Fayetteville-Bentonville area.

Nice house that comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 3 children. Interior is clean and nicely appointed, but outside areas leave something to be desired. Outdoor furniture could use refreshment/replacement. Also supply of glassware, cookware and serving platters/bowls could be improved. We enjoyed our time in Fayetteville/Bentonville and appreciated having a large house in which four generations could comfortably gather.

House was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well equipped with some extra benefits as well. The downside for our group was the location but the neighborhood was fine and without incident. The available three car garage probably helped with this. A plus for sure! They also have a fenced in yard which worked out well for the pets.

The house does not have curb appeal and is in a middling neighborhood. Driving up, you see only a three car garage and wonder where the heck the front door is (around to the left side). Once you enter the home, someone has made thoughtful updates. The master bath is especially nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The main living room has scanty seating for large groups (4-5 max) but there are additional living areas on the top and bottom floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main and lower level, plus a full bath and pull out sofas in the game room upstairs. The dining room accommodates eight guests. The backyard is fenced which would be ideal if you have a dog ( additional fee- -very reasonable). Although the inside of the house was clean, the outside areas were not, so if you plan to use the hammock or patio furniture or the fire pit, bring elbow grease. The lawn was in need of a good mowing when we arrived and six days later, it was a ridiculous length. The location was central to a lot of Fayetteville amenities.

Family Vacay ‘22
After weeks of searching and few pet-friendly options, I chose this property as a summer vacation meetup location for family traveling from Oklahoma and Mississippi. We really didn’t know what to expect with this being our first booking through VRBO. Overall, mine and my family’s stay at this property was excellent! Photos were an accurate (and up to date) representation of the property, and there was PLENTY of space to accommodate our group of 14 very comfortably (11 adults, 1 child, 1 18-month old & 1 mini poodle). Use of the garage is allowed, and we were able to fit all six vehicles (2 in garage, 4 in driveway). Although we brought much of our own stuff, there were more than enough linens, towels, and other household basics already on site. There were several parks/trails within walking distance, plus the University of Arkansas was just a brief stroll down the street and up a hill. Also, there’s a huge fenced backyard which was a pleasant surprise for the pup! Check-in/out were both super simple, and communication with property management was always prompt and friendly!

Comfortable Family Visit
My husband has extended family in Fayetteville we have been wanting to visit. This home allowed our family to travel together and have a comfortable and spacious place to stay and be together in the evenings, which is preferred over separate hotel rooms. The fire home was set up nice for three couples and a child. We enjoyed the fireplace and fire pit as it was winter season (The gas fireplace was a little difficult to start, the guys figured it out). They have thought through all the little touches - well written instructions, stocked kitchen supplies, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. Great home and place to stay.
