Great for a big group. Host was great!

Fifteen adults from around the country arrived in Louisville for a family wedding. The house accommodated everyone easily. The host was quick and gracious in answering endless questions - most of which were already in the detailed description of the property. All beds were made and the house welcoming for an easy transition to "home." Truly appreciated the large quantity of towels and coffee!

Ross was great. Communication was amazing through our entire stay. The house is spacious and had everything you could need. We had a group of 7 women and everyone had their own space. House was clean and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. No shortage of blankets, pillows, and towels. Plenty of stores and restaurants around the area. If I’m ever back in the area, I would stay here again.

Ross is a terrific host and provided amenities like bottled water, coffee, and everything else you would need at home away from home vacation. We had a group of 6 adults, each of whom had their own room and bed.
Nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood, we had quick access to the interstate where we could head out to our destinations.
When I plan my next visit to the Louisville area, I'll definitely look for availaiblity of this property.

We stayed here for the location and reasonable price. Also the number of bedrooms we needed. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were there for a family reunion with my brother who lives there and others who came from out of town.

Our stay was excellent! The house was clean and comfortable. My family gathered here from around the country to celebrate my graduation. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day out. Communication with Ross was great. He had some nice ideas for restaurants and was a joy to talk to. If I come back to Louisville I will definitely want to stay here again.

This property had everything we needed for our family get-together. Perfect location to where our event was and surprisingly close to food options. Our large party of 10 had enough space to spread out as well as a nice communal space to visit.

We chose this property because it was centrally located for all of the cousins. The house was wonderful and we had plenty of space to drink coffee together. Everything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute drive. Ross had some excellent suggestions on activities that suited everyone in our extended family.

We enjoyed the many comfortable beds, nice deck, and well-stocked kitchen. The toys for the children were a big help, and the many small touches (ex. water bottles, etc.) were very nice. The nearby park and splashpad were great!

Family arrived from Ohio, Michigan, Tennessee, and Washington to attend a wedding. This house was ideal!
The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook in, plenty of bath towels and paper products, beds were comfortable and home is located near highways and grocery stores. Host is great to work with and has numerous “notes” posted to help with questions, WiFi, etc. and was quick to answer questions.
We would definitely stay here again if life brings us back to Louisville!

This property was perfect for our group (3 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 child, 1 dog). Everyone had their own room plus lots of things to do together as a family. We really enjoyed playing pool and board games. The house is easy to find and in a nice neighborhood, super convenient to groceries, restaurant, highway access, etc. We have family in the area and visit often. We will definitely be coming back to this property again!

My family gathered from 3 different states to attend a wedding in Louisville. We all wanted to stay together but needed space for 12 adults and a toddler. Ross’ house was perfect!
It was welcoming, warm, clean, and we’ll stocked.
The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for both coming together to fellowship and finding a quiet space for some alone time.
The extras were remarkable: coffee and water in our room, soft sheets and cuddly pillows, but the bidets in the bathrooms made the biggest splash!
Overall it was our favorite VRBO stay yet.

We spent the weekend here for our son’s wedding. The house was clean and filled with everything we might need for our stay. The owner was in contact with me throughout the booking and our stay. My only regret is we were so busy we couldn’t spend a lot of time there enjoying the back yard and many games available. I totally recommend!!

Our Louisville Home
Everything about the home worked for our group of 9 adults & 4 kids with 2 dogs. Very big roomy house with wide open spaces. Plenty of linens and the kitchen wasn’t missing a thing! And the owner, Ross, was prompt in answering a couple questions we had. We will definitely stay in Ross’s home again when we return to Kentucky Kingdom.
