Most of our guests arrive at our Garden City, South Carolina home in their own personal or rented vehicles. We’re situated near Route 17, making it a straightforward journey for those coming from nearby cities or driving through the region. This thoroughfare is a scenic and efficient route along the coast, offering a very pleasant drive with views of the Atlantic and unique South Carolina landscapes to witness.

For those arriving by plane, we’re conveniently located 10 miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Upon landing, the drive to our home is short and hassle-free, whether you’re arriving in a rented car or taxi.

In Harmony with Nature: Being nestled directly on the oceanfront means we're closer to the natural elements, including local wildlife. Despite our best efforts, you might encounter some insects during your stay. But not to worry—we schedule our exterminator to visit bi-weekly, ensuring any potential concerns are managed proactively.

Embrace the Ocean's Kiss: The salt spray from the sea is part of the unique charm of beachfront living. It's a reminder of the untamed beauty right at your doorstep. We're dedicated to maintaining the property meticulously, but the salty air is a natural element that we work with and embrace as part of our coastal experience.


Security and Privacy: Security and Privacy: The property has 8 exterior security cameras in the following locations: 2 cameras covering the driveway, 1 camera covering the rear bottom stairs, 1 camera covering the top of rear stairs, 1 camera at the elevator entrance, 1 camera entering the stairwell, and 2 cameras covering the underneath the house. Video footage is recorded for liability reasons only, is not shared, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. The goal of using security cameras is not to monitor guests’ coming and going but to prevent break-ins, stop a potential party, and identify suspicious activity.

Guest Responsibilities: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

Arrival and Departure Guests are invited to check in at their convenience after 4:00 PM and to check out by 10:00 AM.

Non-Smoking Policy: For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the home and near doors and windows. This includes vaping and electronic cigarettes.

Pet-Free Environment: While we cherish animals, we maintain a pet-free environment to accommodate guests with allergies.

Legal Conduct: Please observe all local laws and regulations during your stay. Illegal activities, including the use of drugs, are strictly forbidden.

Occupancy: The residence is best enjoyed by a maximum of 14 guests. Overnight stays are limited to those explicitly included in your reservation.

Care of Premises We take great pride in our home and request that you do as well. Kindly inform us immediately of any incidents or damages that occur during your stay.

Waste Management Regular disposal of garbage in the appropriate bins and adherence to recycling protocols is appreciated.

Departure Checklist: On the day of departure, please follow the simple checkout procedures listed in your boarding pass or house manual to assist in preparing the space for the next guests.

Rental Agreement & Electronic Boarding Pass: All guests are required to sign our rental agreement and use our electronic boarding pass which includes a verification process to enhance security and ensure compliance with our house rules.

Guest Screening You authorize the property manager to use a third-party service to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Full terms regarding guest screening will be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
