The gourmet kitchen is stocked with professional cookware and is open to the lanai where you will also find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a professional grill, sink, refrigerator and large counter. The oversized heated salt water pool is over 40 feet long and surrounded by a large screened lanai with several lounging and seating areas.
The house is situated directly on a canal leading to the imperial river where dolphin frequently come to feed and swim. Directly across the street is the newly renovated Bonita Fairways Public Golf course which offers all new greens on the 18 hole course. You can walk to downtown Bonita where you will find coffee shops, a craft cocktail bar, restaurants, a food truck park and shops. Situated just 3.5 miles from Bonita Beach you can ride one of the house bikes or take the short drive.
Other amenities include five smart TVs (living room, lanai, master bedroom, guest, 2 guest bedrooms), four beach cruiser bikes, pool toys and more! There are also 3 desks in the house for those needing to work remotely, and an outdoor shower.
