During a stressful week for our family, we stayed at the April Sound condo which couldn't have been more relaxing and comfortable. Communication provided by the host was exceptional. They were beyond accommodating and so kind. The condo is located in a very peaceful setting, while just minutes away you can find great restaurant options on Lake Conroe. Would definitely recommend a stay at this location.

My husband and I along with our adult children with friends enjoyed a wonderful Memorial Weekend at this location. Communication with owners was exceptional and prompt. We arrived to a cute welcome sign, music playing along with snacks and drinks. The Clubhouse and Pool were within walking distance. There's a bar with great drinks and food. Thank you kindly for the fabulous hospitality! We will be back!!!

Was the perfect spot for a weekend. This property is very spacious and is in a very convenient location in April Sound. Property owners were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had a great stay. They added nice details on arrival to welcome us. Would stay again!

We needed a place to stay for a wedding at April Sound Country Club and this was the perfect spot. Communication was great. There were snacks waiting for us on the kitchen counter. I have stayed at tons of places and no one does this. They actually asked what our favorite snacks were and had them for us, the kids were happy! Plenty of space and cozy spot.

Very nice clean condo. Well stocked with all necessities plus had lots of drinks and snacks! Kelly and Pat were very responsive and worked overtime to get small plumbing problem fixed! Kids loved pool only 2-3 minutes walk! Highly recommend this property!

Condo was wonderful! Difficulty getting into April Sound thru security so difficult it us a detriment to every staying there again! Every time we leff it was at minimum a 20 minute process to get back in!

Six members of our family were in town for a wedding and stayed in the unit. It was very nice, well stocked, and comfortable. The host was easy to reach and helpful. The unit was a little hard to find initially because the complex is a bit of a maze and the map app directed us to the wrong building, but we managed to get to the right place without much trouble.

Great location, condo and host! Well cared for property and attention to detail - amenities like snacks, beverages in the fridge and treats for the dogs were a nice surprise. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from A&M and it was nice to get away from the chaos of so many visitors to College Station. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice decor. Thanks for the drinks and snacks plus everything that we needed. We loved the welcome sign. With so many wedding activities we didn’t get to use the lake amenities. Low score on cleanliness due to mold on both shower curtain liners and floors not being swept, also bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly.

Everything was fantastic. Girls weekend was perfect. Kelly and Will are great Hosts, very responsive to all our needs and questions.. there is lots to do within the community and surrounding areas.we took walks every day and got to see armadillo. The pool was fantastic too.

This is our first VRBO rental. Williams condo fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of washcloths towels, etc. and the way the condo was laid out was perfect for our needs. Thank you for the hospitality. This exceeded our expectations. Close to the clubhouse and the pool. We will be looking for this again, the next time we’re visiting our relatives here.

There isn’t enough room here to express everything that was so wonderful about the owner of the condo, the condo itself, and our entire experience. Kelly went over and above to make our stay something fabulous and memorable. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and Kelly was AMAZING! Her communication and hospitality was top-notch. I felt like I had gained a precious friend in the end. Condo was adorable, warm, and cozy. Would definitely return if we needed a place to stay again in April Sound. We Loved Loved this rental! So clean, so many perks! Adored the back porch and walking straight outside to a lovely green back yard and big area to stroll in the afternoon/evening. Homeowners supplied so many treats/goodies for our stay. Would love to stay again for a longer time ❤️

Nicely updated property with plenty of sleeping accommodations. Walking distance to the lake, pool, tennis courts and other amenities. The property owner was excellent at communicating through the entire process. She was nice enough to ask what snacks and drinks we all liked and provided a nice spread of treats upon our arrival! Kelly, our host, was the absolute best. Due to weather, when we arrived, the power was out in the unit. Kelly was very responsive and kept us up to date with power company response. She had put up a Christmas tree and personalized stockings for my grandkids. She went to far above and beyond that we will absolutely stay here again. The unit was awesome, clean and so very comfortable.
