Stayed for a girls trip, perfect location right across from the beach. Space was extremely clean and host was incredibly responsive, check in was easy, would highly recommend!

I booked for a 5 night stay and left after the second night due to finding multiple insects in the bed (between 15-20 insects) over a period of 2 days. After leaving, it took me a full week of contacting the property management every day before they offered me an only a partial refund. After spending so much time in contact with the property management, I decided to accept my partial refund and move on (they told me it was their “final offer”). The delay and effort required to come to an unsatisfactory resolution was exhausting and disappointing to say the least. I figured I would share my experience for future travelers to consider before booking with this property manager.

Right next to the Versace Mansion and access to everything. Late night food right behind the building too. Would stay again!

Property was nice especially for the price paid. The only thing that was confusing was opening the window. The directions inside the unit say you can if the AC is off, but my check in directions requested I don’t open them at all for bugs and mold. Either way there were still a few Florida crawlers that were able to make there way in despite not opening the windows.
I couldn’t figure out how to change the direct tv channel but who goes to Florida to watch TV anyways.
Overall! If you just want to be close to the action in a cozy living space this is it. Would book again. Communication was also fast for any questions asked.

Our stay was a lot of fun. The property is located in party central.. lots of music, entertainment and walking distance to several shops, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and maintained with city views. Highly recommend social bar which is a couple buildings down from the palace. The employees at check in were polite and willing to answer any and all questions. The rooftop pool was clean with ocean views and filled with relaxation and drinks from the bar!

Close to all the action, restaurants, entertainment, transportation and the beach, our unit was on the 3rd floor facing the Versace Mansion had a ocean view.
