Replaced mattresses in August 2024 to address feedback from guests on firmness.

The open and inviting entry way features real ceramic tile flooring that leads into the kitchen and dining room where you'll find a modern kitchen with plenty of seating and stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you need to cook your standard meals including a toaster and Keurig coffee maker with an initial stocking of K-cups, tea bags, creamer, and sugar/Splenda.

There is a sliding glass door leading to the patio where you can grill or relax with a view toward the golf course and the Black Hills. Move up or downstairs to watch TV, relax on the sectional with powered recliners - great place to take a nap or enjoy a movie - able to watch free TV channels or sign into your own streaming services. Games are provided for everyone's enjoyment (Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.)

This home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes the living room with 3 powered recliners, bedroom, bathroom and the awesome master suite with inset trayed ceiling, tv, a large walk-in closet, bathroom with a custom tiled shower, double vanity plus there is a 14x12 bonus room off of the master with a sofa bed, exercise bike, and foosball and air hockey games. The lower level includes a large family room with the 3rd TV, 2 more bedrooms, bathroom and finished laundry room.

Great area for walking, right off of the Red Rocks Golf Course, great views throughout the neighborhood.

The person making the reservation must be among those staying at the house for the entire stay.

No street parking at any time.

NO PETS
Due to owner allergies, pets/animals are NOT allowed on the property, inside or out, at any time. Guests who bring pets/animals in violation of house rules will be financially responsible for all sanitization that is required post-stay to eliminate allergens.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home or anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking anywhere on the property may result in $500 cleaning fee to deodorize the home.

NO PARTIES
No parties are permitted on the premises.

We have stayed at this property twice now and had another wonderful experience. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The quiet neighborhood allows for an excellent night's sleep and we feel completely safe in this location. I also like that we can use the garage to park our vehicle. This offers another level of security but also shade from the hot summer sun!

Our family of 5 was more than comfortable in this home. We had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. We stayed here as a central location for many day trips in the area and it was the perfect location for that! We would 100% book this property again if we were in the area again!

We absolutely enjoyed staying there. It’s very centrally located to be able to access every ride and destination that we had the home was very clean and very comfortable. The three car garage was a plus it fit two cars and three motorcycles and our truck and trailer was parked in the front also, very nice would definitely stay again

This place was so perfect for our family. Close to relatives that live close by. Neighbors were so friendly and welcoming. Lots of rooms to spread out or be together. Kids loved the game room. Great location with friendly neighbors. Beautiful home which has plenty of space for our family of 10. Communication with the property owners was easy and they responded right away. We were close to all of the fun activities that Rapid City has to offer and could retreat to a quiet neighborhood to relax after a busy day.

The property was very conveniently located near the Red Rocks, which was perfect for our stay. The property was very clean and check out procedures were clear. Stayed a week in this lovely home in a golf course community close to Rapid City. Convenient to all services. Very well equipped home , spotless and modern. The only downfall was the lack of network TV . There are plenty of TVs but all use Apps that don’t include the major Networks . Other than that the place was perfect.

Our family of two grandparents, one uncle, a son and wife with three children came from Texas, California, and North Dakota to enjoy a reunion with other family who lived in the Rapid city area. We loved our accommodations at this Vrbo which provided a very comfortable place to meet, eat and sleep while we played and explored the surrounding Black Hills. We had room to relax, visit and play, to cook and eat if we chose to stay at home, and felt very secure. There were plenty of games to play for all ages, TVs in every room, and Wifi was easily accessible. We used the grille outside with no problems, and the neighborhood was very pleasant. The kitchen was well stocked, and the laundry facilities were a breeze to use.

The house was very clean, very nice and ready as promised. We did not need to contact the owner as everything was in its place. The furniture is not garage sale stuff like one place we stayed at! The beds were comfortable and the family had a wonderful time. The value of the price was very good. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Family vacation (5 adults & 2 grade school age children ) decided to spend a week in Rapid City. We looked at a number of homes but decided on this house based on the location and size. It was a wise decision! First, you can’t beat the location. Easy access to Rapid City and the surrounding sites but in a golf course quiet neighborhood. 3 car garage was spacious and the back patio faced the Black Hills so the view was perfect. Second, it is big! 3 levels so we could all be together for meals around the big dining room table or the children could be on the top level playing air hockey while the guys watched sports and the gals talked in the lower level - it worked well for us! The owners were very responsive and sent driving instructions to get us there without a hitch. The expectations were spelled out and not at all difficult. We highly recommend this place - it made our time together so trouble free!

The house was absolutely clean, with quiet neighbor hood. Its 6miles to downtown and 40 minutes drive to Mt. Rushmore. Micheal was helpful and quick to respond. Quick and easy checkin process. He left personal note along with truffles. Our stay was simply amazing and love to stay here again in future.

This house is amazing and you will not be disappointed! Spacious house in quiet neighborhood. Close to area attractions like the Reptile Gardens and Mt Rushmore in Keystone. Easy drive to downtown Rapid City as well. The house was very clean and had comfortable furnishings.

My husband and I and 5 of our children (2 adults, 2 teenagers and our 10-year-old) stayed here for almost 2 weeks. From the moment we arrived we felt very comfortable and at home. The Reilly's left very clear instructions for how to work the appliances, tv's, etc and the kitchen had everything we needed. They even had water and juice available for us upon arrival. The rooms were very comfortable and there was so much room for everyone to just relax and for our youngest son to play. We loved how the dining area and kitchen were so open and when we weren't out visiting the area, we spent a lot of time in there. We all really loved it here!
