Had a late arrival to residence, upon entry we immediately noticed the listing was not reflective of actual/current state. Cobwebs everywhere to include on beds/pillows. Most of the windows did not have screens so you could not open them unless you wanted to accept bug infiltration. It was hot, July weather so it was extremely uncomfortable. Later found screens stashed under beds along with used and empty water bottles, we could have filled a case with all the bottles. It was clear the house had not be recently cleaned or opened. WiFi information provided in texts and emails was incorrect. The response received was to check my devices. My husband later found a random piece of paper with info which happened to be correct. We left the residence and are still awaiting a status in our refund. Would not rent again. Extremely displeased. Don’t waste your money.

The area and condo facility/clubhouse is very nice.
Need new cleaning crew. There were cobwebs in many of the corners of the rooms, a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom and some of the extra blankets had a bad smell. I doubt highly the comforters are all washed after each guest in this five bedroom unit. I didn't check all the pillows because I was afraid to, but one of them in my room was stained beyond recognition. It was more brown from drool stains, than a white pillow should be.That is why pillow protectors were invented. The carpets were stained significantly through the unit. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen was probably the worst out of any property I have stayed at. There wasn't a decent pot to cook in. We ended up buying one! They had all the enamel off in the pots and that isn't safe to cook in. Almost all the silverware was dirty, with crusted on food. Many of the mugs were dirty too. The Keurig wasn't cleaned.Even the teapot was bad. I couldn't find a broom to sweep. The beds weren't comfortable. The headboard in the primary bedroom was an additional mattress with a bed skirt thrown over it. My niece told me that a spring in her bed caused a sore on her back. The lock on the dining room slider didn't lock securely. At least there weren't stairs to come up. The deck set consisted of a small bistro size table and two chairs. The unit sleeps 12. No grill. Electric heat didn't work well. Not worth the money. Would like a refund!

House is clean and very spacious. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water until the last night of our trip and the Wi-Fi network was NOT WORKING the entire trip. The owners were quick to get the water turned on once they were notified from the actual maintenance but no help from vacasa.

Old, never updated, but bathrooms and kitchen spotless clean. Heat, hot water worked well despite record cold; kitchen well appointed. Unit has a super old entry door passage that, once locked in a certain way from inside with a button, was impossible to enter with the key, while we waited in sub zero weather. Local maintenance could not get in with the key. VERY Fortunately a local helping hand gentleman jimmied the door with a credit card. Called Vacasa and they never called us back; called them back three hours later and they had given a wrong number to their local contact. The local guy called us to apologize that Vacasa had given him a wrong number and gave us his number; he said had he been called correctly he would have arrived within 15 minutes. I had re checked with Vacasa and my number on file was correct; they gave some supervisor's number to the local contact, so he had no way to contact us. A lousy job by Vacasa in assisting us. That unit should never be rented again until the entry door handle/lock is replaced. The local management agency insists on coded door entries for rentals but apparently the owner of this unit has opted not to upgrade. Had it not been a piece of luck to connect with a local guy who happened by we would have been driving back home.

Setting is nice and the house was a perfect size for our family. However many things need to be upgraded or fixed. The most important things is the internet. It does not work 90% of the time which means you don't have TV and only can watch roku which comes and goes. My son-in-law couldn't come because he had to do some work while there and there isn't internet to allow this. Had issues with the stove oven, worked once but not the second time. The lights blinked in the kitchen. Jet tub worked once and not again. The house wasn't cleaned at all when we got there. They did give us the cleaning fee back. Experience on a whole was not good but we are adaptable and were able to still have a good vacation.

Spacious Family Get Away
Perfect home for a large family gathering. Nicely laid out. Well equipped - older working appliances. We would certainly return. Nice location with sunset views of Mount Snow. Stayed in mid April. Had a few inches of snow over several days. Great hiking nearby. Perfect home for a large family gathering and pets. Kids loved the pool and hot tub which are included once you get the 5 digit code. Wish we'd had a few more days.

Unable to use amenities due to poor communication with vaca
Hot Tub is a key amenity to be able to use when skiing!!! This was advertised as having shared/ common use. No instructions were provided how to use the hot tub, pool, pickle ball courts. We were not provided “codes” to provide front desk and were denied entry. A partial refund was requested and have not heard back.
