Take out one of the four provided boats for a serene trip along the water. Or hop on the bikes for a pleasant ride around the neighborhood. Find motorboat rentals at the marina just across the canal, or bring your own along to tie up at the private dock.

Prepare favorite dishes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the four-person breakfast table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This second-floor condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms.

Find comfort in the master suite, complete with two queen beds, a 42” flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the guest bedroom, outfitted with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a 40” flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination.

This property is the upstairs unit of a duplex. Access is via a flight of stairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
