Cant knock the location of this apartment and the space, Jennifer was also very responsive to our messages. We had an awful night sleep here though due to the noise from the street and the other apartments in the building. The main bedroom has a door that leads to another entrance and there was people coming in and out until around 4am which meant we couldnt sleep. The heating was also ridiculously loud (like a burst of steam coming out the pipes) which also woke us up a few times so i doubt we would stay again

This property was the perfect place for our girls trip to Salem. The location could not have been better. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Saturday night got a little noisy outside, but that was to be expected for Salem in October. It was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

This apartment is as described. It's very clean and modern in a great location. Walking distant to everything. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered my call regarding the parking garage. The only downside is how loud it is, because it's in a main location and on the ground floor. The radiator is very loud and made awful clanging noises all night adding to the noise. If that could be fixed, and one doesn't mind street traffic, definitely rent it!

This place was so much more spacious than the photos made it look like. There was a king bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch. It was very clean and the location was fantastic! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted with no more than a 10 minute walk. Felt very safe and secure. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

An amazing apartment for our girls trip. Fantastic location. We felt safe there, even at night. It was so close to everything. Will definitely 💯 book again. The property manger was great, very responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

This property is conveniently located to make getting to and from attractions easy. It is clean, well maintained and the beds are very comfy.

Loved stepping out and being right next to everything! The vrbo had great amenities and was quite spacious. The bed was so comfortable! Great for collapsing in after a long day of exploring and walking around. Like other reviews say you can her the other apartments above you, but its minimal and there are great air conditioners and fans running where you can hardly tell. Would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Salem! The location of this property can't be beat...within walking distance of everything you may need. The parking spot in the garage was a great bonus. Yes, there was noise from upstairs, but only footsteps from them walking around...nothing to complain about! Neighbors in building were respectful and friendly! :)

Perfect location, literally walked everywhere in town. We had a really wonderful time, met several very friendly neighbors. Nothing but good things to say.

The location couldn’t be better or more convenient, to all the shopping, sightseeing, dining, and drinking that you would want to do while visiting Salem. Easy to stop back by and drop off shopping bags or change real quick for the next activity. The apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely updated. Great kitchen if you’re wanting to cook up some fresh seafood or breakfast before heading out for the day! The upstairs neighbors were so friendly and welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for food and must sees and dos. It truly felt like home away from home!

I need to stipulate that I’m being asked to rate on photos of a building that we didn’t actually stay in. The night before we made our 950km drive, I text the manager to find out what the key code for our arrival would be. She asked me to call her. This was new, as I’ve never done that before. However I called, and Jennifer gave us the news that my rental was no longer available due to a flood. She offered to refund us, or she could stay to place us elsewhere, and she would give is 50% back for the hassle of the change. I felt this was a very fair offer. This property is right down town Salem, and street level walk out. Very charming. Close to all restaurants and amenities that we had done a lot of research in hoping to patronize. There was another, larger unit located almost at the edge of another town. And though it was spacious and lovely, it was three floors up. We are seniors , and my husband has some health issues. So climbing 6 flights of stairs was daunting to say the least after a ten hour drive. I let Jennifer know immediately upon arrival, and she had another apartment , just a few blocks away from this rental that we could get three days later. So we opted to move three days into our stay. Then next place was on the second floor, and again, very spacious and beautiful. View of the harbour, and right where we had planned on going. So the second half of the trip was much easier for us. I appreciated the efforts Jennifer made to further accommodate us. I was told the refund would be a few days after our arrival. Still haven’t see. It, but I’m sure it will arrive as Jennifer was very professional to deal with. I wish I had a way to give a star rating for the other two properties, as we took photos and would love to share. But both good for larger groups of people! All in all felt we were fairly treated due to unseen circumstances.

We recently had the pleasure of renting this place and I must say that it was an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the living room was cozy and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location was also great - it was just a short walk away from some of the city's restaurants, shops, and attractions. The building itself was very secure, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. Finally, I have to give a shout-out to Jennifer who made our stay extra special. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating, she was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It was truly a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back!

The unit is conveniently located in downtown salem, with a guaranteed parking spot in a garage just a 3 min walk away (3rd level of the harbor garage). Full kitchen, complete with a fridge/oven/toaster/etc as well as in-unit washer! Can't beat the location and the included amenities leave little to be desired.

I would highly recommend this property that has a brand new queen bed. It has a daybed TV service. Good Wi-Fi everything you need nothing you don’t.

We loved this place. You walk out the door and you're 5 minutes from everything. I know some of the reviews mention that it's noisy and we could hear the upstairs neighbors but it wasn't that bad, plus I have stayed in hotels with the same issue. This is a very nice location, and it has just about everything you need! My five year old, husband, and 84 year old grandma loved it! I definitely recommend staying here so you can be in the heart of salem!

We stayed here recently and there were pros and cons. The Location seriously can’t be beat. We went in and out as we pleased throughout the day and it was nice. Very close to everything. Things that we didn’t care for were the pull out bed didn’t pull out. however, there was an air mattress provided. The temperature in the whole place never felt comfortable. It was either hot or freezing. The washer/dryer was not good. Our clothes smelled funny after using it. The biggest complaint with this place was the noise!!!! The people above us made noise until about 3AM every night we were there. Also, headlights were constantly shining in the bedroom and you could hear everyone talking outside that passed by. We ended up playing our infant daughters noise maker as loud as it would go to try and get some sleep at night. I would probably stay here again for the location just not as a family.

We enjoyed how the location of the property was centralized to all of the major attractions in Salem and how spacious, clean, and comfortable it was. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud but we're unsure if they were fellow vacationers or permanent residents. We were a little disappointed that the bathroom door didn't fully close or lock and that the bedroom had a full-sized bed, not a queen (as listed) which was a bit challenging. However, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware, silverware, and cookware, and Jenn was fairly easy to contact. We appreciated that parking was included but initially struggled with finding the designated space, as that information isn't listed in the welcome brochure. The parking space for this property is located on the third floor of the parking garage. All in all, we did enjoy our stay and we'd rate this a 6 out of 10!

My oldest and I stayed in Salem in order to visit colleges in Boston. This was perfect for walking around Salem, and to and from the T station. Perfect for the 2 of us!

The place was super clean and perfectly located. There was nothing fancy or special about the condo itself. It had the basics, but everything you need, and again really clean, nothing broken, etc. Check-in was very easy, and the parking garage was easy and convenient. After parking, I did everything on foot. Everywhere I wanted to go seemed to be right around the corner, as was public transportation if you want to take the commuter rail up to Gloucester or Rockport for a day trip. I had a really great stay!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the location of this VRBO is. My friend and I drove in to Salem from Chicago, so we had already racked up quite a few miles. We did not once use the car to get around town. Everything is within a half mile (roughly) walk. It was an absolute wonderful stay. We will be reaching out for our next visit!

A nice clean place that is right in Salem, perfect walking distance from all the tourist stuff in the city. Comes with a parking spot in a parking structure around the corner, super nice perk because parking is a pain in Salem. Would definitely stay here again.

I came out to Drop my son at school in Boston and we used Salem as a base to see Marblehead, Gloucester, Concord, Newton, and downtown. This property in Salem made the perfect home-base each night. We walked to go eat, buy some groceries, and check out the amazing town. The parking garage was a huge bonus! So close and no issues finding a parking spot. The property was very clean and very spacious. It was exactly as described in the listing and a great value.
