About this apartment rental

The first self contained apartment built at Stacy's Place and its charm always surprises guests. It comprises of 2 bedrooms, and is tucked quietly away ensuring the feeling of safety and being right at home in an active neighbourhood rich in culture, and minutes away from Port Of Spain and Woodbrook. It's the ideal location for a truly authentic island experience.

Stacy will be available to assist with meeting your needs throughout the duration of your stay. Should you have any issues she is on-site and available daily during the hours of 7 am - 3pm.

Vince is our Guest Reservations Associate and oversees bookings ensuring our guests needs are met throughout the booking process. Together with Stacy who will be your point of contact delivering the best experience for our guests throughout their stay.

IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION: Three days prior to your arrival date, you will receive your Check In/Arrival information details from us via Email, Text/WhatsApp.

PRE-ARRIVAL: In preparation for your arrival we ask for your anticipated arrival time and/or flight information or complete our pre-arrival form. Stacy is scheduled to meet and greet you for Check In accordance with the information you provide.

CHECK-IN: Starts at 3:00pm. Should you be arriving later than 3 pm, or should your arrival time or date change please inform us and/or Stacy accordingly.

Saint James is a district of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The main road is the Western Main Road. It runs from Woodbrook to Cocorite. Western Main Road, the area's major thoroughfare, has long been the city's main nightlife district, sometimes nicknamed "the city that never sleeps".

Guests will have access to entire apartment. The pool is a shared space and amenity for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY!

POOL USAGE
* The shared pool is open from 10 am to 6 pm for registered guests only. There is an applicable $20 USD fee per person per day for guests that are visitors of registered guests.
* The staff reserves the right to request verification of the identity and unit affiliation of all persons using the pool facilities.


This unit is both warm and cozy, and draws guests into feeling right at home. The living room space is maximized for relaxation, entertainment or work if required.
The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped with pot, pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware. Bedroom one hosts a queen size bed, and bedroom two has 2 single beds both complete with linens. Private and self contained with a flat screen TV, AC, WiFi, washer/dryer, and hot & cold water.

Our preferred team of drivers are available upon request for your convenience. This service is at an additional cost. We do recommend contacting the driver directly to receive a quotation based on your flight arrival time, and destination.

All guests are required to sign our rental agreement and show an original and valid form of identification upon arrival as part of the Check-In process.

We had an amazing experience and stay at Stacy’s Place. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the amenities required including the location and a beautiful pool. needed. Our host Stacy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend Stacy’s Place and would definitely return.

This property is incredible. It is very clean and welcoming and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. Stacy is very accommodating and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. Everything is a short walk away if you choose to walk around the area. We used Dion as a driver to take us around to various sights on our way to Maracas Bay and he was incredible and very, very affordable. For shorter trips we used TT Rideshare and our experience with them was incredible.

The property is located in the area of St. James on one of the quieter streets. We were nervous at first as the area is very different than anything we have experienced previously. All the amenities we needed for our family were within walking distance (grocery store, bakery, pizza, doubles, and roti) and so much more. Stacy was very accommodating with our arrival and departure times and she made us feel very welcome. The apartment was VERY clean and welcoming and it worked extremely well for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to socialize, play games and have meals together. There are numerous apartments within the main building, but it is very quiet overall. During our stay Stacy was in the midst of having a backyard oasis built and it looks amazing. This property is definitely one we would recommend to anyone staying near the Port of Spain. As well, using the TT ride share app is highly recommended to get around the area safely and efficiently. We originally had a rental car, but we quickly returned it when we realized how chaotic the driving can get in this area. Stacy is an incredibly thoughtful host and she goes out of her way to make your stay feel like you're at home.

As an all-female group traveling together, safety was the highest priority; Stacy, the property manager, ensured we were safe and had a fulfilling vacation. The location is central, but not too busy and overwhelming. Thank you Stacy for enriching our vacation in beautiful Trinidad.
