The perfect home away for families that enjoy nature at their own pace. The property is located just 40 mins from San Juan via highway and local roads. The drive is an easy and pleasant one with lots of picture perfect spots. The place has a big living area and roof top to enjoy among family and friends. The complex have 2 pools and 3 beach access to Seven Seas, Playa Escondida and walking distance to a world renowned Nature Reserve Las Cabezas de San Juan with its Bioluminiscent bay. Just a 2 minute drive and you will be at Las Croabas Village a tourist and restaurant area where you can take water taxis to the small cays off the coast of Fajardo like Icacos and Palominitos for a day on the beach or snorkeling. From the ports of Fajardo and Ceiba you can take the Ferry or Plane and go to the larger islands of Vieques & Culebra. The El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest is just a 15 min drive. Fajardo is a big town with many conveniences like, shopping malls and hospitals and nearby Canovanas has an Outlet Mall with major brands of stores just 30 min drive.

My family love it here. The seven seas beach is right across the street. There is a great place to eat within walking distance, which made dinner easy when we didn’t want to drive.

The location across the street from a snorkeling beach is fantastic and unique. This end 3rd floor unit is incredible with an entire rooftop balcony, main floor balcony, lots of interior room, and good functioning AC. Minor downsides: providing only 6 Corelle dinner plates and even less smaller plates and bowls means you’re hand washing dishes all the time, not to mention no platters or serving plates. For a place that advertises sleeping 6, that’s not enough dishes. Only 1 kitchen dish towel is provided as well, although the owner may not have control over that. The kitchen and bathroom drawer facades are all peeling. Only had 1 initial communication from the owner. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved this place, would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our family of four with two teens, more than enough space for all of us. Great to be able to head across the street to the beach in the morning to read and swim before the teens were ready to be up and going. Walked up the road for an excellent two-hour Cabezas de San Juan tour with Para La Naturaleza, amazing views from the lighthouse.

Very spacious, nice pool, view of the ocean, short walk to beach, short drive to El Yunque—what more could you want? We were only there for a few days, and wish we’d had more time to relax and enjoy this gem (especially the roof deck!). Highly recommend!

Great price, good stay. Property was clean and spacious. The deck was great for morning coffee, and breakfast and the roof had lots of room a good view of the land on the property. The pool was clean and not busy, which was great. There was some construction past the property, so we are unable to adventure up that way. There were some great restaurants in the area, and it was a quick drive to our snorkeling and kayaking activities. The beach was a quick and easy, walk across the street and was a beautiful beach. You also had a view of the old lighthouse, and could walk about 10 minutes to a beach on the other side of the peninsula, which was absolutely gorgeous and minimal people were there. It was off season, so some things were closed, but all in all we enjoyed the stay and would absolutely return for another.

This was our second time renting a unit in this complex. Last time we rented a different unit with a rooftop terrace. Amenities were not as updated as previous rental but price is also lower. We unfortunately had zero access to the pool during our stay due to a repair. I feel as if compensation should have been offered for this as I rented a place with a pool because I enjoy having a pool in the evening to use or when we are tired of the beach. I understand it is the management of the entire complex to handle but for the first few days there we never saw anyone working on the pool. The owners were given a letter that it was being repaired and should have only taken the first two days of our trip to be fixed. That was acceptable but the pool was taped off our entire stay and was never fixed. I knew about the construction before booking and honestly don’t feel as if it interrupted much of anything for us other than a less convenient walk to the beach but wasn’t that big of a deal. We also lost power one evening for the entire evening until about 9/10 am the next day. It was the entire one building that lost power though not under the owners control. She did contact the necessary people to get it up and running as quickly as possible. Palma Vista is a great location and secure apartment complex. Always felt safe here and the view is fantastic. I would have liked to have one more beach chair as there were only 3 available and a beach cart would be a great addition.

Wonderful location and amazing property but the constant road construction outside took a bit away from the experience. Listening to a generator day and night took some getting used to and was not exactly the ocean sounds we had in mind. That being said the property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a family of with young children. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Palm Vista is a beautiful, spacious apartment across a small street to the beach and a pool. There are several places to eat within walking distance. It was clean and easy to access!

My family and I (4 Adults) and 2 children ( under age 10) enjoyed our stay at this location Having stayed in Fajardo before I found this location convenient to many of the attractions we wanted to see ( bio bay, El Yunque Seven seas beach and A short drive to Luquillo beach. ) The condo, grounds and pool are clean and safe Very good local restaurants are in walking distance or short drive The Host was very accommodating and communicated well throughout our stay The only downside is it is on a very busy road and can get loud at night with the traffic ( speed bumps here would solve that easily) The beach is across the road and easy access

We rented this property as it was the best deal within the Palma Vista complex. One guest had mentioned the noise from roosters in a review. We asked about this and the hosts said it was minimal and not a problem for most guests. We imagined a rooster crowing around 5 in the morning for half an hour or so and figured we could use ear plugs and a sound machine for our toddler. This was NOT the case at all. Two roosters would crow from 3am until 6 or 7 am. They are literally right outside two of the back bedrooms as they live in the trees there. It was not possible to sleep through even with ear plugs. The sound machine and AC did nothing to soften the noise. We contacted the hosts that first morning of our stay to see if anything could be done and if we could move. They asked us to try one more night as our first night was NYE and they thought the fireworks might have riled them up. So we agreed. We moved the grandparents into those rooms as they are hard of hearing and could also wear ear plugs. The roosters still woke them. The beds were also very uncomfortable. We asked to move because we could not sleep and that we be refunded for the nights we didn’t stay. The hosts agreed saying that they could only refund us for the costs of the nights-fine. We found a spot in the same complex luckily and at the opposite end. This was a life saver because we had to move grandparents, toddler and a crib we had rented that would not fit in our car. We arranged that we move in the morning by their checkout time so that they would not lose a rental day so f they were able to find new guests. Regardless, they had agreed to refund us the 4 nights (we stayed 3 nights). We moved and left the apartment in pristine condition. We took photos in case we had any issues. We waited for a refund which never came. The hosts said they didn’t believe us about the roosters and that they didn’t have to refund us. We asked them to honor their word and they did not. They also are clueless about their guest’s experience, seem like they never visit the property and provide no information about the apartment or the local area. The apartment is bare bones with not enough glassware for all guests and no toaster. It’s not worth the money saved. We travel extensively and are also hosts. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had renting a vacation property.

Clean property with lots of amenities and felt safe. Plenty of space to spread out, especially with the two balconies with views of the ocean. Had all the essentials, and the beach towels, chairs and cooler were wonderful bonuses for day outings. Seven Seas Beach right across the street with walking access to Playa Escondida as well, and just a 30 minute drive to El Yunque. Several restaurants and a nice supermarket just a short drive away. The only complaint is the road noise and rooster, which made it difficult to sleep in two of the rooms. Apparently there are many roosters all over the island, but this one was in a tree right outside the windows crowing several hours each night/morning. Suggest to bring ear plugs. Otherwise a beautiful condo and location overall with easy access to many of Puerto Rico’s wonderful attractions.

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Traveling w 6 people, aged 18-50s, we found plenty of comfortable space to be together, and to be apart when someone needed time alone. Kitchen equipped with the basic equipment for cooking & serving a meal. Across from a beautiful beach, 45 min from San Juan, 10 min from grocery store. In summer, lots of restaurants nearby. (Not sure about winter.) I hope to stay here again.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It is so much bigger than it looks. It is also much closer to the beach than I thought it was going to be. The outside upper-level was such a great feature. We spent a ton of time up there. It is lively on the weekends at the beach area. However, with the air-conditioning on you really don't hear much. It would be helpful to have another security key for the gate with a group it was somethings an issue. Overall, such a fantastic stay!!!

We had a wonderful week in this gated penthouse condominium in Las Croabas, Farajdo. The place is right next to the Seven Seas National Park beach and a less than 5 minute drive to the marina where Bio Bay kayak tours and boat tours to the islands leave. There are many wonderful restaurants close too! The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, having a washer and dryer was so helpful, and all the rooms were air conditioned. The private top deck was wonderful for relaxing, reading, watching the sunset, and even eating a meals. The pool was an added bonus with its own waterfall and nighttime lights. We would highly recommend this place!

Perfect place!

This was the perfect place for our vacation. It was a great location just across the street from the beautiful Seven Seas beach and near many nice restaurants. It was also near all the places we planned to visit like the rainforest, Culebra, and Vieques. The house had an amazing rooftop terrace with incredible views of the beach as well as the stars. The house was way more spacious than I expected so we had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Very nice apartment in gated complex, on the top floor of building. VERY spacious apartment, so much nicer than staying in a hotel! Views of the ocean from multiple rooms of apartment, and had a nice open deck, and shared rooftop deck too!. And ridiculously close to Seven Seas Beach, which is a very nice beach in a sheltered bay, so quite calm even when the wind is kicking up elsewhere. The building complex also had a very nice pool but we hardly used it. Very close to nice restaurants, kayak rentals (including the bioluminescent bay tours), and marinas. Good proximity to El Yunque. Very responsive host. Would definitely return!!

This 2 story, 3 bedroom condo was wonderful. Very clean. Great and safe neighborhood. Across the street from the beach. Wonderful ocean views. Roof top patio where you can watch the sunset over the mountain. Great pool. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Great walking trails. Very swimmable beach. Lots of room inside the condo. About 45 minutes from the SanJuan airport. The owner responded to messages within a few minutes of the message being sent.. The kitchen was not well stocked, but that was a minor thing considering all the great things this condo offered.

Clean, spacious apartment with close proximity to the beach. Great deck too! Kitchen was a bit anemic, and lightly a bit of an afterthought, so if you like to cook, definitely bring a good knife etc (not exactly a carry on item though 🤔)
