Nice condo in the Royal Mansions Resort is located near Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studio, Space Center, and Orlando. It gives you a great isolated beach access point with less crowded attractions. The condo can accommodate up to 4 persons with full kitchen, washer & dryer, WIFI, cable TV, Spa and heated pool. You can find very much all activities nearby like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions.

The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the sliding doors in the dining room; the kitchen has been recently upgraded to quartz countertops and make-over cabinetry, luxury vinyl flooring, as well as has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom has a new quartz countertop vanity and includes both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, with brand new Moen faucets, which can be run simultaneously. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The dining room has large sliding doors that open to a generously sized balcony that overlooks the beach.

Such a cute little place. We brought our two teen boys to play on the beach and had a blast. The place is quiet, cute, well equipped, and close to everything. We recieved a message from Mark, the host, with all the information, codes, and instructions. We never heard from him again. Not that we didn't mind, but we have stayed at a couple places that the host lived on the same property and visited with us the entire time and we felt like we were being rude trying to get away to enjoy our vacation. That was not the case here. We never heard from Mark, but knew he was available if we had an issue. We messaged him that we had left and had an immediate response thanking us for our stay. We will definately add this to our favorites. Great experience. 100%

Mark was wonderful to work with and answered questions/provided support promptly. The condo was very clean and well-organized. It also was well equipped and included sand toys, beach chairs, and more! It was great to have a nice washer/dryer combo access right inside of the condo. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm which was a necessity for us with the cool weather that we encountered.

The bookings process was great. The host was easy to reach and replied to email messages in a timely manner. The condo was furnished with everything you needed. We appreciated the Porterhouse steak knives set. Excellent location: close to the cruise terminals, shopping, restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier is nearby. The condo property is maintained and the unit was clean. The setting is peaceful and quiet. Private access to the beach with a shower- hose at the beach access gate. We were able to see a night space shuttle launch. You could feel and hear the rocket launch. We enjoyed our stay and will use Royal Mansions for our October pre- or post-cruise stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a wonderful place to stay and a beautiful location. We were only steps away from the pool and a great beach. It was great to go to the beach and watch the sunrise every morning. We look forward to coming back in the future.

We were very pleased with the condo, the location, and the private beach. The condo was clean and had everything you may need, from cooking utensils, lotions, towels, and beach items. The owner was always there to communicate. We will be back for sure. Great location, and only 45 minutes from Disney.

It was the perfect location. You can see the waves and beach from the room. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. There was always parking too! Inside the flat there was everything we could ever need. Clear instructions for Wi-Fi , pool and parking . We did laundry and enjoyed our stay so much ! Thank you so much for everything! My spouse and I enjoyed our brief vacation at this property. Mark provided great instructions for check-in. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony while viewing the beach and court yard. The unit was updated with all necessary amenities. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything was very clean. The proximity to the beach was awesome. The pool was great. The location was great for us as we spent 2 days at the Kennedy Space Center. Publix and lots of great restaurants are 10 mins away

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach with shops and restaurants very close by. Easy access to both the Cocoa Beach Pier and Canaveral cove. This property is very comfortable, well maintained and was absolutely clean upon arrival. The owner was attentive and eager to ensure we had all we needed during our stay. The new washer and dryer in the unit was a very welcome feature! With direct access to the beach and/or lounging at the heated pool, our vacation was a great experience!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Our youngest grandgirl was with us. She loved it. She couldn’t quite understand why we were staying in Mr. Marks house. She kept saying, “Where does he live? I like his beach hotel, NiNi!” There are a few things that stand out and they may seem small. The furniture was exceptionally clean and the bed was squishy ( according to the grandgirl). This means it was wonderful. I would have liked a washer/dryer since we had her with us. However, there are an abundance of soft towels. Didn’t lack there.

Recently stayed for a long weekend with a friend to attend an event in the area. Property is great size for a single or couple/pair traveling together.
