The owner provided exceptional service but the house itself was super run down and dirty. The house is in Desperate need of a deep cleaning and updating/fixing. I read the reviews back from 2023 stating the same sentiment but I also saw the owner respond that he obtained a new cleaning company. I know I have had poor cleaning companies for my personal home so I took a leap of faith and booked anyway. The house had several things broken upon arrival. I had to wipe down counters door handles and light switches.

The inside of the house was very clean, the master bath and shower was really nicely done. We we're pleasantly surprised to find out that the bunk beds were double beds, and provided lots of comfortable sleeping space. The pool and back yard space was wonderful! The house had updated appliances and lots of extras in case you forgot anything. My only negative was that the toilet leaked when it was flushed, but we were here over graduation/mothers day weekend so getting anybody out to fix it was going to be next to impossible, which is understandable. The front yard could use some maintenance but the back yard definitely made up for what the front yard lacked. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The owner was very quick to respond to all of my questions and messages. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros - The house is literally under a 20 minute drive from just about everything DFW airport, downtown Dallas or downtown Fort Worth, tons of golfing, AT&T/Globe Life stadiums, shopping, restaurants, and all major highways etc. On a nice quiet street as well. The house was big enough to comfortably sleep 6 adults in beds. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Cons - The pool was unusable for the first 3 days due to an algae problem, but the owner did send out a pool crew 2x and had the problem resolved for the duration of the stay. There was an issue with a toilet that was supposed to be resolved but didn't. Toilet was still functional though. Some minor things that the owner can address for a more enjoyable stay - kitchen faucet was physically unstable, just needs to be tightened down, some plates and bowls have chips in them and should be replaced, cutlery was pretty beat up and could be replaced, ensuite bathroom sink faucet handle leaks and the ice maker/water dispenser on the fridge didn't dispense ice, and the water flow was really slow.

Really enjoyed our stay. This house is in a great quiet neighborhood with quick access to everything! The kids loved the pool and there was more than enough room for everyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with an amazing pool we took full advantage of! My mother, daughter and i were in town for the If Gathering at the Dickies Arena and the house was located near the arena in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was also only about 15 minutes from Six Flags which we also enjoyed. The hosts were great with communication and responded to any questions almost immediately, we will definitely book with them again!!

Close to the airport and shopping, clean and comfortable. Owner was awesome about us checking in late due to a flight delay. My only complaint is that the bushes intruded on the walkway. I got snagged a few times and tore my shirt.

Great property! Loved that the pool wasnt to deep but deep enough for all to enjoy. We were a family of 6 age ranges from 7 to 46. Plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. We cooked several meals and we all sat comfortably at the dinner table! Well stocked kitchen. We stayed a week and enjoyed every min of it. Definitely would stay here again!

This was a great house to gather our Texas family together for the holiday. We could easily sit 10 people for a meal. The pool was great! Any questions were answered and resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great. The pool was clean and wonderful. The check in process could be easier and more seem less. It would be nice to have the code to check in and know check in time prior to the day of my stay. Also. The security alarm needs to be called out better and the cameras. They seem in excessive and invasive of privacy especially in the pool area. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade. A new scissors. We had to buy a wine opener. If you’re going to provide a keurig , k cups would be nice to have on hand. There was no ice or way to make ice. No cutting board. The kitchen is not really equipped well for people who want to do some or all of their own cooking… There was also no dishwasher detergent for us to wash dishes which was disappointing. Other than that the location is great. It’s clean and comfortable

Myself and 2 friends stayed at this property while attending a Mens conference for church. The host was by far the very best. He made sure to communicate up to the time we arrived as well as during the stay to make sure things were good. Zero complaints about the rental. Will be a returning customer for sure.

We can’t wait to come back and visit this home. They had everything we needed plus some. Look forward to visiting when the weather is warm enough to jump in the beautiful pool. Bathroom was spa like. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more!

The house was close to Six Flags, located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had an issue with the linens and messaged the host, he was prompt and called me right away to address/fix the issue. That was appreciated. The house is in need of a deep clean. The walls/baseboards/light switches were not clean at all. I ended up cleaning one of the bathrooms myself as well as wiping down counters in kitchen. The refrigerator was dirty, some liquid spilled inside that no one cleaned up. The oven/stove was also dirty. There was also food/sticky substance on counter as well as the kitchen table which we had to clean ourselves. We have no use for the high chair, but I noticed it was really dirty/greasy. The carpet was also dirty, it did not look like anyone had even vacuumed before we arrived. I think once the house receives a deep clean, it would be a nice place to stay.

Immediately upon checking in it was clear that the hosts cleanliness standards are not high. Hair in the shower drains, dust on everything, visible dust and buildup on ceiling fans and hvac vents and intake. Dirty walls, filthy oven, fridge and dishwasher. The host claims he has a cleaning service but I have doubts about the validity of that. We called VRBo and they weren’t helpful. By day three we noticed some kind of insect bites on all of us so we immediately packed up and left to a hotel. We notified the host and he was willing to come down the next day to try to rectify the problems. He did come to the property and cleaned some of the major items but was unwilling to verify wether or not there was a bed bug (or whatever it was) problem so when we called our own pest control service he would not allow us on the property and changed the door codes. We booked the property for 3 weeks and only stayed 3 days and the host was unwilling to offer any amount of refund. The host eventually stopped communicating with us!

Great communication with owner who responded quickly when I sent questions. Excellent location central to DFW. Food and shopping nearby. Will be great in summer to use fabulous pool. You could see that the owner tried to make it a welcome and comfortable space and included a Hospitality basket with water and snacks, a nice touch. House had small kitchen appliances like toaster in mixer. Yard was big enough to be outside and our dogs had great time exploring. Could use better identification for the house in the dark as well as light at the door to see the keypad. Also would be good to have booklet or instructions for alarm control panel. All in all a good stay.

Overall a great property to stay at, would definitely stay there again. Property owner communicated very well which was awesome. Not to mention it really is close to everything which made making plans that much more easier.
