The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The property manager was quick to resolve one issue. Community was safe and friendly. We agree with the last reviewer that it might be time to replace the king mattress. We would stay here again.

This is a well equipped unit. Its nice to see a rental that functions as a home. Very easy access. Comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen. I would describe as 2 twins and a king. It is time to replace King matress but still ok. Great location. It is bottom floor with limited view but great for price point. All around well done.

The property was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the fact that it was close to the Sabino Canyon Recreation area. We spent several days walking/hiking the trails and enjoying the sunshine. Karen was an excellent host. She advised us in advance of the 2 minor maintenance issues that were to happen in the complex and kept us updated each time.
The Condo is spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The two bedroom, two bath layout is well thought out and provides a large living area even with 4 people. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The two bathrooms with showers were nice to have as we had our son and daughter-in-law with us for a week. The TV has a wide variety of channel options and we were able to use our Netflix and Prime Video accounts. The walk-in closet in the master is great for keeping your clothes and such organized and out of the way. This large area was especially handy for us as our stay was 1 month and we brought a wide variety of clothing.
The pool and hot tube area are clean and well maintained and the workout facility has both cardio equipment and weights (both machine as well as free weights) The very close to the unit assigned covered parking is very convenient and there is other parking available if you have an additional vehicle.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. This secure, gated facility was just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy condo within easy drive to Sabino Canyon and other attractions on the east side of Tucson. Trips in the city take a little longer, but the quiet setting in the middle of the foothills is a good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and the landscaping in the complex was beautiful. The location was superb. We love Sabino Canyon. The accomodations were as advertized and Karen was very responsive to our questions. Our only recommendation would be better room darkening shades in the bedrooms. Thanks!

I will never use Vrbo again.
Absolutely absurd.
$500 in fees.
It was advertised at 85 a night, I paid 142.
Thanks but no thanks.

We booked this condo for a week of cycling in the Tucson area. The condo is nicely located in a quiet area of Tucson, with easy access to some of the best cycling route in Tucson. It is also close to shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished. The access to the clubhouse (swimming pool, ping-pong table, billiard) was a nice touch. My only reservation about this place is that some areas of the condo could use a deep clean (some dusty corners!!), but otherwise it was a great place to stay for a week. The property managers were great, very responsive and helpful.

We loved the location! Easy access to lots of walking trails and Sabina Canyon Recreation Area! We purchased the Tucson Attraction online discounts and saved a lot of money on all the attractions we wanted to enjoy!

This was our first time in Tucson and it was wonderful. The condo property is a gated community and feels very safe, the neighbors were friendly and eager to tell us how much they like living there. The place was clean, easy parking with only a few steps to the door of the condo. The kitchen had some of the cooking supplies needed ie: olive oil, coffee, coffee filters, some spices so we didn't have to buy those random items which was nice. The owner and the property manager were quickly responsive and easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to go back.

Clean, quiet, perfect location!
The condo was perfect for our girls trip to Tuscon! Very clean. Spacious. Quiet. And so much to do without getting tangled in the Tucson traffic! Karen was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions quickly! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
