Escape the hustle and bustle of the city life in this quaint fishing town, just 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Less than a mile from the delicious restaurants at the Marsh-walk and 1/2 mile to the boat landing.

The AMAZING front porch
-After a long day of soaking up the sun, relax on the screened in porch featuring 2 rocking chairs, porch swing, hammock and fire pit.

The Living Area
-Cozy up on the couch, watch the smart tv or read a book in the large chair with ottoman.

Beds
-The master suite has a comfortable queen bed with soft sheets and great pillows.
-The bunk room contains a twin, full and trundle bed that sleeps 4.

Bath
-Enjoy 2 full baths. The master has a tub/shower combo.

-Cook your meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee maker or Keurig available.

Loved the feel of this place ! Host claimed loss of perfect rating unless I gave perfect score! Only a bunk bed in 2nd bedroom. No forepit as advertised - just the bunkbed. MAJOR HAZARD: a step down from main bedroom to BR; needs a ramp. TWO motel soap bars total. No 5-star host welcoming touches.

This historic older cottage is pet friendly and convenient to the Marshwalk. The best part is the large screened front porch for sitting and relaxing. The kitchen is large and well equipped, although we didn’t cook much at all on this visit. We mostly used the house for a place to sleep at night while we visited family in the area. Rebecca is great at communicating if you have any issues.

This Murrells Inlet cottage is Fantastic and Perfect!! Right around the corner from our favorite seafood market (Seven Seas), so close to Pawleys Island (where other family members were staying), fully stocked kitchen - we cooked a lot! Had the family over for dinner since the kitchen table is Large enough for 6 or 7 people. My husband loved the hammock! Our dog loved the screened-in front porch. The Master Bath is Huge! We really had a great time! Thanks for having such a fully stocked kitchen that I could make soup - plus other things. The property was clean and ready for us! The kitchen and laundry area had everything we needed. It was the perfect home away from home! The location was wonderful as well! We were close to shops, food, and only a few minutes from several beaches. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Older home remodled with upgraded master bath. Very quaint. Would not recommend more than 3 adults unless you dont mind sleeping on the couch, which is very comfortable. Host is awesome to communicate with. Very responsive. Neighborhood is excellent and quiet. There is a lot of traffic noise but shutting the front door eliminated it. I would stay there again for sure.

Surf Shak was a quaint older home, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bed! Close to marsh walk and great restaurants! Communication with Rebecca was easy and she promptly responded.

This little gem was perfect in every way. Short drive to restaurants, marsh walk. and Huntington Beach State Park. We loved rocking or swinging on the screened in front porch. …almost like going back in time to Grandma's house.

Our first time in Murrells Inlet and we loved it! Home was charming and beautiful use of space.. we adored the wraparound porch and eat in kitchen was huge! We only use the master bedroom as it was just the two of us, but the bed was super comfortable, and the master bath extremely large, and the closet in that section was nice and big .. Location AWESOME ... we were only about a mile to all the restaurants and bars at the wharf area and an easy 10 minute drive to Surfside to the beach ... we would def stay here again - had a wonderful time!

This little house had everything we needed and more: it was sparking clean, spacious, well equipped, with a huge master bathroom and a lovely screened-in patio. The kitchen was well equipped with all essentials as well. Rebecca’s communication was top notch! The location was convenient to the Huntington Beach State Park as well, which is a true gem for photographers, birders and nature lovers. We enjoyed it every day during our stay in Murrells Inlet. Our dog who came with us, has asked us to give the house 5 barks out of 5 as well!

The house is in a perfect location for Murrells Inlet marsh walk and all the great restaurants. It's an old home but has been revamped fairly nicely. for the price it was perfect.

I loved this property, and it was perfect for what my husband and I needed. Rebecca was very quick to reply to anything I asked and made check-in seamless. The screened-in front porch was so relaxing to wake up in the morning and drink my coffee on. It's location is perfectly located to easily get to all of the main restaurants and it's just 15 minutes from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This property had everything we needed. We especially liked the large kitchen and the spacious screened in porch in the front. And the fact that we were able to bring our dog with us was just fabulous. He had a great time being with us! We had relatives that live in Murrells Inlet and would definitely choose to stay here again when we visit.

The property was comfortable, clean and convenient to Rt17. There was an issue with an older stove and the PM addressed that with the owner. Great screened-in porch. It’s an older home with very efficient heater/window units. The TV is Roku so bring your streaming passwords. Overall it’s a good bargain place to stay.

We stayed here while spending the weekend birding at the local state park. and for our needs it was perfect! A nice little cozy house with everything we needed. Beds were very comfy, and the house was clean. We plan on staying here again later in the year.

Rebecca and Chris rate a 5 stars plus. Quick responses and fast acting. Nice couple. The rental needs updating but if you are into chillaxing it’s fine. Very convenient to eateries and shopping.

OK for a few days stay. Large screened in porch with a nice hammock. Thin flooring and wall panels buckled throughout the house. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Plenty of room except the bathroom with the show stall. Comfortable beds. Good support from local manager.

My husband and I just loved this house. It’s well equipped for anything you might need, spotless and comfortable. Our dogs felt right at home as well. The front porch is awesome. The house is very close to Myrtle Beach, but far enough away that it’s not busy and loud. We would definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with the house. Our host was very easy to communicate with and when we arrived, everything was very clean and orderly. We came for a week of fishing and relaxing and everything was very close by including the public launch and it met our needs perfectly. Loved the screened in porch to just sit and relax a bit. Great vacation had by all!
