Cozy stay for all. Our dog and child loved playing outside in the enclosed backyard. We will absolutely stay again next time we visit Jacksonville 🙂 Frankie is a lovely host!

We are very disappointed in our experience with this property. My wife and I are educators and teaching students to always be upfront, truthful and transparent.
We are disappointed that a host would not be truthful about her property having a guest suite with a couple living in the unit that they are offering for a vacation stay without providing this in the property details. That is not safe or acceptable. We did not receive the code to get in until an hour after sitting at the property after several attempts days before our arrival and while sitting on the property. She finally answered and gave an excuse that it was VRBo’s fault instead of just offering an apology and make sure we could regain her trust. We go inside to find dirty laundry in washer, terrible smell, yard not mowed in the back and a guest suite occupied. We checked out and had to go find another place the host told us if we wanted a refund it was up to VRBO ( this is fake news and she refuse to make it right). She was rude, not willing to admit fault and should not be allowed to offer property for vacation until she provides real pictures, better communication, update details about the guest suite that someone lives in that is attached to the unit, and real property. Please note that the rating in the reviews of a 2/10 is the true experience you will receive if you stay here so my advice is to keep it moving as this listing is fake news.

This place is very rough around the edges.
Beware of the walls, they’ll scratch you if you brush up on them. Be very careful in the middle
of the night heading to the restroom. Every person on my group stubbed a toe on the non marked rise into the bathroom floor. I also rolled my ankle coming outta the bathroom one time.
Seems to be an investment VRBO and very minimal effort put into furnishing, and maintaining the house.
Manager is quick to blame “you” for issues in the house that can only be caused by poor maintenance and equipment. In my case, the A/C leaking, the bathtub clogging and the subsequent cost of these failures.
Very economy furniture, super uncomfortable.
Bed was comfortable however, however linens were poor quality and provided an awful sleep experience.
Backyard is a bonus but the lounge area was tattered, uncared for and broke down. Grill had was rusty and dirty.
Lastly I had a change to the amount of people coming along and made it clear with the manager prior to checking-in, they assured me they would credit back the amount but are now creating a bunch of drama to not have to refund.
If you want my opinion - strongly avoid this property - especially the owner.

Is close enough to the beach to bike
The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. Communication was good and acoomodating
We didnt know it was a shared property, however didnt hear any noise or disruption from that side.

Property fit our needs and was close to the beach. Property owners were great and very enjoyable even when they had to come let us in because we locked the keys inside. Would definitely book the property again.

This place was clean and the beginning process of communicating with owner was great. Unfortunately, we got there and the house has a door that is a shared house/property. When you look at the pictures and listing it never says this any where. The pictures show the door open as if you have access to that side of the house which you don’t. Very misleading and as a family we felt it was very dangerous not knowing who was staying next to us. Very stressful day checking in and being hit with this MAJOR piece of information that wasn’t shared.

The property is nice and description accurate. However, when we arrived the rental was completely uncleaned and bedding scattered everywhere. The lockbox is not a secure way to allow check in as the code is available to previous renters. What was completely unacceptable was the host failed to respond to our requests for help until after we had checked out. Fortunately the cleaning lady was dropping off linens for the adjacent rental and we implored her to clean the place we were renting. We paid the cleaning lady ourselves. Also the traffic noise is very loud even at night as it is on a busy thoroughfare. I would never rent this place again.

Cobwebs on ceiling in kitchen, outdoor furniture dirty and left the way prior tenants left it, ceiling by vents dirty ( not sure if mold or what it was, beds uncomfortable, full size bed the bedding around the bottom was filthy, twin mattress in back bedroom was so disgusting it looked like it came from a homeless camp, towels smelled musty like it sat in the washer for a significant amount of time, light fixtures in bathroom had dust caked on them around the top half of the glass, no keurig k cups, nothing is as pictured other that the kitchen bar, landscape and yard full of weeds and thistles, street noise is very loud and street is very busy, mailbox completely full of mail and had been for some time and nobody picked it up while we were there. True disappointment!

We were in Jax house hunting and this little home was just what we needed as our base. Clean, bright, everything we could possibly have needed. Luckily we found our forever home but we would definitely have stayed at this home again if we had needed another weekend to house hunt.
Would recommend it to anyone who is wanting a break near the beach. Close to all amenities! Thank you ❤️

Our stay during the Christmas holiday was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was spotless and the surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and serene. The communication with the host was excellent, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Moreover, the yard provided an ideal space for our beloved dog to roam and play.

Our stay was perfect for a family of 11. Especially it being a last minute booking. Perfect location if you are going in a cruise an have to embark next day. Port is only about 20 minutes away. Thank you for having us in your lovely home.

Everything was good, only problem I thought this was a private house and the garage was turned into an efficiency, and there were guest in the same building with only a very small fence in the back yard dividing the properties. I had two large German shepherds and I couldn’t leave them out due to this. This was not disclosed. Also on extremely busy street.

This was the perfect place for our visit to Florida. Our daughter was graduating and Frankie went above and beyond to make our celebration perfect! Was quick to respond to any questions and always was very sweet. Location was great to get around. Made our stay perfect! Thank you Frankie!!!

The host of this property was over the top amazing from her communication to her recommendations of the area. She was lovely to work with and I could not recommend her as a host enough.
