About this house rental
A newly built villa with 6 air conditioned bedrooms & 4 bathrooms within a short walking distance to the supermarket and the popular Jan Thiel Beach.
The villa has several private shaded terraces, two fully equipped kitchens, both with ceramic stove, microwave-oven, dish washer and refrigerator. The 2 master bedrooms with a double bed, have a private and a spacious bathroom with toilet and rain-shower. The other four bedroom share two spacious bathrooms with rain shower and toilet.
Private free secured parking and free internet.
The villa is located at 250 meters from Jan Thiel beach with its famous restaurants, shops and beach bars.
With the exception of the Christmas Season the base rental rate is for 4 bedrooms. There are 2 extra bedrooms available at a fixed rate per night. For stays longer than 7 nights an intermediate cleaning is required (€ 100), which is deducted from the deposit.
Please be informed, starting november 2022 at times during the day there could be a chance of noise caused by construction work in the neighborhood.

The property was very clean and close walk to beach and restaurants. We were seven adults and had ample room. The pool was great to cool off in. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the bbq was used daily. We rented a car and drove to a couple of other beaches but our favorite beach was Jan Thiel.

Our group of 10 enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space every morning and evening (except for the insane amount of mosquitos). What was especially nice was the location! We really liked having so much to do within walking distance (bars/restaurants, grocery store, shops, and beach).

We enjoyed our vacation in Jan Thiel at this beautiful home. The house is spacious and the outdoor living space, including a large pool, was such a great place to hang out and enjoy evening dinners. The house is very nice but was missing a few essentials in the kitchen. We were surprised to learn that the main part of the house is not air conditioned. AC is only in the bedrooms. It was 90 degrees for our entire 2 week stay. The main part of the house was hot.

Had a wonderful time. The property is perfect for families and friends to get together. There is so much room and space it was amazing. We loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. The process was so easy to check in and out, can’t recommend this place enough.

The property was very nice wish it had more bigger windows facing the pool. At the time I was there there was a lot of mosquitoes in the yard even during the day, but they said it was because we had lots of rain which I agree.

This house was perfect for all the family to be comfortable. The pool was refreshing to have available when we were at the house. Walking distance to grocery store, beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very spacious & clean house with a wonderful owner, Dennis! We rented all 6 bedrooms for 10 of us for 10 nights & had a ton of space to have fun together but also “get away” for a little bit when we needed to. The pool and back area are large & we spent a lot of time out back having a blast with pool volleyball tournaments & just relaxing. Check-in was very easy with nice gifts left from the owners & we felt at home right away. The neighborhood is very safe & everyone we met was very kind. I highly recommend this villa & would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful House!
This is a very spacious & clean house with a wonderful owner, Dennis! Pictures of the house do not do it justice. Absolutely beautiful. Worked well for our large family, 6 adults and 3 children. Proximity to Jan Thiel beach was wonderful. Would recommend this property to anyone!

It was AMAZING! Check in process was super easy.... the check in and check out hosts were SO kind and accomendating. I was very happy. The rooms were big and had everything we needed. The house is very secure.

This house was the best decision possible! We were 5 minute walk to a supermarket, our covid Antigen test was at the Papagayo Hotel which was 5 minute walk. Go into the city to buy groceries. Get a cab and head into the city.
Cab service I would recommend “Curaçao Taxi Lady” she was amazing! She was quick and fast no matter what time it was. Cab can hold 7-10 people.

The location of this property is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, groceries, restaurants and more. We rented a car so we could drive into Willemstad and Mambo Beach (about 15 minutes away depending on traffic). The property is even better in person than the photos show - with lots of room for everyone to be together or find time apart.

Rented this house for a group of 10 traveling for a 40th birthday celebration and it couldn't have been better. House was simple and clean, had a beautiful back yard and plenty of space for all of us with everything we needed. Quick walk to a grocery store which was great and an easy walk to the Jan Thiel beach area. Would recommend this house and location to anyone traveling Curacao. Had a fantastic time.

Rented this house for a group of 10 traveling for a 40th birthday celebration and it couldn't have been better. This house is not only beautiful but extremely well designed and comfortable with every amenity.
The owners were available immediately for any issue including our request for a blender which the owner brought over a minute after our request. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful home! Close to beach and nearby snorkeling/scuba sites
This is a gorgeous property. It's a 3-year old luxury home in an upscale area within walking distance to Jan Thiel Beach and a mini-mart. We were a party of four people with lots of room to spare. Great backyard too, including a swimming pool and lounge area. The owners, who live two doors away, were very accommodating.
This home is located close to all of the major snorkeling/scuba sites: Tugboat (get there before 9 A.M. to avoid the crowds), Directors Bay (my favorite) and Jan Thiel Beach (snorkel outside the left rock jetty, along the shoreline). Keep in mind that Jan Thiel Beach is private, so that you might be asked to pay a small entrance fee (I think $3.50 per person) and an additional fee for chairs. If you come early, you can avoid these fees, as the guards seem to start later in the day.

The villa was absolutely perfect
Our stay at Curacao was great. The villa was one of the highlights of the trip, it was perfect for our 7 member group of friends. The location of the villa is awesome... just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and the grocery store, and only 15 minutes to downtown.
The bedrooms were all spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. The modern decor was very tasteful and the furnishings and bedding was quite comfortable.
But the best part for our group was the pool and multiple covered patios. We had all of our meals outdoors and it was unbelievable. The separate outdoor living spaces were great and allowed everyone their own space when desired. The rear of the property is very private with beautiful landscaping... paradise would not be an exaggeration.
The owner was absolutely great and extremely knowledgeable about all things Curacao.
We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone not traveling during the time we want it next year... lol
We can't wait to return in 2019.

Beautiful House - Excellent Location!
We stayed here for 7 nights in mid August. It was a perfect set-up for 2 families: 4 parents, 3 adult children and 2 teenagers. The house is new and had everything we needed. We grilled a few nights for dinner and the private pool was beautiful. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to the grocery store, beaches and restaurants. There are several car rental companies, also in walkable distance, and we were able to explore the island and see the other beaches. We had a few questions when we first arrived and the owner's son Beau responded immediately. We also met the owner Guy and he was very nice. We are all looking forward to our next trip to Curacao and will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and wonderful host!
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this villa for our girl's trip. The house looks the same in person as it does in the pictures so that was a pleasant experience. Also, the owner's son was very friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this villa to friends and family!

Great Place and Location
The house is essentially an open duplex with two sides and two sets of everything. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was a lot of space (bedrooms, living areas, patio and pool). We were comfortable with the windows open all night with a breeze, but room air conditioners are available. Nice clean pool.
We loved being able to walk 5 minutes to the grocery store and 5 restaurants as well as 10-15 minutes to get down to the beach and other restaurants/activities. There are lots of things to do on the island. A trip to Klein Curacao and snorkeling is a must for a day trip. If in shape, a hike up Mount Christoffel is worth it (go early in a.m.). Plenty to do: City of Willemstad; Ostrich Farm; Fishing Trips; beaches, snorkeling; etc.
Don't hesitate to stay here...Guy and Connie were super nice and helpful.

Exceptional!
We just got back from an 8-day vacation in beautiful Curaçao. There were a total of 10 adults, and this six bedroom house accommodated everyone very comfortably. The house and property are impeccably maintained--we especially loved the back yard and pool area. The owners Guy and Conny (who live two houses away) warmly welcomed us and provided us with their contact information in case of any questions or problems. A small grocery store and Jan Thiel beach are within walking distance, just down the road. We spent a lot of time exploring the island (Grote Knip beach is our favorite!), and this property served as a wonderful home base.
