The property features two boat slips in a no wake cove and is perfect for swimming and some fun in the sun. The back deck areas are shaded in the afternoon so you can enjoy the lake without the hot summer sun.

The kitchen is on the lower level of the home and is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'll need for on-site cooking. The dining area provides plenty of seating for the whole family, including table seating for 6 and bar seating for 4. There is a propane BBQ grill available for guests outside on the patio.

Smoking | Absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.

Parties | We do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations.
