Couldn’t get into the home with the code we was provided, they had to reset it, sit on the porch for 10 minutes because the host wouldn’t answer the phone. The house had roaches, had to wash the dishes before you use them because of rodent droppings, air conditioning doesn’t work well in the bedrooms gets really hot you can’t sleep. Our socks were black from walking on the floors because the house was not cleaned. There is a lot of loose tile around the pool you would trip every time you hit one of the loose tiles. The pool was near 100 degrees you would have to get out to cool off. There was trash left in one of the beds. The toilet would not flush in one of the bathrooms. The only lights in the bedrooms were lamps. There was an exposed electrical outlet in the master an exposed light box in the stairwell. The shower didn’t work in the top floor bathroom. We had to was the sheets before we could sleep in the beds do too crumbs left from previous tenants.

We came into town for my oldest to play baseball. We enjoyed the house very much. We were able to unwind at the pool after long hot days at the field. Our boys (13 and 17) loved the pool table as well. Thanks John for a great stay!

Perfect size for multigenerational family escape! During the day we watched my son play summer baseball and at night we cooked out and utilized the huge pool and spacious outdoor dining! The basement area was perfect for poker, pool and board game fun!
House looks just like the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised! Lots of areas to "get lost" if you need a break from family. Lol!
Adults utilized the bedrooms with comfy beds while the cousins had a sleepover in the basement. We had great and quick communication with the house manager. It was a perfect family getaway!

Thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great time, house was very clean, loved the pool and deck area, also the gecko’s and lizards that came to visit. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, just not long enough. Would return in the future 😎

We had 4 adults and 1 kid and the house was perfect. Rare to find a house in Florida with a “basement” but the bonus space was such a win! The outdoor space was terrific, we lived out there. We stayed at another property in the area on the lake, I thought I’d miss that view but ultimately loved the privacy of this backyard. One wrinkle, the AC in the master bedroom is not great, maybe because the vent is in the floor? The AC in the main space next to it works great and keeps the house nice and cool which made the master situation a little more befuddling. To the owner’s credit there are fans in every bedroom. Fortunately during our April stay FL nights were nice so between the fan and the windows I slept well, plus the bed was very comfy. The owner is responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Would definitely recommend
We spent July 4th weekend at this property and it was perfect for my family. The owner, John was very accommodating and responsive. We didn't have any issues and really enjoyed our 3 day stay. The pool was AMAZING!! The backyard was updated with a beautiful seating area, grill, outdoor lounge. It was definitely a little tropical oasis. We had planned to go to peanut island but we actually didn't need to go anywhere else as the house was perfect for our getaway. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again if we're in WPB.

Perfect for our team
We came to West Palm Beach from four different states to work at the Yacht Show. The property was just perfect for our work team. We were able to have meetings in the morning and kick back each evening in that great pool

We really enjoyed our stay
We had a great stay. The backyard was perfect and the house was very comfortable. We had a few things that needed repair and the owner got right on it. We will def remember this vacation for a long time and will return again for another fun vacation.

Beautiful property!
This house is very nicely updated. The outdoor space is worth every bit and more. We would only suggest shelving in the closets or dressers in the bedrooms. There is plenty of space to hang clothing but no drawer space.

Disaster
We showed up to the house after an exhausting flight with three young kids late at night only to go in and find other guests in the house! The property manager was nothing but rude, unapologetic, and using expletives (with kids hearing) even though it was their error! He (believe his name was John) went on to suggest, mockingly, that we should go stay in a 5 star hotel, mentioned it multiple times, but of course his property management company nor VRBO would pick up any cost. They absolutely knew they double booked the property as they gave us a passcode only a couple days prior and had to have given it to the other occupants since they were in the house when we got there! Bottom line is that they screwed us to make a few extra bucks with a different occupant and left us completely shocked with the abusive “customer service” and scrambling on our phones in a parking lot around the corner next to a gas station at a late hour trying to find a place that could accommodate us on a holiday weekend when almost every place was booked. Bottom line, if you are looking to stay where you actually booked with this property, think again.
