Nice relaxing stay, great location for all that we wanted to do.

I don’t think I can praise this place highly enough! We stayed for 6 nights while visiting Glacier (about 40 minutes to the west entrance). We are fussy eaters (organic, veggies) so we need a place where we can cook, and boy was this the place! Gorgeous kitchen, so well equipped. And the rest of the “retreat” was equally wonderful. Excellent bed, wonderful living and dining areas. Beautiful front yard/garden. So quiet, private, perfect. Shannon and Joel are soooo nice, and super helpful and responsive. I’ve stayed in vacation properties all over the US and Europe and this ranked among the very best! Worth every penny.

The "apartment" was very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen had a very nice refrigerator and the kitchen was well supplied for anything we'd want to cook or eat. Especially appreciated the ice chest along with the bag o ice in the freezer for our day trips.
The place was very quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to return too after a day of driving or hiking in Glacier.
Shannon was wonderful and quick to answer any questions or provide additional information. Thanks for the ripe plums you shared with us too!

This place worked perfectly as a home base for our Montana adventures. The place was super clean and comfortable and quiet. Good central location to go North to Glacier or South to Flathead lake.

Absolutely loved the property. It's much bigger in person than I thought it would be, but it is also very cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived. We definitely felt very welcomed and it felt like a true home while we were there. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful place!

Shannon was accommodating in every way. She made sure we had a cooler for lunches & crackpot to have dinners cooking while we were away hiking at GNP. She was informative with hikes to do & restaurants to hit. The house was perfect for the 3 of us & clean in every way. This house felt like home. So nice to sit on the porch listening to nature & seeing wild life. Was also nice to have a stocked kitchen with skillets & such that were actually usable & not second hand. Bed & pull out couch were comfortable. If we are ever back in this area we will definitely stay again.

Shannon has the rating of a premier host because of her attentiveness to details and responsiveness to any questions. We had a very warm welcome and the property was well stocked with all that was needed for our visit. This property was just the right size for our family and it was perfectly situated a half hour from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. Spending time at the front patio table in the mornings having breakfast or reading was a beautiful way to start the day. There wasn't a washer/dryer but the Tumble Laundromat was a fabulous facility located near other businesses so we could stock up on groceries or other hiking outdoor necessities. We're grateful to Shannon and Joel for all of the ways that they made our first time visit to Kalispell so memorable!

Retreat for the Soul
Hard for the pictures to do this place justice. Was a BEATUIFUL apartment, clean and skillfully designed, and also filled with everything you need. All the essentials, so cooking was easy.
Hosts, Shannon and Joel, were amazing. They are available if you need anything, but also gave us lots of space. We stayed for 10 days.
Location was close enough to "city" of Kalispell, but also near lots of different hiking trails. Quick (and beautiful) drive to Glacier, Swan Mtn Range, Camp Misery Trailhead, Jewel Basin, Flathead Lake, Whitefish, etc... Be sure to do the Strawberry Lake Hike - amazing and totally worth the uphill climb!
Property was beautiful, nature all around. We were greeted by baby fawns EVERY morning and lots of amazing birds. It was the perfect place to refresh/re-energize the body, mind and spirit.
I am recommending this place to all my family & friends that want to explore Montana and the Kalispell area. We felt grateful that we found this beautiful apartment. A true retreat!

A true Retreat Place
As soon as we arrived we felt the peace of the place, in the middle of the trees and in a completely quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
The space is extremely comfortable and has a great set up for the guests to enjoy cooking, relaxing and sleeping.
Last, Shannon and Joel are the kindest host we could have asked for.
Thank you so much for the wonderful experience you provide through your rental.
