We absolutely loved the home and how close it is to the all the things the town has to offer.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the 3 bathrooms were perfect for both families staying there. The house didn't have AC but we didn't really need it. It was cool and fresh.
We loved the town as well.

We have been coming to Mammoth Lakes for 30+ years. This property is great for five or more guests. It’s very well maintained and central to shopping and restaurants.

Unit #12 is a disaster zone!
A disappointment from the get go…bench at dining table was broken but not obviously until it was sat upon and flipped throwing our son-in-law to the tile floor. Fortunately, it resulted in a large bruise & soreness before his first day of skiing. Could have been worse. Dishwasher is not attached and falls out when opened resulting in the bottom rack rolling out. Lower bedroom closet was wet with what, we weren’t sure, pet urine? Leaking water? We immediately called to report all of the above and were assured the issues would be taken care of immediately. Two days later, we had to call again since nothing had been fixed or even looked at. We were promised that folding chairs would be provided & the dishwasher repaired. Local manager stuffed broken bench in a closet and showed up with 3 camping chairs. Tried to fix dishwasher but needed a part. Never saw him again. Unit was short on towels, bar soap, dish soap and trash bags.

ProsComfortable beds, and good sleeping / bathroom arrangements for three couples. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. Well equipped entertainment system. ConsThe glass on the top shelf of the refrigerator does not stay on the tracks. It fell twice during our stay so we just did without it. Stairway from firs floor to main floor is poorly lighted With the dark slate tile and wood walls. Two of us missed a step and fell. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. There is no manager on premises. We had partying going on until 3 and 4 AM two nights in a row. No basic kitchen ingredients. Wrong sized coffee filters (we supplied the correct size for future guests. Only one dish towel. We were told by Turnkey thatWe had to bring all of our own pillows and blankets. We sacrifice bringing some of our fun items like fishing gear etc. to make room for pillows and blankets. When we got there we did not need either.

Clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen.
BUT..... We were a group of friends, all adults. The bunk bed is virtually unusable -- an adult cannot sit on the lower bunk because the upper bunk is too low. Only a small child could sit up on the lower bunk. And the upper bunk has no ladder or side rail, so it`s not very usable. The bedroom with two single beds is very small.
AND: TurnKey is in Colorado and did NOT keep updated on the local Mammoth COVID restrictions, which ended in April, but TurnKey included all the DISCONTINUED regulations on their emails right up through mid-July. I sent TurnKey several emails asking if we still needed to bring our own kitchenware and bed and bath linens, and got contradictory replies over and over. I finally called TurnKey (in Colorado) and had to vehemently INSIST on speaking to somebody in Mammoth who would know the current local regulations. Finally they relented and put me in touch with someone in Mammoth who knew the local situation and said the kitchen and linens were again supplied. BUT TurnKey STILL continued to send me multiple emails saying we had to bring our own kitchenware and linens. My general impression of TurnKey is not positive.
