Your “Atlantic Dream” vacation awaits at this luxe seven-bed/seven-bath estate overlooking the ocean. A masterpiece of style and design, enjoy a chef’s kitchen, game room, and prime indoor/outdoor entertaining with three levels of balconies and a patio, as well as a private pool and spa. Relax in style in a beautifully appointed living room, furnished with leather sofas, a collection of chairs, and a 70-inch TV. Unwind downstairs in the bonus living area, with two sofas, an armchair, a 70-inch TV, a cozy window nook with two twin beds, a four-seat table, and a wet bar. Mix drinks at the wet bar in the upstairs game room, enjoy a game of pool or foosball, and watch shows on the 70-inch TV. The space has a high-top table, two sofas, and ample chair seating. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances shine in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen. A big island offers plenty of prep space for home-cooked meals as well as seating. Gather for festive vacation meals at two dining tables. The formal dining space has a stylish seating area with a sofa and 50-inch TV.

Prepare to entertain; this stunning property offers a wraparound balcony with ocean-view alfresco dining and covered lounge areas overlooking the private pool deck. Two additional top-floor balconies offer both ocean and pool views. The quaint front porch is furnished with lounge chairs, while a side patio has additional chairs for relaxing. Sunbathe on lounge chairs, then refresh with a dip in the 5-foot-deep pool.

This three-level home has seven bedrooms and three queen sofa beds. Each bedroom provides a 50-inch TV. Fit for royalty, the top-floor primary suite boasts ocean views, access to two balconies, and a lavish en suite with a marble double vanity, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The ground-floor second bedroom has an adjacent guest bath with a tub/shower. The third bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower. Three more guest rooms have an en suite with a walk-in shower. The seventh bedroom includes a twin daybed and direct access to the balcony. The main-level seventh full bath has a walk-in shower.

This house was perfect for our group of 19. We had 10 adults and 9 kids! There’s plenty of beds, a nice game room, and the pool is the perfect size. The Beach is a short walk and the Balconies give a fantastic view of the Beach. There are a lot of stairs so you’ll get your leg work out 😃! We loved every minute of our vacation in this house!

We loved the house and location. Unfortunately, the upstairs AC was not working (July in Florida!!). It took to Day 5 to get it replaced. This was a partner property with Vacasa and I can't get them to return my calls/texts. VRBO needs to hold them accountable as VRBO got a "piece of the action". Right now this looks no better than the properties you poke fun at on your commercials.

Totally enjoyed the spacious beach home, pool, and short walk to one of the loveliest beaches ever!! Our family had plenty of space to stretch out and have privacy and yet we were close enough to do a lot of amazing things together!! Grateful for this time Together!

Firstly , the cleaning crew delayed our check in for over an hour. When we were able to enter we found the floor very dirty. There were no cleaning supplies. Fortunately we had brought some and cleaned the floor before the babies could be put down. We did not think to wipe the countertops down with Clorox and several of the adults developed GI problems. Secondly, we noticed that the outdoor railing had just been replaced. There were several posts that were either not attached properly or attached all. I immediately notified the representative about this safety concern, but no one ever came out to check or repair. I cannot believe that with this liability there was no concern. There were several other safety issues inside also. There is a wire railing around the staircase that was very loose. The staircases in this house are also a concern if you have small children. Fortunately we brought baby gates to secure the staircases. Thirdly, the pool was not clean and the water level was so low you could not turn the pump on. There was a hose so we put water in the pool. However, when the hose was on there was no water pressure in the house!! This is a good house, with a great location, but very poorly maintained. And bring your own beach towels!!

Property was good and suited our family of 16. Master bedroom was amazing and the other bedrooms a little small with small bathrooms but it was not an issue. We had a problem with the kitchen sink faucet and they came out to replace it. Beach access was amazing and the beach and sand was awesome! Wrap around porches were great and we saw some beautiful thunderstorms. We would rent this property again.

This is a perfect house for a large group, we had 17. The location is wonderful. However, we were disappointed w the management company. The adults looked forward to the heated spa but the heater didn’t work. Also, there was a smell of sewage near the pool and the pool wasn’t very clean. I contacted Vacasa but the issues were not addressed. Our family group has booked through VBRO several times and had no problems. A little thing, there is usually a notebook w house & local info but not at this house. Also, some railings were not securely attached on a balcony, not a problem for us but could be with small children.

The house size and location was great. But our hot tub did not work. There was an ant and roach problem. The stove was broken as was the main kitchen faucet. I tried to get some help to at least get the hot tub working but our property manager was unresponsive. Couldn’t even get a message back.

The house was a great place for our family of 19 to celebrate Christmas. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Close proximity to the beach was a plus. The pool and hot tub heaters did not work. I called to let the manager know and was told that someone would come to fix it. They never did. Our grandchildren did swim some, but would have used it more with the heater working. Other than that, a great time was had by all. Thanks.

We needed to find a house that would accommodate our large family. The pool heater wasn't working, but that wasn't a problem for us, the Florida weather was beautiful and the pool temp was quite refreshing. The pool heater works it just ran out of propane. Vacasa had someone out right away. Any time I had a question, someone got back to me in a timely manner. Perfect location just a few steps from the beach. This sounds silly, but we have small grandchildren, would have liked locks a little higher up on all the doors that go out to the balconies that wrap around the house and also the door that goes out to the pool. But we didn't really have a problem, just made sure an adult was out with them at all times. All in all it was really quite perfect. My kids really enjoyed themselves and wished they could've stayed longer. Thank you again so much

The house is just steps from the beach and the beach is a beautiful, quiet one. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is in ok shape — some floor tiles are cracked or loose, couches are worn, but it’s fine. The one problem is the quality of the main shower. The floor is cracked and has been given a sloppy temporary repair. The grout is moldy and missing in areas. It looks really bad considering the cost per night of this home. The property caretaker was very responsive. Only two trash bags were left for our week stay so we needed more. I notified her and she brought over a few more within a couple of hours.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures! Half of the amenities at this property do not work. The pool ques had no tips, the pool & spa heater does not work even though we were assured it did. We stayed a whole week in January so you can assume how upset my family was when there wasn’t anything to do since it was too cold to swim without the heater working. We were denied an attempt to get it fixed and instead was offered a 20% refund. Unacceptable! Do not stay here!
