We really had a great time at this property. Our kids were in the pool constantly. The interior had a great renovation, large kitchen, etc. There were two primary bedrooms one master with large bath and one minor with a private bath which worked great for our group. Lake sunrises were a nice plus. Thanks!

We had such an enjoyable stay in Tampa. The house was stunning and the lake views were picturesque. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We jad extra time before our flight and the owner was so kind to provide suggestions on places to visit. We had a lovely time and woukd definitely stay here again!

Stayed for almost a week while in town for a wedding. House was in great condition just as listing showed. Great space for watching TV, playing some foozeball, and hanging around with friends by the pool. The lake is a great backdrop in a beautiful location. Easy in and out from the property for moving around the city. Thanks Ross for hosting—had a great time!

Home was terrific- clean, well equipped and located near restaurants, stores etc. great view of the lake in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely book again.

We had 5 adults and 2 kids around 2 years old and there was plenty of clean space and seating for all in the living room and kitchen. The owners were very responsive and helpful. There are many great restaurants a short drive away. We enjoyed watching the wildlife around the lake. It was easy to get to various attractions around Tampa.

We had a great time at our “noche buena” or Christmas Eve family gathering. The property owners, the Stoddard’s, were very accommodating. The description of the property and photos are very accurate. Very clean and picturesque setting. Most of all the lay out and openness of the house and grounds makes it a great place for larger family gathering. We had 21 adults for dinner and did so comfortably, and this despite the fact that we were not able to use the enclosed patio area as we had planned due to the “bomb cyclone” weather that happened over Christmas. Very close to all needed stores but located away from crowded neighborhoods, we will clearly keep it in mind in the future.

This was an opportunity for immediate family to get together to enjoy each other as we were coming from all parts of the country. The house was beautiful and exactly as the photos described it. So clean. The pool was fantastic. The neighborhood fantastic and some nice running routes! Ross was the ultimate host and responded quickly to anything we needed. We hired a chef to cook for us every day and we allowed the kids to enjoy the pool every day, the serenity in the back was fantastic. My dad enjoyed tea in the back at the dock overlooking the lake ever morning. We stayed an entire week and even hired a professional photographer and the pictures with the colors of the house came out beautifully. We highly recommend this property! We had a phenomenal time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as expected. It was clean, fully furnished and relaxing. The remodel looks exactly as the pictures show. The owners were extremely easy to work with and were quick to respond to all our questions. We will rent again in the future.

The house was well cared for with great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't do much cooking there. The house was very clean and the area was quiet.The owner responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

When you are traveling with family members who are over 80 years old, it can be difficult to find just the right place to rent. This house was even better than we imagined! Ross was very quick to respond to any questions that we had, and made the check-in and check-out process so easy. The location was very convenient to the airport as well as restaurants, shopping, etc. The house was so beautiful, especially the master bedroom which is HUGE! The dock was an incredible place to relax and enjoy the amazing view and beautiful location. We were in town for a family wedding, so we didn't even have enough time to enjoy all of the amenities that were available. The house was well-stocked with more than enough towels, dishes, closet space and cabinet space for storing food. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on our last morning before we checked out to start traveling home. If we are ever back in Tampa, we would love to stay here again!

Very clean, quiet and well stocked home. It was very easy to find. Plenty of floats for the pool. Nice dock for fishing. Great house for an adult trip or family trip with children. Ross was always available to answer any questions. I would most definitely stay here again.

The home is located at the end of a long private drive, next door to the owners home. Close enough for them to be super attentive should you need them, but far away enough that you won't notice. There are actually two units on the same property, the main one we stayed in and a small unit that was unoccupied while we were there. The smaller unit is not allowed access to the private pool of the main house. The house appears to have been renovated inside very recently and everything is new, shiny and clean! Four bedrooms, two of them with adjoining full bathrooms and the other two have use of the main third bath in the hall. Master bathroom is stunning with huge vaulted ceiling, dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. Sunken living room with large sectional has a huge TV with DirectTV stream service or you can use the other apps on the TV with your own subscriptions. Large TV in the master bedroom works the same. Foosball table made for a fun time for us! Immaculate new kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and a massive island is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and all sorts of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc., etc.. Outside in back is a huge lanai covering and surrounding the pool and patio. Large covered area outside houses an outdoor sectional and chairs. There is even a pool table outside to play! The heated pool is older but was crystal clear and nice and warm during our stay in April. On the lake, there is also a new partially covered dock with chairs to relax or look for the fishing poles and tackle box in the garage and catch yourself a largemouth bass like I did! Just be sure to be kind and release any you catch. Two kayaks are available for the more adventurous. A five minute drive to places to eat and shop and fifteen to the airport make this a prime location. Even as close to everything that you are, it is super secluded and quiet. I also cannot express how attentive the owners are in dealing with any questions or issues you might have. Texts were answered within minutes and anything we needed was taken care of quickly. Ross and his family have really done a wonderful job with the property and manage it with care and attention. You won't be disappointed!!

Me, my wife and four of our close friends came to Tampa for the SEC tournament and enjoyed this wonderful listing. Everything was even better than described in the VRBO app! The communication with Ross the property manager was phenomenal from the beginning. I really wish we could stay longer. Highly Recommend!!!!

The process of booking through check out was a very pleasant experience. Ross responded promptly and got what we requested to help our stay as we planned. The rental was exceptional for our family. Well decorated and large enough to allow everyone their space but still be together. The pool was great and we kayaked in the lake. Even dropped a fishing line while there. We truly enjoyed this place and we all agreed this was the perfect rental for family fun. Short drive to anything else you might need. We will be back and recommend to others!

Our family blended this weekend to enjoy one another and celebrate a union, birthday and watch the super bowl. Everything was gorgeous from the decor to the outside views onto the lake and nature.
