Discover a private Cape Cod paradise at this 5BR/2.5BA home! Located directly on Sagamore Beach, you’ll enjoy unbeatable access to the soft sand and gentle waves. Inside, a serene sunroom with a wall of windows invites you to enjoy sweeping bay views. Other highlights include classic Cape Cod accents, a modern kitchen, and plush furnishings throughout.

The main living area features comfortable seating for all to enjoy. Kick back and watch favorite shows on the TV. Large windows in the sunroom provide plenty of natural light; settle in on the loveseat and take in the gorgeous views. Play board games at the table for four or write postcards at the desk. The reading room includes additional seating and big bay windows.

Prepare authentic New England meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Serve tasty dishes at the kitchen bar or opt to dine outside.

This three-story home sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the main bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom holds a twin-size bed, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The fifth bedroom boasts two full-size beds, and a TV. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs are provided in the rental.

Stroll 11 minutes up the street to Clark Road Playground to find a playscape and tennis courts. Discover pristine landscaping and fascinating rotating exhibits at Heritage Museums & Gardens, just six miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The seasonal pool is available for use from the end of May to early September, with complimentary heating provided.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
The fireplaces in the home are not operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location and house size were just perfect. Stunning views. The cleanliness was not impressive as well as the old and mildewy furniture. I would rent this for a month next year if the furniture was replaced and the cleaners did a better job

We had a great week at this beautiful home on Sagamore Beach. The location was perfect and the house was very roomy. We loved being on the beach and having a pool to use. It was the best of both worlds.

Beautiful private beach location, very open inside, property has beautiful beach views. It’s older home with lots of charm and creaking floors. Furniture in living room needs updating, futon has broken straps and you are almost sitting on floor, other two chairs are also very low. Coffee table has very sharp square edges that are kinda dangerous. One thing i didn’t expect to have to do is pruning back the overgrown bushes that were covering steps to beach. Bushes were covered in thorns.

With all of its floor-to-ceiling windows, sliders, & French doors, the house was awash in light, & the architectural details & colorful artwork enhanced its charm. We loved it, every room as well as the pool terrace! The bay in panoramic view, stones & shells in various arrangements in the house, beach artwork, blues & aquas in the artfully appointed house--it felt as though we were living as sea creatures, which was heaven. The kitchen was more than well equipped (even w/ some herbs & spices), the refrigerator & freezer were capacious, though the toaster oven didn't work; the desk area was equally well equipped (with everything you'd need, from pens to notepad to cellophane tape to, well, you name it); DR & solarium table & chairs were great, though we couldn't get the DR light to go completely off; the beds in the master BR were comfortable, w/ firm mattresses & a breathtaking view; the 2nd floor bathroom had plenty of storage area & was completely serviceable, & the half bath was also fine (we loved the eco-friendly soaps & conditioner). In short, we were enchanted w/ the house & its views & plan to return for a longer visit!

Really nice house with lots of space. Love the outdoor spaces especially pool and beach. House could use some detail attention. Arrived to 1 garbage bag, 1 dishwasher pod, half a roll of paper towels for example. Questions asked ahead of time we’re not answered accurately leading to having to bring more items unnecessarily. Communication with manager is hit or miss. In spite of this positive experience and a great time with family.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the views from this house! Loved the open air layout of the first floor. Pool was heated which was perfect for our early September stay. Although all rooms were clean a little more detailed cleaning was needed for the ceiling and floor fans and rugs.The ages of our group ranged from 30 to 67 years. The stairs from beach, to pool and to bedrooms gave us quite a daily workout. We had a slight communication problem with the house manager about lack of paper supplies but it was worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect. It was everything it advertised and more. Location, views, heated pool etc. Our sons graduation was via zoom. The house was perfect for our family to have a nice dinner and watch the graduation. I hope to stay at the home again.
