Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Lincoln Park is considered Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes.
Q: PARKING?
A: There are always open parking spots right outside on the street. In addition, we also supply parking stickers for zone parking on the street, but there usually is no enforcement. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!
Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.
Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.
Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

Well the place is very nice and the photos do not do justice to the spacious living space.

The listing stated that we could have a parking pass. I contacted the owner and he informed me that it wasn't necessary. The police were ticketing vehicles without passes every night we were there. Fortunately, we were given parking passes by friends that live close by where we were staying.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was perfect - close to the L, shops, restaurants. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The roof deck was a perfect place to enjoy some of the fall weather. Nicole and Matt were very responsive and awesome to work with.

Our group had a perfect experience at our stay. Top loves: the ease of the location, rain shower head, open living room/kitchen for relaxing and friends catching up.

Great overall experience. House is on a quiet one-way street and street parking was easy. Broader neighborhood was wonderful. Easy to walk to grocery store, CVS, Goose Island brewery, etc. While it didn’t bother us, listing should note that house backs up to the elevated subway tracks.
