1 Story 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms Home in a quite Neighborhood with many nearby restaurants and shops and also a beautiful lake. Your furry friends are more than welcome here, House is not Child Proof but children are allowed.

The house is fully equipped and felt like a home. We enjoyed everything about this property. It was better than advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed in the house for 5 months over the winter. Wellington is honest, caring and responsive.
He purchased extras for me and my kitty to make sure we felt at home. He even decorated for the holidays so the living room was festive and colorful when I arrived.
He always got back to me very quickly whenever I reached out to him. He wanted to make sure I was happy.
The house is comfortable, surrounded by trees and has a unique covered deck to sit on even in the rain. Birds and deer were frequent visitors. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

We had a great stay at this cute home in Apex. The house was clean and well stocked and we really enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the mornings and evenings. Wellington is very communicative and gracious. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was wonderful. The neighborhood was very safe and around plenty of shopping. The home was clean and plenty big. I was in town to visit family and this was a perfect choice. So happy with everything.

Nice location. Somewhat odd decor. (Mistletoe over hallway entrance). Id probably call it Eclectic. My favorite area was outside in the back on the deck. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Loved the location and the house itself, which had everything we could want. Very comfortable. Neaarby parks and shopping are a plus. Hope to stay there again.

I loved my stay here. The entire place was very clean and we loved the extra esthetics of relaxing music and fireplace showing on the TVs. The backyard area was an awesome spot to go out and get some fresh air. I couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thanks Wellington!

We had a great time at this house, very easy access for my 89 year old father. Nicely outfitted, very clean, owner was very responsive to questions. Comfortable beds and linens, furniture; very nice location with easy access to main roads but still in quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our brief stay
Property owner is terrific! We recommend his home. Saw wild rabbits in the back of house and heard about a deer family that frequents the area. Lots of great nearby walking paths including a nice community park that is a 5 minute drive away. We appreciated the neighborhood sidewalks!

Visiting family. It is very hard to find pet friendly accomodations.
The host went above and beyond having ammenities for pets.

Great Stay in Apex!
We come to the Apex/Cary area several times a year and always struggle to find a reasonably priced rental that is dog friendly. We were just thrilled to find this property, which had everything we needed for a great stay. The owner has added so many thoughtful touches, such as toiletries, coffee, condiments in the fridge, extra pillows, etc. The beds were all really comfortable and we enjoyed being in a nice big neighborhood where we could take the dogs for walks. The location is excellent - close to many restaurants and a grocery store.
We will definitely look to stay at this property again in the future when we come back to Apex.

The Hoff family visit Apex NC
First and foremost I must thank our hosts. They were simply amazing from the very start . The home was in a neighborhood and there is no fence for your dog . But we had two with us and had no problem walking them and the property butts up to gas easement and plenty of room for them . The house was clean and well appointed. It is centrally located and as we were here for a concert we were able to get to the PNC arena in 30min also visited several little townships around us . Like downtown apex and others . There is a Publix around the corner and several eating choices too. Many beautiful parks on the area if you need to let the kids stretch their legs and a beautiful disc course near by. Was an amazing time and My wife and I are already planning a return trip.
