Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, this bright and cozy vacation home is close to historic downtown Santa Fe, where you can experience firsthand the amazing architecture of Santa Fe Plaza and the original Spanish Market Square, the 17th Century Palace of the Governors, the New Mexico Museum of Art, and the Loretto Chapel with its unusual spiral staircase winding up to the choir loft. And with an average of 320 sunny days each year, the area around Santa Fe is a hub for skiers, mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, river rafters, and so much more!

A cozy living area features tiled floors, viga beamed ceiling, comfortable leather furnishings, a tiled panoramic fireplace and large flat-screen cable TV. Close enough to plaza - great way to enjoy Santa Fe

The property was lovely, very clean and well appointed. Kitchen and bath supplies were ample. Good location in Santa Fe. The management company Kokopelli was very good. When we return in future we will look for same property or another managed by them.

Our stay at the Casa Mapache was easy and fun. The house was well appointed with everything you could need, including AC, which was helpful during the heatwave. It was more spacious and inviting than the pictures do it justice and we had an easy time getting around town to see all the sites from the location. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was beautiful, very comfortable nicely appointed close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we needed. The only cincern I had was the very narrow driveway.

The house was very pretty had all that we needed. The location could have been better for us. We usually stay closer than a 20 min plus walk to plaza.
One toilet broke , the air conditioner did not work for a few days, the right side of gas cook top would not work , and the blinds in master bedroom broke when I was trying to raise them. So we were unable to close them the whole trip.
It seems like someone needs to do a thorough check of the house.
My parents - who were with us were 75 and I really wanted a no problem place for them.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely home in SW style, comfortable bedrooms with attached baths. loved the skylights! Great neighborhood & easy walk to plaza. Kitchen had everything we needed- please note we were told when asked that there were no spices etc, so we brought some& coffee filters too. To our surprise there was plenty.
A great place to stay!

A perfect - and beautiful - home for a family trip. The house is in a great location, within walkable distance from downtown (15 min), grocery stores (10 min), and a great playground in the cool Railyard district (10 min). The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s also a barbecue. Having a fireplace for the cool nights was a bonus.
Checking in and out was easy. We loved it.

Everything was absolutely perfect 👌

The property was beautiful. I would advise, if you drive a big vehicle, to park in front of property as parking in back is hard. Also first time i had to go to mangers office to get access to property. However, i loved the place and would stay again

I cannot recommend this house enough! I have never stayed at a rented property that was as flawless as this one. Magical from the moment you walk in! Everything was as gorgeous as the photos. Property was immaculate, and so easy to navigate. The beds were insanely comfortable. Weekend contact numbers were responsive. Location was perfect! The house was perfect!

Loved the house! It was more beautiful than described. Location was great. Parking easy. The house was comfortable and very well appointed. We were 8 in total and the house just worked great for all of us. Plenty of room. Three bathrooms was a plus! Also there was a tub for bathing small kids (we had none) and the showers were walking for my elderly mother. Laundry was another plus! All the drawers were labelled so we did not have to go searching for any item. Very clean. The only thing is we wished we could have stayed longer. It would be a great place for a large family, or multiple families with elderly people or small kids. LOVED IT!

This house was as advertised - well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood, clean and very spacious. The only🙁 is the parking situation behind the house which is very tight. The house itself is so comfortable and the local host was prompt in answering our questions. Overall, a great experience.

Best vrbo we ever stayed in. Like a jewel in a plain box. Very clean, comfortable, accommodating. For our large family, it was so nice to have big beds throughout and bathrooms for each bedroom. I must have misunderstood about there being kings in each room: there were 2 kings and a queen, but it didn’t hinder our needs. Kitchen was big and had most things we needed. Good size dining room for eating or playing games. Large living area, lots of seating, and a cozy gas fireplace. The bathrooms were so clean and pretty. Skylights throughout the home were refreshing and soothing. We stayed in winter and thought the house would be cold, but it was warmed up for us on arrival and was cozy the whole time.
The wood beams, ceilings, and doors in the house were beautiful and rustic, the furniture lovely, decor was fabulous. We loved all the details of this home. Would definitely stay again!

It looked pretty good online, but when we got there it was even better. It was beyond our expectations and the location was great - just a short 10 walk to the plaza.

Casa Mapache was the perfect place for our family gathering. All three bedrooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a bonus. The living quarters and kitchen were nicely decorated and enjoyable to spend time in. The house is walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the plaza. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was really lovely. Perfect for three couples for a week long getaway. The location was wonderful, easy parking, and beautifully decorated. It by far was the best experience intel’s of supplies…oil, vinegars, honey, s/p, pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, and even a first aid kit! They have set the bar extremely high for future rentals!

Good Stay
My wife loved the property. We enjoyed our stay however I felt it was a little expensive and the parking was not good considering three units have to share 3 total parking spaces.

Would return!
Love the house, close to the square. The kitchen was supplied with anything you could possibly need. All bedrooms had wonderful bedding. Bathrooms were clean and well supplied. The only thing was that the back bedroom was pretty chilly, but did have an electric heater to put in there. We had a great time. Highly recommend this house!

Great Location, Super Layout for Families
Property is as advertised, good layout for families. fully stocked kitchen with some spices and other pantry items and lot's of options, like 3 ways to make coffee. Plenty of towels, washer dryer was convenient too. Loved the gas fire in the living room.
A couple of details we noticed, the property was cold when we arrived and we had to change out the batteries in the Honeywell, the en suite bedroom closest to the front door never really got warm, likely due to the fireplace flue. The en suite bedroom's bathroom closest to the kitchen has a leak at the toilet and shower, significant enough to likely be noticed on the homeowners water bill. Fridge water filter was demanding attention, but I'm sure these minor fixes will be corrected. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a relaxing stay in Santa Fe.
