Great location close to beach. Nice kitchen plenty of room for our family. Quiet peaceful neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Even did some fishing in the near by lake. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed the location of this Cayucos house (less than a two-minute walk to the sand). The accommodations were relatively modest. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking essentials. The twin beds, kitchen counter, and outside BBQ need some TLC, but that did not impact our enjoyment of being together with friends in this special central coast location. We would stay here again in the future.

This house isn’t in the state that the pictures portray (apparently the pictures are 5 years old). There is currently construction going on behind the house that didn’t stop until 5:30pm which we were not informed of. It’s very stuffy and there is “NO AC” so your only option is to open windows and listen to the construction. This house is also in desperate need of maintenance and unfortunately it is not taken care of very well. The walls are dirty, in some areas they patched huge holes but never repainted so it looks damaged, and the trim is falling off around some closets. All the beds squeak and all are sagging or have major indentations from people’s bodies. 2 years ago someone left a review complaining of the same issue, unfortunately it hasn’t been fixed. In the master bedroom the sheets and coverlet are stained, you open a cupboard in the master bathroom only for the faux drawer front to fall on your feet. The first thing you see when walking up the stairs is a dangling smoke detector that you aren’t sure works or not. The list goes on about the state of this house but the last straw for us that made us leave early, was a full propane tank next to a gas water heater! God forbid any fumes leaked out, it could have been catastrophic! They barely apologized and had no concern whatsoever. This house is a nightmare and dangerous to stay in! Do your family the favor and DO NOT STAY HERE! They don’t care about your experience and they sure don’t care about your safety!

This was the 2nd time we rented this home in Cayucos. We love the location, short walk to the beach, plenty of room in the home, love that it has 3 bathroom, and easy on & off HWY 1 if you want to head to Morro Bay & San Luis. We stayed at many different place in Cayucos & Morro Bay over the years, and this home fits us the best! Will definitely stay here again! Dave

This property has it all! Super clean and lots of space for family to spend wonderful time together. The views of Morro rock and the ocean are amazing. You can walk <5 min to the beach. We enjoyed using the barbeque and relaxing after exploring the area during the day. Thanks for a wonderful stay, excited to come back in the future!

This house was quite comfortable, clean, very convenient to Morro Bay and surroundings. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and dishes and was easy to cook in. Check in and out was very easy had we had no issues during our stay. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed seeing the water and Morro Rock from the dining area and living room. The neighborhood was quiet with minimal street noise and the balconies were a lovely bonus.

Myself, My daughter and 2 grandkids had a good time but there are things that need to be fixed or corrected at this location. The game cabinet/amor door is broken Garbage disposal didn’t work. Dishwasher was not stable or connected to the counter, if the lower rack was pulled out the the whole thing tilts to the floor. The Extra propane tank was not near the gas bbq Where it should be, I’m 64 and I wasn’t able to carry it up stairs. We weren’t able to cook our steaks on the bbq. The beds were terrible and they all need to be replaced. They were all squeaky I slept in the master and if I wasn’t right in the middle of the bed it felt like you would roll off. My daughter slept in the queen bed she said it felt like the head was lower the the feet. I have rented several places before and I understand stripping the beds but we pay for the cleaning service we shouldn’t have to start the laundry, that’s what we pay the cleaning service for.

Really enjoyed my stay at this perfectly situated home. You can hear the waves rolling in and enjoy the ocean view from the deck or living room. I loved the close proximity to the beach. We literally walked to the beach morning, noon and night because it was right outside the front door. It was fun to go into town each day to grab coffee, a sweet treat or a cup of chowder. If you love antique-ing this is the town for you ;) If you are unfamiliar with the area it's a great town to stay-in and venture out for the day to Paso Robles, Cambria and Morro Bay. Please do yourself a favor and book some time at this location. You'll fall in love with the sweet town of Cayucos and come home feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Place was nice. There was no air conditioning which was NOIT mentioned in write up and there was a heat wave while we were here. An extra fan was brought over. Also all 3 TV's did not work! the Cable was out or not connected anymore--not sure which, but every time we turned them on it always said "no input" and no matter which input we det it to, they did not work--only streaming.

Great home for family long weekend with amazing views of the central coast along with Morro Rock and the stacks. This home was clean and easily accommodated six adults. The living and dining room were comfortable and open with great views of the coastline. The bedrooms were well planned for suitcases and provided a good amount of closet space. We would definitely stay here again.
