The home is as presented. A lot to offer with the sunroom and large deck in the back surrounded by trees.

Overall okay place for my needs. Traffic noise deterred from outdoor use. The place could use a good deep clean and repairs inside and out. Not very many kitchen amenities. My check in was delayed because they were still cleaning up from the last tenant. Host was very responsive to the TV not working and had it running again quickly.

Home was everything we wanted. Property manager was very flexible and easy to work with.

We liked the house a lot and the location was perfect for us and our cat. We walk our cat on a leash and your road worked very well for that. The only downsides were the kitchen could have been stocked better, such as with paper towels and a sponge, but these are small things. We hope to be back next spring.

We had a pleasant stay at your property and appreciated the cleanliness and the adequate amenities provided, which made our stay comfortable. The check-in and check-out procedures were straightforward and hassle-free. We may consider a return visit when we return to North Carolina in September.

Everything about this stay was 10/10. Property manager was very accommodating about an early check in and about our dogs being slightly over the listed weight limit. House is in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to o a golf course. Master bathroom was awesome. We had a great stay. We will definitely book again when we are in Raleigh area visiting family

Enjoyed a clean conveniently located quiet stay. Easy to access with a beautiful backyard. Enough room for our family (adult children) to each have own space.

The property is in a fantastic location! Just a few miles to almost everything. It's a very quiet area, and tucked in away from traffic noises. If it had been warmer, we would have loved to enjoy that huge screened in porch and deck in the back. Looking forward to possibly staying again when the weather is nicer.

The house was 15 min from where I needed to be. It was clean and so much better than a hotel, at the same price.

The house itself is nice, decor needs some attention. We only stayed one night but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and there were bar soaps and leftover shampoo bottles from the last guest.

This property was great to bridge our time between houses as we moved from FL to NC

Though we were there less than 24 hours, we thoroughly enjoyed the home. Beautiful, wonderfully-equipped and comfortable. We highly recommend!

The house was the perfect stay for families with children. We loved that Amanda had all the necessities we needed and some that we forgot! 😂 you can tell she has put a lot of thought and effort into making this fixer upper house into this cozy family friendly spot. The master bath is to die for! The only thing we would change is mounting the tv. As a family with two under two, it makes us nervous to have expensive and breakable things in the reach of our kids. Thank you for such a wonderful location. We will definitely try to stay here anytime we are in town to see family!

We stayed for 3 nights during a home renovation. House was spacious for our family of 5. Our dogs loved the back yard. Property manager was very responsive when I asked her questions. Great stay!

The layout of this home is perfect for families and in a great location for the Triangle. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. The house has everything you need and accommodations were great. One small thing I would suggest is that they upkeep the landscape of the home….it was overgrown. Otherwise, great experience!

First impressions when we first drove in were a little disappointing. Pressure washing the house, mowing the lawn, knocking off all of the cobwebs and sweeping the walk and porch would go a long way to making guests feel welcome. Otherwise, the house was just fine for us, my parents and brother and sister-in-law. We were in town for our son’s graduation at NC State and it was just a quick drive there and there were plenty of amenities close by.
Also, we were caught off guard by a man who pulled up in the driveway after we checked in who said he was coming to get the lawnmower out of the shed in the backyard. A little advanced notice would have helped.
But overall, everyone enjoyed their stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying here. Very roomy and comfortable for the 4 of us and our big puppy.
The process to check-in and check-out was very simple.
We had one issue with the heater (temperatures dropped into the low teens) but the owner was very quick to fix the issue. Loved the place, the area and would come back!

The host was very nice but the home and furnishings did not feel clean and the house seems to be going through some rehab and repair work. It’s a great house but needs a deep cleaning and some new furniture and home repairs/projects to be completed.

Great Property
Very clean and organized house that was close by to restaurants and other attractions in Apex and Cary. Our group really enjoyed our stay and the owner was great with communication.

nice home
the house is very nice but lacking in a few amenities, particularly in the kitchen. if you plan to cook meals there you might want to check with the owner regarding utensils, etc. but amanda is new to vrbo and was responsive to my suggestions.
