Meals were good with an adequate choice, service excellent, a great team at Fern hill.
Could have done with a dedicated EV charging station, the 3 pin plug connection was a lifesaver.

The location was very nice
The toilet in our room didn't flush. We felt that it wasn't a priority as it still didn't work when we checked out. We had to use the toilet near the restaurant.

The staff couldn’t be better or more helpful. The views were stunning. The restaurant and meals are delicious. And, we were there for a Scotland Junior Golf tour event, and the hotel is a very convenient short walk to the clubhouse.
love everything but the hill back up after wandering the town 😂

The location was excellent for the golf course and easy access to the town. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Some of the food options were not available Nd no reason given unit asked. It was apparent that the delivery was late.

The proximity to Portpatrick is great, a wonderful elevated view above and across the harbour, yet at the same time just a 5min walk to great food and sights of the village
We stayed at 3 dog friendly hotels on this trip. This was the only one that didn’t offer complementary use of a dog bowl and/or bed. They don’t do anything extra for the supplemental charge so bring your own everything

Our third stay at the Fernhill. Love the location, the friendly staff and the excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. Our superior double room was comfortable and had great view over the harbour.
