The Space: Experience what it means to live like a local in our 2-story Downtown Charleston single-home, “The Savannah House” - with 6bd/4ba and two units in total, this home would be ideal for large groups & families. Located just off of King Street in Crosstown, so parking and proximity are no issue here.

FIRST FLOOR
As you step inside the first floor of the home, you’ll find yourself in the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area - which features a high-top dining table for six, a lounge area with plush furnishings, and an HDTV to enhance your stay. The perfect place to hang out and watch a movie or share a meal at the dinner table. If you enter the bright and airy kitchen space, you will find that it has fully stocked with all your basic cooking/kitchenware necessities for preparing the perfect meal (or not, Downtown Charleston has some AMAZING restaurants only a short walk away) Also on the first level, you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located just down the hall from the common areas. Two of which have been adorned with comfy king-sized beds with the master featuring its own private ensuite for those moments when you need a little peace and quiet (This one’s for all you parents out there). The third and final bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and luxurious accent pieces fit for a queen. An additional full bathroom to be shared between the two bedrooms is located just around the corner in the hallway along with a full washer-dryer set in case you need to do a load during your stay.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor of this home is accessed through a private outdoor stairway off the front porch. The Savannah House can be divided into two units for those with smaller groups, so you will notice that in addition to the common areas downstairs, this floor has a kitchen, living, and dining area of its own. Similar to the downstairs, the living areas feature an open-concept layout - where you will find plenty of seating for the whole crowd including an additional high-top dining table with seating for six, a comfortable lounge area, and another HD flatscreen TV. On top of all that, this floor also has its own kitchen which has been stocked with all the basic cooking/kitchenware necessities because we believe there’s no such thing as too much kitchen space when staying with a large group. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the home are located just down the hall from the common areas on the second floor. Two of the rooms have luxurious king-sized beds - one of which is accompanied by its own private ensuite (which has been recently updated with modern furnishings/appliances). Last but certainly not least, the third bedroom boasts a comfortable queen size bed and the perfect amount of natural light to brighten up the whole space. Back in the hallway, you will find another full bathroom to be shared between this room and the other bedroom + an additional washer-dryer set for your convenience.

Guests will have exclusive access to both the 1st and 2nd-floor units of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety.


You can pull your car off the street and into the parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. IF YOU PARK IN THE INCORRECT SPOT, YOU MAY BE TOWED. STAY DUVET DOES NOT MANAGE THE LOT NEXT TO THE BUILDING!

Please note, if you are noise sensitive this home is located next to the crosstown intersection. This is a busy road that can have cars traveling on it at any hour throughout the day and night.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
