About this house rental

Camp finished 2021, 300lb ice machine & downstairs bathroom. Killerdock fish cleaning station, and new outdoor furniture! Camp 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Located on private canal on Lake Breeze Rd., with 12’ high private boat launch. The house sleeps 11, master bedroom has a King bed, bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with Full on bottom and separate twin bed in room, each room has a flat screen TV and satellite with Wi-Fi (not for streaming or gaming). Kitchen has stainless appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, range and is stocked with all the essentials of home, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, etc.. utility room complete with washer and dryer. We have huge 24x30 deck over boat slip with out side tables and chairs. Downstairs there is a charcoal BBQ pit, picnic table with chairs, surround sound, with a big screen TV, ice machine, for drinks or your fish, there is also a sink downstairs. We have a covered boat slip as well.

Nice and clean! Great kitchen tools. Nice floor plan. The only thing missing is lamps in living area, other than that we were impressed. Outdoor amenities with grill,pressure washer, fire pit and ice machine made our stay perfect. We will be back soon!

Pics and description just didn’t do this place justice! Tonja was a great host first of all. Beautiful home with every amenity you would ever need for a fishing trip. The pressure washer, the private boat ramp,the proximity to Joe’s Cove,the fish cleaning station, multiple outdoor outlets, multiple water hoses, the spacious parking….I could go on and on! Will definitely be back and this place is worth every penny!

This property offered exceptional outdoor areas for the guy’s annual fishing trip. So much seating! Wonderful fire pit! Access to the ice machine is indispensable. The home features a great floor plan which was very clean upon arrival. Cute theme and decor. Nice comfortable bedding. Well stocked kitchen. Very easy access and clear instructions with no hiccups. Things that we needed and might consider bringing if we stayed again: Black out curtains to to block security lighting. A folding table and chairs to play cards indoors in the evening. The bar is so nice but difficult to utilize for this purpose. High ball and wine glasses. :) Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven. The fishing was awesome!

The location was perfect for our fishing trip as most of the guides are located on the same canal. The property itself is like-new and the area on the ground floor was perfect for socializing and cleaning fish/equipment. Highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Clean, modern, plenty of space - indoors and outdoors. This was our second stay in this cabin and we will definitely be back! The ice machine , boat ramp and outdoor restroom were big bonuses and much appreciated! Owner is easy to work with.

The house had everything we needed plus more. Beautiful and cozy. 7 miles up the road we caught 8 dozen crabs in less than 2 days! We enjoyed it do much we added an extra day to our trip with the help of our property manager Tonia Wilkerson. She was extremely helpful!!
