We enjoyed our stay and it was a very spacious and comfortable home. Very clean and well supplied with towels and linens. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs and it was in close proximity to White Water which was awesome. The only issue was we had trouble with the WiFi connection and couldn't really watch anything on the TVs. However, Heather was quick to respond in trying to help us fix it. I think it just needs a stronger connection. Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend staying here.

This was a charming house tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to lots of things. Heather was an amazing host and provided a lot of great information on how to get around including closest restaurant, grocery store and ice cream shop. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the washer had a heavy-duty cycle that was amazing to get out all the dirt and clay from the white baseball pants! Only disappointment was the listing said there was a hot tub and there was not, but overall a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this wonderful house. Out of the way of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all the places we wanted to be. We'll be back!

The property was warm and very homelike. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Everyone gave the ‘place a thumbs up except for a few stink bugs that decided to join us. They were very impressed. Overall it was great! We are actually looking to book there again in August
Thanks again, Arleathia F.

This home is quaint and in a good location. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go while still feeling secluded and quiet. It was the perfect getaway home for us and our fur baby. She loved playing fetch in the fenced in backyard. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and will stay there again when we return to the Charlotte area.

Wonderful Experience
We had a lovely, relaxing weekend!! The place is immaculately kept, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bed (the king bed) was very comfortable. The fenced backyard was very nice and a great place for energetic dogs (or kids) to run around. We took advantage of the hibachi grill on the back patio.
It's a quick drive to Latta nature preserve.
The host is very responsive and beyond accommodating.
You really can't go wrong staying here!!

Perfect for us!
Great location! We hiked at the nearby nature preserve, and enjoyed the custard ice cream. The house had everything we needed, including the screened porch and large backyard. We all remarked about how comfortable the beds were!

Perfect for visit to Raptor Center
We stayed here while the kids did a week-long camp at the Raptor Center. Very accessible, great for our dog, and just what we were looking for. We left our camera by mistake and the host emailed to make arrangements for its safe return, which we appreciate greatly.

Great house!
This house was perfect for us as we were attending the Loch Norman Highland Games and Historic Rural Hill was very close to this location. There was a lot of room for the 3 of us and it was well equipped. The master room with the king size bed had a large ensuite bathroom. And the other two bedrooms have access to a separate bathroom in the hallway. We will definitely stay here again!

Property and Host were great
…. But VRBO was the worst to deal with.
Problem with website showing we hadn’t paid. No response from VRBO. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions.

Quiet neighborhood
The bungalow is a in a quiet neighborhood. Near Latta plantation's various hiking trails. Good size fenced yard if you have pets or children. Plenty of room for a family. Comfortable bed (we only used the master bedroom). Nicely stocked kitchen. Very homey for our seven week stay.

Graduation Weekend
We did a weekend in Charlotte to celebrate my graduation so we weren’t in the house too much. But it was super clean & check in/out were simple.

Wonderful.experience
This property was perfect for our needs. We were traveling back and forth to Davidson spending time with an ill relative.. The fact that it did not have a pound limitation for pets and had a fenced in yard allowed us to bring our special needs dogs with us. Such a stress reliever. The charming 1930s bungalow had a some nice updates. It was so comfortable and truly felt like our home away from home during our stay. Heather was great!
