Beautiful home and area! Plenty big enough for 3 families to stay together and for everyone to have their own space to escape to. This location has a free shuttle that will come to the house and bring you to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the amenities! Was a lot of fun.

I hate leaving 2 stars, but the water having black stuff come out of both the tap and the refrigerator were very unsettling. I conversed with the property managers deconova on multiple occasions regardimg the wifi, explaining that the ones they were saying to use were not visible, or connected, but with no internet access. (Again, internet not being available wasnt that huge as we were away most of the time) However, watching tv was impossible as you could hear the audio but see no video. I have video of that. There was something yellow stuck to the ceiling theoughout our stay(still not sure what it was). The back door as well, unless you worked really really hard for both doors to lock at the same time it was almost virtually impossible to keep locked. The amount that we spent for the few days here we at least expected there to be some dishwashing liquid or trash bags to use in the kitchen. Only due to the amount we spent. I dont remember seeing it listed as being there, was jist an expectation.
Our instructions were to talk to a guard upon arrival at the address provided(which was a virtual call to a guard who never verified who we are, just opened the gate every time) We didnt get an orange pass with a QR code until we went across the street to the waterpark and that guard said we needed one, printed one out for us, and asked us not to tell anyone. That tells me that the security portion thats included with these prices is not being taken seriously. My kids had a blast though

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice clean place. The only issues we had were the chairs at the dining room table were not sturdy and the legs were close to giving out, the internet code/ password did not match what we were given at check in, we had to find it in the laundry room and access to a few of the gates , including the one right by the house was out of order most of the week. Overall our stay was pleasant. Very spacious and clean.

Our experience was perfect in every way. The owner communicated extremely well and was very helpful in guiding us through our first time using VRBO. The house was immaculate and exactly as described. Beautifully maintained and decorated. Check-in was fast and easy. Our family had a wonderful time on this vacation, and much of the credit goes to our wonderful VRBO experience. I highly recommend this owner and property!

This house was overall a nice place but there was something’s that did stand out to us that people should know before booking here. Most of the beds are rock hard, could have been cleaner, game room is every hot it has no ac, water gets very cold if multiple people are showering, the lower room does not get as cold as the rest of the house so if you get hot at night this will not be good for you. Also all the names of my guest were not given to the front gate so that was an inconvenience for us. But on the other hand it’s very spacious for big groups, Multiple bathrooms, nice kitchen, nice rooms, very comfortable, a good amount of parking. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend it if you are okay with the little bit of cons. Also recommend getting the pool heated! This is a truthful review! Thank you to our host for the stay and the very quick responses! We enjoyed our stay.

This property overall was nice however there were tiny black bugs everywhere throughout the house especially in the bottom of the tub each morning and on the bedroom furniture. There were also ants on the kitchen counter. It was in a gated community however it was extremely hard to get the gate to open each time we tried to come through. I pulled the sheets off the bed at the end of my stay to help out the cleaners and out fell a pair of used socks which leads me to believe the bed was not changed from the previous tenant. Lastly it was very basic and did not have some of the bare essentials like pot holders, kitchen towels, etc.

The shower on the upper floor had a water blockage. We couldn’t take a shower especially my kids couldn’t use the both of the upper floor showers.
On the first floor bath room the sink was also slow. Water was not draining properly. Shower area is slippery. My wife and two kids tripped while getting into the bathroom

Great house. My teenagers and all adults loved the spaciousness. Leaky sink in one bathroom and the pool table was missing a workable pool stick but other than that great property.

The house is spacious and well maintained. Definitely fit our large family with plenty of linens and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the washer didn’t work and the problem was not resolved during our stay due to poor communication despite our many phone calls. The outdoor furniture is rusted and unstable to sit in. There were minimal kitchen utensils (not enough to cook for a family of 12). Heating the pool and using the grill cost extra. I feel these should be included in the price for the stay.

The house is exactly what the pictures show. My family and I had a great time for our vacation! Disney parks are around 25 minutes away if you’re looking to go there.

Five adults split this 5BR/5BA home for a two-day Disney trip. The house is very spacious but the pool is quite small. We didn't try the one at the clubhouse, but it looked nice. Checking in was a little confusing. You need to find the main gate to get your parking pass. The drive to Disney is about 30 minutes in morning weekday traffic, but only 20 at night and on weekends. This is a great value for the amount of space you have when you are back at the house. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Champions Gate Resort! We booked through Vrbo.com. 8/14 to 8/20 The house was beautiful, 5 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and very spacious. The pool was a plus! We had access to all amenities, loved the oasis club. We had to drive about 6 min to the oasis, which wasn’t a problem. Our Location was perfect to Disney parks, lego land, Island of adventure. We did run into school traffic leaving Champions gate to head to the parks. So we now know that school starts early in Florida and depending on the times you head out you may run into traffic, but hey, it’s vacation, be patient, be kind and live in the moment! Will definitely come back.

House was as advertised. Check in process was good. Vernice house with plenty of space. Kids loved the private pool. Kids also loved the water park and pool area. Only problem I had was is the wifi code that was given to me in the email didn’t work. Sent email to office but got no response. Looked around the house and eventually found the correct info in the laundry behind the door taped to the panel. Also had an issue with scan code for entry into property. Was hit & miss on how fast you gained entry into property depending on who was working. At 1 point waited 15 minutes to get in. Would definitely stay again

Communication was excellent. Residence is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Definitely make sure you bring some of your own cooking supplies/spices because it is scarce. Great location, neighborhood is nice. Although it is not far from parks, the traffic is terrible at any time on the closest highway, I4, so having patience is key. Will definitely be back in the future!!

Upon arriving at to the house we noticed it to be unusually warm. We turned the AC down, went for dinner and when we came back the house was still hot, 86 degrees. When we contacted the property owner it took a while for a response and we were left to sleep in a 86 degree home with small children. The issue did not get resolved until noon the following day. When we requested compensation our request was ignored. The property was overall good aside from our initial issue. It was the perfect size for our family.

We have some problems with the refrigerator, the ice machine did not work, it was leaking. One of the chair of the kitchen table was broken.
The crew that pick the garbage every day, they was friendly and they were coming right on time.

We loved the house and it’s exactly as pictured and described. The house is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect distance from parks, and the resort area is huge. It’s an entire community of its own. Just understand you will go to a separate are in its own gated area for community pool and such. You have to go to main area to get your initial pass then to your house. That process could be perfected I think. It’s a little confusing. The dash pass you’re given has a QR code on it that you use to access gated areas including your home. His needs to be via your phone and skip the paper! The gate for our area was broken and no one’s QR codes worked. We all just figured our to press “guard” and the gate went up. It created lines though while people figured it out.
A couple things that were a let down (especially considering how much I paid to stay here)
—the kitchen is severely lacking in utensils and basic things. Better pots/pans and skillets. The dollar general ones are horrible, and there’s like three to choose from. How about a baking sheet? There’s no strainer for pasta either.
—they ask you to sweep the floors before you leave, which seems like a lot considering you pay a cleaning fee. But there’s no broom in the house.
—the game room is in the converted garage, which is fine. But they need to pipe some air in there. It smells musty bc there’s no air in there.
—they give you 1 garbage bag. That’s it.

House is gorgeous with great space for all. Really enjoyed having two master bedrooms with extra access to the pool thru lower master bath.
Kitchen is large with lots of storage but really needs supply updates (large skillet, measuring cups, pan holder) plenty of cutlery and dishes for 15 but cooking for that many is difficult without essentials
We had to contact the manager once and our question was resolved immediately
Check in at gate was no issue for us; QR code worked every time.
We heated the pool; heads up that the pool and hot tub are heated to the same temp so pool is HOT
House is about 13 miles from the parks; traffic on I4 was atrocious but they was a lot of construction
Would definitely return and recommend. Beds were the most comfortable mattresses we have encountered and the pool was a great relaxation after all day at the parks
Would hope that management company add the kitchen essentials as well as a broom and plunger

Property was as indicated . Loved the use of the Oasis Club House on days that we were not at a park. Everything you need is there. You will of course have to purchase your own toilet paper and paper towels as well as food. It was nice having pool on premises we did purchase 2 strollers and left for future use by renters . All in all it’s a wonderful experience.

Very nice and clean house. My only challenge was that the kitchen needs some updating. It was challenging to cook. No oven mitts, extra pans, or cookie sheets. The neighborhood had a lots of parties that went until 2am. That was rough if you have the windows open. Which was needed because we couldn’t adjust the AC.

The house is amazing, room for everyone to spread out. Open living/dining/kitchen is great for meal time and hanging out. We chose not to pay for the pool to be heated and the kids still had a good time swimming. If you like to cook, the kitchen is not stocked with essentials. Things not provided: can opener, baking sheets, large skillet, measuring cups, cake pans, hot pan holders. You are only provided one trash bag and one dishwasher pod so you will want to buy extra. If you are a big family like ours (12 people) you will need to get more toilet paper and bring your own toiletries. The check in/security gate process is cumbersome after traveling all day. You need to check in at the main security gate to get your gate pass to enter your section of the community’s gate. We ran into an issue that our reservation had not been communicated to the community so we had to wait for property manager to handle that. QR code given for gate pass did not scan so we had to call security each time to be buzzed in. Clubhouse amenities are nice, heads up: you cannot bring in your own food, snacks or drinks.

Didn’t receive house code until two calls by VBRO and two by me. Code was then wrong and we didn’t get access to the house until 9:30PM. Wrong wifi. Manager tried to tell me he didn’t want me to pay through VBRO but to call his company with my credit card info. 30 plus minutes from Disney with long term road construction. You have to pay to heat the hot tube and pay to use the grill. They aren’t included and if you heat the hot tube it heats the pool so that’s a lot of extra money. House has minimal extras. No blankets. Minimal kitchen. Bring your own products as there only a few to get you through a day. When contacting management they were rude and mad that we called.

This property was a fantastic layout for our large group of family and close friends we were traveling with. The 5 bedrooms and baths ensured everyone had space to themselves. Great communal spaces as well as having access to the pool, lazy river and splash pad. We really enjoyed our time.

The house was great. The only thing I had issue with No communication from the owner to get the code to get into the house and no mention of paying for the heater for the pool. Also no directions to get to the water club park.

We came here for our Disney trip. The house is very spacious and plenty of room for us all to spread out. The beds are so comfortable! The management communicates very well and any questions we had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Disney.
