10 of us stayed here for the weekend and had a fabulous time! We were able to keep our boat in the back. They offer so many extra amenities (pickleball court, kayaks, paddle boards). The kitchen was well stocked and the house was amazing. The decor was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. Everything was well maintained. We would love to come again when it’s not so hot so we can enjoy more of the outdoor activities and the fire pit. Great house! Rent it! You won’t be disappointed.

This property was beautiful. The amenities were amazing. It looks exactly exactly like it showed in the pictures. It was a perfect place for my friends and family to gather for my late sister’s birthday. So grateful for the opportunity to stay here, if I could make A few changes, I would make sure the Soundsystem inside/outside was working, and The general maintenance of the property would’ve been up kept better. Overall, I would definitely stay again, it’s a beautiful property. It’s a beautiful home. Great host, thank you.!

This was our 2nd time staying at the property and we will be back again. The house is perfect for multiple families. My kids loved the addition of the Pac-Man game. The house is full of amenities for kids and adults.

This property is amazing! It is clean, fantastic decor, well kept, fully furnished, and set up for full family fun and relaxation! The pickleball court, the boat access and dock, the firepit, yard, and porch are all fabulous additions to this property. The lake views are exceptional and peaceful and the lake access is amazing. We average about 10 VRBO rentals a year across the USA and this one is our favorite! It was perfect during our son’s TCU Graduation weekend!

This property is an exceptional lake house for a family stay, just perfect for all ages! There are comfy beds, gorgeous baths, many gathering spaces inside & out with exceptional entertainment options, (pickleball anyone?) & plenty of touches to make families of all ages feel at home!! Trust me…It will be difficult to leave!! The renovation is fabulous, the hosts are engaging & available for any need. We certainly hope to return soon!

We stayed at the Lake House for our daughter's engagement and we could not have enjoyed a place more. It is a beautiful venue with great amenities and games. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

We had the best time at this VRBO! I stayed in 2021 with some friends and when a different group was looking for a big house I quickly checked this one’s availability! It is spacious, plenty of comfy beds, perfect space to gather downstairs, and the sport court is the cherry on top. Hosts are great to work with and communicate clearly. Thanks again!! Would love to come back again someday!

Overall stay was fantastic! Host were very nice and helpful. Rained for the most part while we were there, so didn't get to enjoy outside as much as we would have liked to. Would like to come back during the summer and stay!

This was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a girls weekend. Maria and Todd were great hosts and helped us fix an AC issue quickly. The property was clean and cozy, and there so much to do! Would recommend to anyone, and definitely would come back!!

Our trip to Texas was for a reunion of girlfriends who met while in graduate school. There were 5 women and I also brought my 8-year old daughter. (There was supposed to be another friend with her baby, but they had to cancel at the last minute.) Our time at Todd and Maria's lake property was fun and relaxing. They have a really beautiful property with many great amenities. The room and entire house was beautifully decorated and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It also had a pickleball court, basketball hoop, kayaks and paddleboards, and an outdoor firepit. My daughter enjoyed shooting hoops and playing pickleball with her "aunties". She also enjoyed the bunkbed and it was convenient to have a bunk room so that she and I could be nearby each other, but still have our own beds. With 3 additional bedrooms, the house was large enough for each of us to have our own sleeping space at night. We bonded in the kitchen when we cooked together and at night over s'mores at the firepit. Maria was very communicative and responsive when we had questions or needed help during our stay. She even worked to provide a pack-n-play for the baby before our arrival, despite us not ending up using it. We would certainly stay there again if we ever find ourselves getting together in Fort Worth for a future girlfriend reunion.

This beautiful home is tucked away on a quiet street lakefront, and it is absolutely gorgeous! The property is well kept, and the home includes everything you would need and more. There was plenty of room for four adults and 2 children. The fun never ends with the pickleball court/basketball court in the yard, and paddle boards/ kayaks to use as well. The host was attentive, incredibly understanding, and made our stay so enjoyable! We would highly recommend a stay here, and hope to visit again in the future!

Our son was getting married in the area and we needed a “home base”. The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. The open kitchen and family room worked perfectly for us. When we first arrived there was no water. I called Maria and she found out the city was having problems with a water main by the house. Of course, that was not any fault of hers, but she she was very helpful by keeping us updated. The water was restored in short order. Maria and her husband were easy to get in touch with and quickly responded, if we needed anything. The lake behind the house is beautiful, but we were so short on time we didn’t really get to enjoy it. It’s definitely a place to enjoy nature and there are multiple opportunities to do so. We would love to schedule another trip just to enjoy the house and all it has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay this weekend with 2 families of 4. The house was spacious, well stocked and there was something for everyone to do. Maria was very responsive and proactive in sharing details about the house before our arrival. The kayaks and boards were a huge hit with the kids and the upstairs area for them to retreat was great. I would have loved to have some sort of shades on the big windows where the bunk beds are as the view is beautiful but the kids were up extra early from the sunlight. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had an amazing time at this lakefront property! The inside of the house was absolutely beautiful. We loved being able to play pickleball on property & that the court was lit. The beach area was also super convenient for swimming and pulling up the boat/jet skies! Definitely would come back here again!!!

The photos do not even do justice to this property. Tranquil, peaceful, plenty of room and entertainment. Perfect location. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room.

Hosted a trip with a group of friends, and we absolutely loved our stay here. It would be perfect for a family get together as well. The house is beautifully furnished and there was so much open space to hang out and catch up with old friends. Maria was a very responsive host, and the check in process was very easy. This is our second stay at this lake house this time under new owners and he has updated the house and added a basketball and pickle court new patio furniture. It’s a great place to stay great location. Plenty of space and it’s so relaxing to just sit out on the patio and enjoy the lake. We had a blast and will be staying again next year for our yearly family vacation.

Peaceful Lakehouse
The pictures don’t do the property justice, the house had large open areas great for a family get away. The rooms and beds were super comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen had everything you need and the coffee bar was awesome. The arcade game was super cool as was the wii. It’s nestled in a cove and had a great beach areas for the kids to play. They also lent us a big paddle board my kids had a great time on. If you have water toys they have a place to keep them as well as a boat launch. The sport court was great too. It’s a great area to sit outside with a fire or to watch the 14 deer run through the yard as well as seeing some beavers swimming back and forth. The owners had a super easy check in and were very responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice place with a lakefront view
We enjoyed the property and it had plenty of beds and space for our group to spread out. Just a few things kept it from being a full 5 star stay:
Check-in process felt tedious having to review entire property for damages, with so much security deposit on the line.
House was a bit dated and somewhat scarce in amenties, especially in the kitchen. Bare minimum, old, and sometimes dirty cookware.
House lacked a few basic items like soap and shampoo in one bathroom, extra toilet paper, paper towels, extra trash bags.
And we were not allowed access to any fun things like tubes or other basic things to enjoy the lake.
All in all, pretty minor inconveniences at a spacious property with nice tv entertainment, ample bedding, a great sprawling yard with grill and fire pit, and a nice view of the lake.

Perfect view of Lake
We loved staying at the lake and were able to keep a boat and jet skis on property! We played so hard and had a great kitchen to feed our group. The breeze off the water keep us cool outside while the weather was really hot. Allen really helped with anything we needed. Thanks so much!

This lake house is "on the water" as advertised. If you enjoy fishing and boating, it is a great place for you! The house is very spacious and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly and helpful as is the owner. I would recommend this rental. It is a great value for the price!

Price Cousin Reunion
We are a group of cousins 54-86 that love to get together to visit, laugh, cry and play games. This place was perfect. Plenty of room to gather, a table to play games on and the weather was just right to sit outside and enjoy the lake in the morning and the evening.

Great location, awesome place, doesn’t get much better
After having to cancel our “big” family reunion because of Covid-19 we fortunately found this home available for Labor Day weekend for just our local family to be able to still get together and enjoy the lake. The owner Allen was extremely friendly and helpful. The home was perfect for our size group. We had about 29 different family members show up at different times throughout the weekend (not all at once) with 10 of us staying overnight. The only downside was the upstairs room with the multiple bunk beds which our adult son and his 9 year old daughter stayed in were said to have been hard and uncomfortable and that The temperature in that particular room was also hotter than the adjoining two bedrooms. Otherwise the beds and everything else was very comfortable and clean. Our group enjoyed the easy lake access, the fire pit for roasting marshmallows for s’mores and the big yard for games like corn hole. we loved the sunrise views and the wildlife encounters at dusk and dawn. Has just about everything you need and whatever else is just 2 miles away at Walmart. It doesn’t get much better than this place. Highly recommend and will likely stay again next year.
