Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. --Living Room--

The living room is bright and sunny with plenty of windows that bring the outdoors in and offer views of the surrounding with beautiful sunsets. Enjoy limitless views lake while taking in the beautifully decorated boho style décor. There is no better spot to sit down and relax with a great book, a favorite beverage, catch a movie on the smart tv with cable, or simply catch a nap.

The living room also contains pool table/table-tennis/dining table combo which is perfect for play during the day or have a large meal with family. The long 13' granite counter top here is a great place to setup a large buffet style meal or use as a breakfast far.

You will love the warmth of the wood burning firepit during colder nights. Doesn’t matter if its rainy or cold out, there is plenty space to be entertained!

--Kitchen and Dining--

When you're not making a splash, cook out on the shaded deck or hang out in the home's boho style interior featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with balconies, and a bright living area with a wall of windows facing lake views.

Within the main living area is a large fully stocked kitchen. High-end stainless-steel appliances, coffee maker – regular and k-cups, toaster, dish washer, cookware, etc. All of the supplies you will need to cook like a professional chef - just bring your own ingredients. Wood’s grocery store is just 10 minutes away!! Plenty of counter space to prepare and serve multiple families. There is a dining table and a breakfast bar area with barstools.

--Outdoor Space--

Th upper deck is perfect for entertaining! There is an outdoor dining table and chairs on the main deck off the kitchen as well as grilling equipment. You can't ask for a better view while grilling. Relax on the shaded deck area and take in the lake views, listen to the sound of boats and see kids having fun off the dock.
If it rains, do not worry! Take your party to the lower covered deck where you can enjoy the hot tub, relax on the swing/hammock and listen to the sound of rain!
The outdoor firepit area is perfect to lounge in the evenings after a long day on the water.
The house is on the lake in a decently wooded setting. We treat outside and inside the house for bugs regularly, but there will always be bugs. To help minimize bugs, we recommend that you keep doors closed whenever possible and to keep the porch lights off when not needed.

--Bedrooms--

The home contains 2 spacious master suites with private balconies overlooking the lake (1 with attached bathroom) Perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or catch a beautiful sunset overlooking the water or watch the kids play in the water.
2 additional rooms with bunk beds are perfect for kids as well as adults!

The home is just a few minutes from shopping, groceries, dining, golf, mini golf, marinas, go-karts, etc.
